“Newsflash for D.C. Republicans: Trying to throw Trump under the bus is not only a stupid, losing strategy but it’s also confirmation that you’re out of touch with who your base is”

I for one will never hold my nose and vote for the lesser of two evils ever again. These wishy-washy Republicans have no idea they will never be in power again if they continue down this road.

DC Republicans base are corporate and big tech donors, They play nice with democrats and get juicy money making committee seats more lobbyists more donations. Its why the get shitty liberty scores but powerful positions.
The treason isnt in the water of DC its in the Money.

GOP has been out of touch since 1960., That’s why “rogues” Ronny and Don mad/make them mad.
Conservatives are “Chumps”! America’s “Boxers”!

If you know not Boxer read Orwell!

I actually agree. Trump has a rock solid base of at least upper 30% that would vote for him if he shot someone dead, and then their family dog and then torched their house and drove off in their new Ford pick up with their confederate flag waving. 2022 would be brutal.

McConnell’s obviously mighty pissed at Trump for costing him his majority position and the 2024 numbers for the GOP Senate doesn’t look good. He’s not up for re-election until 2026. I’d guess he’s trying to distance the GOP from the nightmare of what’s to be exposed of Trump once out of power as well as how he’ll be perceived by historians- actually trying to save the GOP from their sorry asses.

Here’s the kicker- Dems will take full control (again per Mitch “Thanks a lot Trump”) and have control of the senate impeachment trial. My guess is to expect a secret vote. If that happens, Trump’s ass is grass.

I for one will never hold my nose and vote for the lesser of two evils ever again. These wishy-washy Republicans have no idea they will never be in power again if they continue down this road.

Hell, it’s already written. Unless the Democrats are totally stupid, they will do as they said and move to kill the filibuster. It’s all down hill from there. If they don’t know it, they are already nothing but ornamentation. They’ll be issued their rubber stamps soon.

Back when Democrats and Republicans wanted the same basic thing, just differed on how to achieve it, it was fine to be dealing back and forth to get legislation passed. Give and take. But when Democrats began their uncompromising road to total socialism, there could no longer be middle ground. It’s this or that. With the media behind them, Democrats didn’t have to compromise. Every failure cold be blamed directly on the Republicans. They couldn’t figure out, though, that no matter what they did, the media was going to attack them because the ultimate goal was to wipe them out. And here they are; basically wiped out. Took fraud to do it, but here they are.

Trump brought balls. He even let Republicans use them, whenever they wanted, which wasn’t often. It took balls to realize the media didn’t matter, success mattered. Though the media suppressed the news of the success, the success got out. Again, it took a virus, lies about the virus (the media) and massive fraud to counteract BALLS.

Apparently, Trump took his balls with him.

As the tweet says, all they are good for to the Democrats is to point at and say, “See… even these slimy scumbags that once supported Trump are turning on him.” And that’s it. Otherwise, they are racists and xenophobes that hate the poor. And they’ll politely take it because they no longer have Trump’s balls.

This will cost both sides of the Political Parties and cost them their Carriers and frankly it would serve t hem right for their acts of Treason

I am not a hard core Trump supporter. I almost didn’t vote for him the first time and I am pissed. I can’t imagine what his hard core base is feeling right now. He wasn’t perfect. He could have said things more eloquently. At times, I even cringed at some of the things he said. However, he kept his promises and actions should matter more than words. He fought for the people instead of the swamp. He even expanded the party to include people of all races, religions, and sexual orientations. The Republican Party is dead and they did it to themselves. I will not vote for anyone who turned on him and I live in a swing state. I am utterly disgusted by the spineless behavior of our politicians. It’s not just me, every conservative I talk to about it says the same thing. They have completely lost touch with the people they were supposed to be representing.

@Mallory: Hard core’s ass. Trump has been the ONLY choice for two elections. First, the choice was Trump or an incompetent, corrupt, criminal liar. Next, the choice was Trump or an incompetent, corrupt, criminal liar that is an idiot. I’m not “hard core”; I just put the country first and only want a President that will put this country before all else. Not one that will sell strategic resources to Russians or one that has vested interests in Communist China.

I don’t know if I even like Trump. I’m pretty sure I didn’t like him on NBC. But he did a GREAT job against terrific odds and opposition. He could have done tremendous things had the Democrats not hated him more than they cared for the American people, which never was much to begin with.

THAT’S what pisses people off.

The Republican Party at the national level is probably finished. The dems will simply wait until the all the Republican votes are counted and then start producing enough votes to win. The Republicans rubber stamped fraud on the 6th. That alone will make them the permanent minority party. Now that they are throwing their base under the bus, that’ll make sure they are the permanent minority party. Once the dems open the borders and give illegals the right to vote, make PR and DC states, abolish the EC, and stack SCOTUS, they won’t have to end the filibuster because Republicans won’t have enough seats to filibuster with.

As of last count, it looks like at least six Republican senators will vote to impeach: McConnell, Murkowski, Collins, Romney, Sasse, and Toomey.

@another vet: What they’ve done is establish the precedent that it is fine and expected for Democrats to denounce election results but illegal and un-Constitutional for anyone else to question a Democrat victory. Yes, now fraud, corruption and being controlled by the CCP, as long as it is Democrats, is allowed.

@Ronald J. Ward:

Ok maybe the Ford, but touch a mans lifted GMC with the gun rack and custom pearl paint job there are many that would call it justifiable homicide and help putty up the bullet holes and hide the body.
Mornin’ inbred!

@Deplorable Me: I think the bigger issue at hand isn’t just the ‘vote’ appearing politically ‘expedient’ for the Republican party.. it is the patent absurdity of these charges.. both now and for the first articles of impeachment. … they’d have gotten away with a censure vote, but this is a legal proceeding they are embarking on. Pelosi is being absurdly petty and playing with fire given the number of Adults out here who see through the Democrat Kabuki Theater and can watch and judge the President’s speech on its merits. Republicans who ‘fall in line’ with this nonsense deserve what they get in the next election cycle.

I never liked Trump either; though I don’t have a problem with most of his policies; so gave him some leeway on the obnoxious, over the top, simplistic, and often brutish (sometimes childish and certainly off-putting) manner which he adopted to communicate with the public. I loved that he told the media to suck it, as they should, because they have been fluffing HARD for the Left for the last 20 years (& at their OWN peril; non-objective news coverage is a detriment to the U.S. as a nation-state in general, not just to one side of the political aisle or the other). Bad times are ahead.

Remember way back when blm was storming the White House grounds, trying to knock down its fence and attack the building?
Nancy Pelosi said it was dangerous and stupid for President Trump to call in the National Guard to help Secret Service protect the people’s home.
Fast forward to this week.
Nancy Pelosi, her Capitol Hill Police, and her Senate counterparts all knew days AHEAD of Trump’s speech that trouble might result from instigators embedded in the Trump rally.
DAYS ahead of time.
They planned for their retreat.
Then, smartly, they played on the fears of Republican lawmakers who were NOT informed ahead of time, so that these might chicken out and vote to certify the Electoral College vote.
Well, turned out any fight against certification was a dog & pony show anyway, but it did make Republicans look cowardly……as they are.

Primary all GOPe out, all globalist Republicans out, all never-Trumpers out.
Show them forgetting and forgiving isn’t happening any time soon.

I totally agree. I have no faith in the veracity of the the NY Times, however, if this is true, McConnell is cutting his own throat.

McConnell is said to be pleased about impeachment, believing it will be easier to purge Trump from the G.O.P.

@DrJohn:
McConnell is the culprit of everything wrong in Washington today.

Regardless, he’s a master chess play of politics and doesn’t shoot from the hip with foolish moves.

I suspect Mitch has a lot of inside information of what will come out once the Dems control both chambers as well as the DOJ. Russia, tax returns, Ukraine, money laundering, to name a few comes to mind. And those might be the lesser of evils of what might come out.

Mitch might be betting on scales falling from the cultists eyes and suddenly they can see once Trump’s a has been. Truth might matter then. And you know Mitch and the GOP-always wanting to be on the side of truth.

@Ronald J. Ward:

Russia, tax returns, Ukraine, money laundering, to name a few comes to mind. And those might be the lesser of evils of what might come out.

Those hoaxes failed already, remember? That’s why the Dems needed to cheat and thusly spark a civil war.

As usual, there’s no Trump “cult”. There never has been.

It’s only Americans vs. non-Americans, like you.

Two scenarios: Trump invokes the insurrection act and arrests the traitors you support, or not-the-president Biden gets to pretend the basement of the whitehouse is the basement of his own house, and Constitutional-abiding states begin the process of ousting those who aren’t.

You’ve lost it all. Don’t kid yourself.

Trump is just…American.

The GOP and the Democrats, not so much.

That’s why idiots like Ron/AJ have to keep whining out a non-existent Trump “cult”.

They know they are the wrong side of history.

Either way, the second civil war is underway.

Expect massive upheaval between now and Jan. 20th.

Biden will never be the President, at least not of the USA.

@Mallory: Trump is one of the most consistent and accomplished Presidents in history. He made Obama look like the Amateur he is.

@Thor’s Hammer: Pelosi is a vile, hateful liar. She seems to believe (probably rightly so) that being a petty, vindictive bitch appeals to her base. Basically, the charge against Trump is that Democrats have done some disgusting things that have infuriated anyone that cares about this country, Trump spoke of it and then a small group of people rioted at the Capital. The two bookends have nothing to do with Trump; he is allowed to speak the truth to citizens. We can go on all day about all the times Democrats did the same, not to mention undeniably actually directly called for violence, but that’s been done to death; there is NO justification even for censure.

@Ronald J. Ward: Of course, you’ve proved you would support someone even if they ran guns to Mexican cartels which were used to murder hundreds or created ISIS, someone that exposed all State Department secrets to adversaries, then lied about it, someone that knowingly puts someone compromised by the CCP and actually protected his whore/spy on an Intel committee or someone that actually bragged on video about committing extortion, corruption and election fraud. Maybe hypothetically standing with someone that might hypothetically do something hypothetical isn’t so bad in comparison. What do you think?

Regardless, he’s a master chess play of politics and doesn’t shoot from the hip with foolish moves.

You could be right. Aside from Democrats looking petty, vindictive, hateful, anti-American and stupid, there is no downside to impeaching Trump. Anyone with a brain knows he did nothing impeachable and, at 78, he ain’t running again in 2024. McConnell supporting this makes it easier to support the impeachment of Biden and then of Kamala. Then any other Democrats. Unless, of course, the Democrats kill the filibuster. Then, it doesn’t matter anyway. There’ll never be another legitimate election and we’ll have a totalitarian police state anyway.

@Nathan Blue: Trump’s approval right now: 49%. All Democrats are doing is making their fraud agenda more absolutely necessary.

@Nathan Blue:

Those hoaxes failed already, remember?

Couple of things my delusional and divorced from reality illogical friend.

1) What you refer to as “those hoaxes” (Russia, tax returns, Ukraine, money laundering, to name a few) most certainly have not failed already which is why we’ll likely see Trump pardon his family and himself. The Mueller report did not exonerate Trump at all. We have not seen Trumps tax returns at all. There’s more we will have access to on foreign deals and conversations. Money laundering is quite likely. And then there’s New York he’ll have to face. Even if his self pardon sticks, there’s still plenty that will expose.

2) My comment didn’t address how butthurt you still are over Trump losing or how much you hate other people or that you think Trump thugs are very fine people. My comment was about McConnell’s motive of distancing the GOP from Trump.

@Nathan Blue:

Either way, the second civil war is underway.

From all appearances, it appears the thugs, cultists, and QAnon indoctrinated that truly believe that are a small minority and will ultimately get crushed if they pursue that agenda. Granted, they can do great damage but still on the losing side. Now people like you can later claim to have won or were cheated out of it or something similarly stupid but the majority of Americans, even Republicans, won’t tolerate it. How many Trump thugs have been arrested or fired from their jobs since their deadly Trump provoked attack on the U.S. Capitol?

Maybe this is another reason Mitch sees a need to distance the GOP from the stain of Trump.

I am beginning to think that folks like Pelosi never did win, they just had voter fraud enough to keep getting elected, that would explain why all of them, Dems and Repubs are non responsive to their voter base. They are their own voter base

@Stringer:

I am beginning to think that folks like Pelosi never did win, they just had voter fraud enough to keep getting elected

It isn’t uncommon for people with no political knowledge of demographics or how certain communities vote differently than others to think such things.

@Ronald J. Ward:

There’s more we will have access to on foreign deals and conversations. Money laundering is quite likely.

Well, alrighty then, let’s have it. Let’s see Dianne Feinstein’s books and the fact that for almost two decades she had a Chinese suspected spy working for her. Let’s have real transparency into Barbara Boxer’s association with a Chinese company. And how about Eric Swalwell’s little honey pot who fled back to China? You want Trump’s tax records? Well, I want theirs and I want to know if there was any “laundering” going on with the Biden Crime Family.

Let’s see it all. Tell us how someone can be elected a Representative, arrive in D.C. with not much more than two nickels bumping together in their pocket and wind up in a few short years a multi-millionaire. You can start with Lloyd Doggett.

And while we’re at it, release all the immigration records for Omar, who clearly married her biological brother.

If you want that transparency for one, surely you want it for all, right?

@Ronald J. Ward:

1) What you refer to as “those hoaxes” (Russia, tax returns, Ukraine, money laundering, to name a few) most certainly have not failed already which is why we’ll likely see Trump pardon his family and himself.

Haven’t failed? So, you ADMIT that they were nothing but ploys with the intention of removing Trump from office? Yes, Trump SHOULD pardon himself. Democrats have proven they don’t let laws, justice or due process get in the way of them exacting vengeance for political opposition. Trump, his family and anyone that served his administration is being threatened with eternal persecution and wait around for someone to actually violate a law is not required. Funny how you leftists support lawless persecution.

The Mueller report did not exonerate Trump at all.

Why don’t you show us where it was the intention of the investigation to exonerate Trump. Is that what you think prosecutors do? When you accuse someone of a crime (or don’t but just go on a witch hunt to find one) and you find no crime, you know what you have? A waste of two years, a waste of $35 million and an exoneration. Notably, all those false accusation you listed were actually committed by Grampa Grope Beijing Biden. Awwww…. lost again, huh?

We have not seen Trumps tax returns at all.

Are you lying or ignorant? You got to see over 10 years of returns. Again, if you don’t find what you are looking for (and you didn’t) it COULD mean it simply isn’t there.

No one is upset about Trump losing. We are upset that the Democrats fraudulently turned an election over.

Democrats simply believe the ends justifies the means. Getting absolute power to destroy this republic is worth corruption, fraud and violence.

@retire05: Don’t worry… “Ethics” Pelosi is looking into all that. Any day now. Any day…

@retire05:

As I responded to someone on another blog today: “Considering the level of propaganda, conspiracy theories, and gaslighting, the “they all do it” argument rings a bit hollow”.

Well, alrighty then, let’s have it (access to on foreign deals and conversations. Money laundering).

Dems don’t have power yet.

I don’t think you get my point on why Mitch appears to have turned on Trump, even saying the party needs to cleanse themselves from him (not verbatim). The Mueller report was muzzled. It won’t be. Trump was immune to prosecution at the time. He no longer will be (unless a self pardon sticks but the evidence still comes out). There won’t be Bill Barr to obstruct investigations. Biden won’t obstruct House investigations. We will have Trump’s tax returns.

I don’t know what will come out but McConnell is a precise and seasoned strategic gift to the GOP who puts the best interests of his party first. When he does or says something, he does it with a calculated political advantage in mind.

Trump as of this moment, is now the first president to be impeached twice.

@Ronald J. Ward:

As I responded to someone on another blog today: “Considering the level of propaganda, conspiracy theories, and gaslighting, the “they all do it” argument rings a bit hollow”.

So as you demand transparency from Trump, you ignore that some Democrats were literally in bed with the Chinese. Got it!

Dems don’t have power yet.

Really? And who is wielding the gavel?

I don’t know what will come out but McConnell is a precise and seasoned strategic gift to the GOP who puts the best interests of his party first.

And let’s have a little bit of transparency from McConnell. Maybe he would like to explain his own Chinese connections via his wife’s family, but I doubt it. Mitch is the consummate politician. He covers his ass better than representing his party.

Clearly you only want accountability from just one side of the aisle as you continue to insult your opposition. No surprise.

@retire05:

So as you demand transparency from Trump, you ignore that some Democrats were literally in bed with the Chinese. Got it!

That’s in response to my statement of “the “they all do it” argument rings a bit hollow”. I was referring to how they all end up getting filthy rich, a result from mainly being corporately owned and inside trader info. I didn’t seriously consider your conspiracy theory nonsense.

Mitch is the consummate politician. He covers his ass better than representing his party.

You underestimate his long term contribution to his party, mainly his ability to obstruct Dems from seating judges and the literally loading the courts with young conservatives with lifetime seats.

Clearly you only want accountability from just one side of the aisle as you continue to insult your opposition. No surprise.

It really isn’t that I think the Democrats are that good but rather that the party of Trump are pure evil in every sense. It’s like comparing someone that swipes an apple to Al Capone.

@Ronald J. Ward:

but rather that the party of Trump are pure evil in every sense.

How so? There isn’t a single silly media talking point that you parrot that can’t be easily debunked and decisively destroyed with simple logic and rational discourse.

You’re a bad actor, bent on spreading the lies that Trump was anything other than an effective and good President.

It’s just a fact, and the reason why cucks like you can’t discuss anything is because your fantasy will crumble so easily, when looking at actual facts and data.

CNN isn’t real, junior.

It’s like comparing someone that swipes an apple to Al Capone.

God, do you understand how much you betray your own bullshit?

Yes, comparing Trump to Democrats is like comparing an apple thief to Al Capone.

Trump takes liberties with some things. Democrats take…well…Liberty.

Who is paying you, by the way? No serious person could be as much as a dumbf*ck as you.

You’re a fascist/marxist dumbass and you don’t seem to know it.

You want Trump, and all his followers, dead.

But now you have no country. How far are willing to go, tough guy? Americans don’t want your vision.

@Nathan Blue:

You’re a bad actor, bent on spreading the lies that Trump was anything other than an effective and good President.

It’s just a fact, and the reason why cucks like you can’t discuss anything is because your fantasy will crumble so easily, when looking at actual facts and data.

You’ve become beyond delusional, living in a world of alternate facts. Even from our differences on perceiving good policies, Trump has failed on multiple fronts while lying that his achievements were otherwise. Building a great economy comes to mind as no one here or elsewhere has actually provided evidence of such. Trump simply repeats this lie and his lapdogs repeat it. Same with COVID, you run and hide when faced with the reality that were are not rounding any goddamn curve. He lied. Same for his attack on peaceful protestors or his abuse of The Foreign Emoluments Clause which happens to be a provision in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution. He never improved any infrastructure as promised and the wealth gap grew. The deficit had exploded even before COVID and he illegally defied his very owned signed CARES ACT legislation and ignored congressional demanded oversight of $1.5 trillion.

You repeatedly ignored all arguments of Trump’s chances to win the election and never provided any “facts or data” to justify how he was supposed to win by a landslide. You now do the same by obediently defending his baseless claim that the election was stolen, ignoring the “facts and data” that he failed to provide to the courts- because there was none.

The son of a bitch was impeached twice and in both cases, his toddies ignore facts and data and cling to what Trump tells you.

The only thing you have ever been able to provide is some childish “back at ya” ploy, always accusing me of what in fact you are guilty of. If I call out Trump’s racism, you accuse me of being a racist. When Trump sends in his white supremist or refers them as “Good Nazis” or tells his thugs to “stand by”, you accuse me of supporting anifa. And when you yourself cannot constructively confront Trump’s misdeeds and lies with “facts and data”, you tell me “you can’t discuss anything is because your fantasy will crumble so easily, when looking at actual facts and data”.

CNN isn’t real, junior.

Fasts and data? Deep state? A hoax?

That deep part of the rabbit hole in which you reside must be a spectacular place.

AJ demanding someone to answer a question or provide some proof!! You can’t make this shit up!

@Deplorable Me:

AJ demanding someone to answer a question or provide some proof!! You can’t make this shit up!

There are no demands of anything in my comments. I simply pointed out that I was accused of avoiding facts and data by a trump cultists who avoids facts and data.

The fact is, any facts or data that I provide are either flatly rejected because they didn’t link to QAnon or welovetrump.com or they are simply ignored entirely.

I see no logic in entertaining your regular and expected demands to answer off topic and distractive irrelevant questions. I have no control or interest in what you see.

@Ronald J. Ward:

Fasts and data? Deep state? A hoax?

How do you use question mark?
Put a question mark at the end of a sentence that is, in fact, a direct question. (Sometimes writers will simply forget.)

The actual fact is, you CANNOT back up anything you say. Ever. That is why you don’t.

@Ronald J. Ward:

I simply pointed out that I was accused of avoiding facts and data by a trump cultists who avoids facts and data.

You don’t avoid “facts and data.” Instead, you wordsmith facts and data to completely change the truth of those facts and data.
Perhaps you would like to explain how Trump violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution. And I don’t want some cut and paste opinion from the Lawfare blog, I want it in your words.

The fact is, any facts or data that I provide are either flatly rejected because they didn’t link to QAnon or welovetrump.com or they are simply ignored entirely.

Why are you so fixated on two internet sites that I can promise you most on this blog do not go to and have little knowledge of? You on the left do the Saul Alinsky thing; pick a target and go from there. Then apply your opinion of that target to every person you think disagrees with your political opinions.

I see no logic in entertaining your regular and expected demands to answer off topic and distractive irrelevant questions. I have no control or interest in what you see.

You have no interest in rational and logical debate. You have only preconceived opinions of those who don’t agree with you and you are not willing to enter into discussion with an open mind. You doggedly insult people by calling them names you find cutesy; the basket, cult, whatever the nom du jour you happen to pick.

Curt should have stuck to his guns and banned you. You are an agent provocateur with no reason to be here but to push lies and misrepresentations of actual facts.

Honest players on this blog should shun you, ignore you, let you rant your insanity and perhaps, after a extended length of time, you will get the message that no one believes you or gives a damn what you think in your pre-programmed mind.

@Ronald J. Ward:

I see no logic in entertaining your regular and expected demands to answer off topic and distractive irrelevant questions. I have no control or interest in what you see.

You mean “off topic” like asking you to explain why you deny election fraud when your candidate openly bragged about not only deploying it, but doing so on an unprecedented scale? Of, following up your throw-away defense that Grampa Grope’s comment was “taken out of context”, asking you to provide, then, what you thought the actual context was? For, it that was OUT of context, there must be ANOTHER context. Nothing could be more relevant.

You just keep losing.

@retire05: I admit it would be nice to converse with an intelligent leftist, but we have to make do with what we have. Perhaps we can sent Diogenes out to find an intelligent leftist that doesn’t just parrot Pelosi’s talking points, but we have to continue in the meantime.

@retire05:

Uh, care to read that again? You say I avoid facts and data to use my words to completely change the truth but you want me to avoid legal definitions of Trump’s actions and you want it in my own words. WTF? Heads you win and tails I lose.

And you actually believe this repeated tactic give you the upper hand of an argument.

This is why you just can’t reason with a Trump licker.

@Deplorable Me:

: I admit it would be nice to converse with an intelligent leftist, but we have to make do with what we have. Perhaps we can sent Diogenes out to find an intelligent leftist that doesn’t just parrot Pelosi’s talking points, but we have to continue in the meantime.

No, we don’t have to continue to tolerate falsehoods and lies perpetrated by the radical left wing. We don’t have to encourage those like Ward/AJ and Comrade Greggie with rational responses that are only mocked by them. We don’t have to accept them as anything other than what they are; agents provocateurs who are here for no other reason that to push falsehoods. You wouldn’t’ tolerate such lying from your own children and allow them to continue lying, why are you willing to accept that behavior from those who are supposedly adults?

For far too long, conservatives have debated from a point of logic. I suggest you re-read Rules For Radicals. Eric Holder summed up their tactics when he said “When they go low, we kick them.”

No more Mr. Nice Guy. They want to destroy this nation so that we are nothing more than a large Venezuela or Cuba. They truly believe in their Socialist idealistic utopia that they have never really had to live in.

Coddle them at your own peril. You are not going to change them no matter what you say because they are not listening. Until they suffer the slings and arrows that they constantly hurl at conservatives, they will not stop.

@Ronald J. Ward:

explain how Trump violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution. And I don’t want some cut and paste opinion from the Lawfare blog, I want it in your words.

Waiting.

@Ronald J. Ward:

It really isn’t that I think the Democrats are that good but rather that the party of Trump are pure evil in every sense.

We are not the party that insists on no common sense regulations on abortion. Pushes racism and the extermination of caucasians the most diverse race on the planet also a minority on the planet.
Democrats destroy everything they touch.
The DC Republicans are nothing but moderate Democrats, they need a good awakening.

@retire05: I just speak from personal experience. It’s my own. We can all bounce similar opinions back and forth, and we can have confidence we are on the right side of the issues. I find, however, that discussing with an AJ or a Greg, asking them to defend their positions with facts, reinforces my confidence as they can never provide any supporting evidence. Biden clearly says, while his son is getting a salary from a corrupt company in Ukraine that he would block $1 million in aid unless they killed the investigations of that company. Sounds clear enough, but what is their explanation? “No, he didn’t.” And that’s it. Biden says, unequivocally and clearly, that the Democrats have an extensive election fraud organization. Their explanation? Taken out of context. WHAT context? What other context is there?

In all other issues, Russian collusion, tax evasion, obstruction, impeachment, election fraud, violence, their argument (or lack of it) is what proves them wrong. They are too ignorant to realize it, but they are what builds support for Trump. Just like Pelosi, Nadler, Waters, Schumer, AOC, Schiff and an array of others, it is their mindless attacks and lies that causes Trump’s following to grow.

Idiots.

@retire05:

explain how Trump violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution. And I don’t want some cut and paste opinion from the Lawfare blog, I want it in your words

Waiting.

Let’s review your actual request in @Ronald J. Ward: :

You don’t avoid “facts and data.” Instead, you wordsmith facts and data to completely change the truth of those facts and data.
Perhaps you would like to explain how Trump violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution. And I don’t want some cut and paste opinion from the Lawfare blog, I want it in your words.

I gave you an answer here @Ronald J. Ward:

Uh, care to read that again? You say I avoid facts and data to use my words to completely change the truth but you want me to avoid legal definitions of Trump’s actions and you want it in my own words. WTF? Heads you win and tails I lose.

What are you waiting for? Again,

Uh, care to read that again? You say I avoid facts and data to use my words to completely change the truth but you want me to avoid legal definitions of Trump’s actions and you want it in my own words. WTF? Heads you win and tails I lose.

Let me repeat:

Uh, care to read that again? You say I avoid facts and data to use my words to completely change the truth but you want me to avoid legal definitions of Trump’s actions and you want it in my own words. WTF? Heads you win and tails I lose.

Are we still “rounding the curve”?

@Ronald J. Ward:

You say I avoid facts and data to use my words to completely change the truth but you want me to avoid legal definitions of Trump’s actions and you want it in my own words. WTF?

No. I want you to back up your claim that Trump violated the U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 9, Clause 8. I want you to explain how he violated the U.S. Constitution in your own words and all I get is more b/s pablum from you with no explanation of your claim.

Let me be perfectly clear:

explain how Donald J. Trump violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution.

You may like playing your silly games. I am past that and have been for decades.

@Deplorable Me:

I find, however, that discussing with an AJ or a Greg, asking them to defend their positions with facts, reinforces my confidence as they can never provide any supporting evidence.

Fine, if that works for you. But……………….what do you not understand about how our nation died on January 6, 2021? The enemy is not only inside the gates, they are controlling who is allowed to enter and you ain’t it.

@retire05: I totally understand. But not seeing what they are saying isn’t going to fix it. They WILL eventually suffer what we are warning of and I want to experience their reaction.

@retire05:

What you’re doing is gaslighting nonsense, the only tool left for the indoctrinated cultist to run from the horror show of a con man that you genuflect to.

If my own words completely change the truth as you say, why would you want me to use my own words? What you are saying to me is to ignore facts and data and tell you something that you’ve predetermined to be a lie. Fuck you.

@Deplorable Me:

They WILL eventually suffer what we are warning of and I want to experience their reaction.

The left owns the major corporations, the media, social media, the arts and the educational system. You won’t live long enough to see them suffer what you are hoping they will.

YOU WILL SUBMIT
YOU WILL CONFORM
OR
YOU WILL BE DESTROYED

BREAKING: Trump Team’s Peter Navarro Drops Third Major Report on Historic Election Fraud — Confirms “Trump Won”

We have an internet and media blackout on election fraud. Nancys little impeachment distraction.

@kitt: Like is described about the 1960 election, this one will eventually (but more quickly, thanks to technology) be revealed to have had ENORMOUS amounts of irregularities, errors and fraud committed. In a few months, all the evidence will be totally available. Was it enough to actually swing the election? I personally think so, but I am intelligent enough to know that it needs to be proven. It can’t be proven either way without a thorough examination and investigation of the evidence and the left simply refuses to consider such a logical and necessary procedure. This leads me to believe they have their suspicions as well and fear what the outcome of any investigation might be.

I searched and found Vol 1 but I can’t find Vol 2.

@Ronald J. Ward:

You’re gaslighting. You can’t bring a cogent argument, and can’t win on any valid point. Ever.

And watch your mouth, little runt. Not sure how many teeth an average Leftwinger like you has left.

What you are saying to me is to ignore facts and data and tell you something that you’ve predetermined to be a lie.

You have no facts, just Leftwing indoctrination by way of the new Marxist/Fascist State. Not an independent thinker. Not a purveyor of the Truth.

You’re “side” is guilty of everything you are conveniently accusing Trump of and you are a traitor to America.

@Nathan Blue:

The reality of Trump’s defeat has obviously exposed how severely unglued you actually are.

Godspeed to you in, well, rounding the curve.
