Kavanaugh redux: John Bolton is Julie Swetnick II

John Bolton Is Threatening Iran. Good. - POLITICO Magazine

You might remember that during the Brett Kavanaugh hearings democrats were constantly finding “new” evidence and last second witnesses. Just when a witness was dealt with and it was time to move on, democrats would magically “discover” another witness, each succeeding one less credible than the last. Julie Swetnick was the classic example.

Well, it’s deja vu all over again. We have a new magic act at hand.

Back in October we learned that former National Security adviser John Bolton was writing a book about his time in the Trump administration.  Publication was said to occur prior to the 2020 election.

It seems that date has been moved up significantly.

All books involving White House personnel need to be vetted by the National Security Counsel. Not all are leaked, but Bolton’s book was leaked to the NY Times by the NSC.

The accounts of this are all over the place. Bolton’s lawyer released this statement

On December 30, 2019, I submitted, on behalf of Ambassador Bolton, a book manuscript to the National Security Council’s Records Management Division for standard prepublication security review for classified information. As explained in my cover letter to Ellen J. Knight, Senior Director of the Records Management Division, we submitted the manuscript notwithstanding our firm belief that the manuscript contained no information that could reasonably be considered classified and on the assurance that the ‘process of reviewing submitted materials is restricted to those career government officials and employees regularly charged with responsibility for such reviews’ and the ‘contents of Ambassador Bolton’s manuscript will not be reviewed or otherwise disclosed to any personals not regularly involved in that process. A copy of my December 30 letter is attached. It is clear, regrettably, from The New York Times article published today that the prepublication review process has been corrupted and that information has been disclosed by persons other than those properly involved in reviewing the manuscript.

The NY Times continues to report that a copy was circulated to many people:

Image

Not so, says Bolton’s lawyer:

“The ambassador has not passed the draft manuscript to anyone else. Period.”

You need to know that the person in charge of reviewing such publications is Yevgeny Vindman.

The brother of Alexander Vindman. As in motive and opportunity.

Also in the NY Times report:

WASHINGTON — President Trump told his national security adviser in August that he wanted to continue freezing $391 million in security assistance to Ukraine until officials there helped with investigations into Democrats including the Bidens, according to an unpublished manuscript by the former adviser, John R. Bolton.

The president’s statement as described by Mr. Bolton could undercut a key element of his impeachment defense: that the holdup in aid was separate from Mr. Trump’s requests that Ukraine announce investigations into his perceived enemies, including former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. and his son Hunter Biden, who had worked for a Ukrainian energy firm while his father was in office.

Again, not so fast. This is phrased carefully to look like more than it is.

Image

“Preferred” being the key word here. In any case, the aid was sent on and there was no deal. No investigation. Trump sought materials they already had – not a new investigation.

Now the rest of the story and there’s less there than meets the eye.

https://twitter.com/Shem_Infinite/status/1221615171879297024

And

https://twitter.com/Shem_Infinite/status/1221615482039652352

The plot here could not be any more obvious.

Image

And the icing on the cake comes from Sara Carter:

The “manuscript” was leaked in a timely manner for the purposes of bolstering democrats’ demands for witnesses, to boost book sales and to offset the butt hurt inflicted on democrats last Saturday. This is the democrat Kavanaugh playbook once more and John Bolton is Julie Swetnick II. Bolton has made himself radioactive among Republicans. democrats will buy his book, but not many of them.

democrats will today again whine about witnesses, Bolton in particular. They had their chance. It was widely discussed and they opted not to call him. Republicans should respect that choice.

I would look to Bolton signing with either CNN or MSNBC, holding hands with either the execrable Nicole Wallace or the buffoon Brian Stelter. It’s where he belongs.

The difference is that in the Kavanaugh case, the accusations were between two people. In this case, there is an external element: Biden and the alleged corruption. If there was no Burisma and Hunter involved, Trump’s requests would seem odd and singular in purpose. However, there IS ample evidence and reason to believe that corruption in Ukraine was devouring much of the aid the US was sending and, thanks to Biden himself, amply reason to believe he was a part of it. So, therefore, it was Trump’s DUTY and RESPONSIBLITY to demand that proof be provided that corruption was being fought and the aid was no longer being laundered through corrupt operations such as Burisma to pay back US politicians for providing the aid.

All their patented, desperate efforts to stop Trump proves is that Trump is EXACTLY right and the Democrats are scared schiff-less.

Information they already had, as in what the fired Prosecutor was going to bring to the DOJ but the State Dept. refused to give him a visa to deliver? Stuff he may have given Rudy?

The defense for Kavanaugh (R) was that there was no actual concrete evidence to prove the charges against him.

With the impeachment trial, or as Deddie Hines, opinion contributor of TheHill put it, a charade, Bolton has stepped up as a key witness to the allegations.

I wouldn’t rule out Bolton testify just yet. If he does, conventional wisdom dictates Rs are screwed. If he doesn’t, Rs are still screwed.

But I personally don’t trust him so he could end up being their savior.

@Ronald J. Ward:

I wouldn’t rule out Bolton testify just yet. If he does, conventional wisdom dictates Rs are screwed. If he doesn’t, Rs are still screwed.

But I personally don’t trust him so he could end up being their savior.

That shows what a nasty little fascist you truly are. You wouldnt want an innocent person exonerated because your politics, because of your hatred.
No we dont need any witnesses for or against that havent already been called by the HoR. Strictly Partisan not a single Republian thought the case would stand up, not 1 thought the articles were strong enough to be impeachable.

Had the Democrats Constitutionally pursued impeachment, they could have had Bolton testify. But, no… they were in too big a hurry… to pass their faux articles, then sit on them for a month. Only the most idiotic of idiots or moronic of morons do not see through this morbid joke being played on the American people for the sake of Democrats desperately seeking power they don’t deserve.

@Ronald J. Ward:

The defense for Kavanaugh (R) was that there was no actual concrete evidence to prove the charges against him.

That about sums up this “impeachment” as well, especially after watching the Republicans destroy Democrats non-case.

Trump will be acquitted on Friday, or soon thereafter.

But I personally don’t trust him so he could end up being their savior.

You enable your gods Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff, and your believe anything they say even though the majority of the country doesn’t.

They could kill a baby in the street and you’d still find a way to justify it.

@Nathan Blue: But AJ wants his Democrats to keep trying, regardless of the facts, truth or Constitution.

@Nathan Blue:

The rubber/glue of your diatribe is expected at this point as the corner you’ve painted yourself into gives you little alternative. Some of it is rather comical.

That about sums up this “impeachment” as well, especially after watching the Republicans destroy Democrats non-case.

It’s hard to know who you’re trying to sell whatever it is you’re trying to sell to but the national discourse seems rather distance to you. Even the right wing media is somewhat of a tail spin. The conservative National Review is now concerned how the Trump team built their defense on quicksand. Fox News is asking Bolton to withdraw his book. The Wall Street Jornal calls Bolton the 800lb gorilla.

Trump will be acquitted on Friday, or soon thereafter

Of course he will. This is something I’ve been saying all along. No amount of evidence or willing witnesses will change that. The vote will be 47-53, even if Trumps shoots a U.S. Senator which then it would be 46-53 if he shoots a Democrat or 47-52 if he shoots a Republican. And I’ll go further by adding that Trump will likely not lose a single one of his base supporters.

But what you’re missing is that everyone knows Trump is guilty. Even many R senators admit privately he is as reported by even conservative news outlets. And as more overwhelming evidence is being reported and covered up by Rs, the more obvious his guilt is and the more of a scam the trial is.

So we’re looking at anywhere to a probable 4 to as many as an outside 12 (realistically 6 total) R senators who could be in danger.

And again, Trump lost the popular vote by nearly 3 million against a very unlikable opponent while elected the least popular in history.

Trump will be acquitted on Friday, or soon thereafter

This Friday or soon thereafter isn’t necessarily the day of reckoning.

This morning, Tom Carper (D-Delaware) was on Fox defending the fiasco that was Schiff’s lack of seeking judicial review of subpoenas.

My God, Delaware, can you not do better? He makes Stumbling Joe Biden look like an orator. He kept confusing Jesus with Jefferson, not able to repeat Jefferson’s words. Apparently, he didn’t fully memorize Democrat talking points.

@Ronald J. Ward: Those 3 million mostly from 2 states that wont change the electoral count nor the mix in the house or senate much Antifa child.
Trying to railroad through an impeachment on a successful President may not have the effect Bernie commies expect.

@kitt:

This early in the afternoon?

@Ronald J. Ward: Breaking the Goldwater rule doesnt make your resistance case. You dont like facts that crumble your fantasies.

@kitt:

Breaking the Goldwater rule doesnt make your resistance case.

You breaking into your gold water or when you do it is not a factor to me. It does however seem to make you less coherent.

I thought Comrade Greggie was singularly unique in his idiocy.

AJ/Ward has proven me wrong.

Of course, now he will come back at me with one of his (usually foul mouthed) insults only to prove my point for me.

Were Dems in the House lazy or clever when they skipped over authorizing their impeachment so their committees could issue legal subpoenas as well as legal demands for documents?
Either one is bad for the nation, if they win.
If they were merely lazy the Senate will be forever finishing their homework for them should they agree to call the witnesses the House didn’t go thru the proper motions to call.
If the Dems were thinking they were being clever by skipping witnesses/documents a win by them will forever skew the balance of power between the three branches of gov’t.
We are not a Parliament where the lower house can simply have a vote of no confidence to oust the Prime Minister.
But we will be IF Trump is found guilty of “obstruction of Congress.”

@retire05: The way to shut AJ up is to ask him to substantiate one of his lying accusations. This usually runs him off for a while.

@Nan G: They never wanted (or could afford) for the Republicans to be able to call fact witnesses. So, they rigged their hearings so that only the witnesses they wanted (after they had been vetted in secret hearings) would be allowed to speak publicly. They quickly passed their articles, but then mysteriously sat on them for a month. Now, why would they want to call MORE witnesses in the Senate and tie the top Democrat contenders for President up through the Iowa Caucuses? Of course, they don’t want Sanders but keeping both Sanders and Warren out of the caucuses is going to create chaos. No, the Democrats don’t want witnesses called; they want to be able to blame Republicans for no witnesses and whine about the failure of their circus that had no basis in fact because of Republican cover-up.

Games. Nothing but childish, partisan games.

It’s really quite simple—Trump doesn’t lie never has—repeat as many times as necessary

Bolton is a liar trying to up book sales

BLOOMBER BEATS TRUMP Dems unseat Mc Connell–take Senate 51-49

SB Chiefs 31 Niners 27

@Richard Wheeler:

BLOOMBER BEATS TRUMP Dems unseat Mc Connell–take Senate 51-49

Bloomberg won’t win the nomination. The DNC pre decides these things, after all.

Trump wins the EC and popular vote. Republicans keep the Senate, and possibly take the House.

The the damage they’ve done to they’re already crumbling party with this impeachment hoax is yet another nail in the coffin.

@Ronald J. Ward: just because you say he’s guilty and there’s evidence
for it doesn’t mean any of that is true.

But yeah, are the Republicans and conservatives are lying, but you’re completely truthful.

It’s fun to watch you intellectualize yourself into a dazed stupor.

The impeachment is about covering up Ukraine corruption, and you know it.

Trump has also dismantled all the games that the Democrats have made over the last 20 years. I can see why you’re upset, on behalf of your employers.

I guess exploiting the poor and the under-educated could only work for so long.

Meanwhile, in the United States where a competent leader is doing his job…. Incompetent losers are trying to take him down…

you might want to tell your party that you actually need evidence to accuse somebody of a crime or misconduct, not the shity opinions of haters who got fired.

@Nathan Blue: Much more likely, Bloomberg gets shunned by the DNC and runs as an independent, thus making Trump’s victory even more of a landslide.

Bloomberg’ a former Repub’s MAIN GOAL is to take out Trump, who he sees as a self serving phony—can’t stand his fellow New Yorker
Much too smart to run 3rd Party which he knows would elect DT.

Nathan—Dem Party will be fine—-It’s Repub Party that will need repair after Trump loses,

@Richard Wheeler: How much Democrat support has Bloomingidiot generated with his millions of dollars in ads? He’s had to apologize for his record but he wants to be President very badly (which is probably how he would be). He’s shown how he views the 1st Amendment, ordering his news services to lay off him and Democrats and, like most of the rest of the corrupt media, only badmouth Trump.

He’s a wild card, like Bernie. DNC is going to block Bernie somehow (they had already decreed only a registered Democrat can be the nominee… how they’ve allowed Bernie to join the campaigning is a mystery) and if they screw him (again) he’ll disrupt the campaign. His volunteers have already pledged violence (and he hasn’t disciplined them, showing his acceptance, again, of political violence). Even Obama is worried about the corrosive effect Bernie would have on the Democrat party.

Yep, REEEEEEAL cohesive unit you’ve got there.

@Richard Wheeler: Bloomberg is an arrogant ass that is also a johnny come lately. Bored with his money thinks Trump is having too much fun.
How did he make NY a better place?
how did he treat the women working for him?
Tulsi seems like a fine person too bad she gave up her seat to lose the presidential race.
Glad you are predicting Trumps loss, you were so right last time.

@Richard Wheeler:

Bloomberg’ a former Repub’s MAIN GOAL is to take out Trump

That’s not a running platform, that hateful hysteria…the kind the majority of Americans are rejecting from the rabid left.

Nathan—Dem Party will be fine—-It’s Repub Party that will need repair after Trump loses,

The Dem party will be fine when the corrupt radicals are ousted.

I’m watching Bibi praise Trump and the US for the new peace plan. So self-serving of that Trump guy.

BTW, has you DNC issued any apologies about rigging the primary last time, and what they are going to do to actually represent their supporters, rather than exploit them for votes? *snickers*

You really don’t understand how much of landslide Trump’s 2020 win is going be, do you? I’m serious.

@Nathan Blue: Rich wont tell me why he is a democrat, for a self described political junkie I find it quite strange.

@Nathan Blue: Trump is disliked by well over 50% of the electorate—garnering no more than the 46% he got in 2016—where will this landslide come from?–of course he wrongly claimed EC landslide in 2016–Obama having better numbers in 08 and 12. Dems learned there lesson in Pa-Mi and Wi–That won’t happen again

Seriously Nathan–You’re a smart guy-do you just disregard all his lies? Is that easy for you?

Kitt I’ve told you more than once why I’m a Dem—You missed it—At least you don’t credit me with things I’ve never said–like Dep loves to do This is a tough far right crowd

Dep—It’s early and a numbers game—believe Bloomberg will get the nom.

Quinnipac Poll just released 79% of voters want witnesses–this should surprise no one–common sense—Repubs should agree or they will be accused of cover up

@Richard Wheeler: I really dont recall can you refresh my memory what is it that makes you a Democrat looking at their platform

@kitt:

All Wheeler needs to do is cut and paste his response but I suspect you’ll get some lame excuse why he’s not going to.

KITT Since the days of JFK–THINK YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT HIM—-Dems have been the party of civil rights, human rights and equal rights—they are the Party that fights to protect our precious environment–clean air and clean water–yes a greener economy
They have fought for minorities- including the LGBT community and the welfare and more humane treatment of the animals that share our planet.

Look at the composition of our Senate–our House—what percentage of Women and people of color are Repubs?–what percentage Dems?
The Dem Party is represented by and fights for ALL Americans.

We Dems love ROCK AND ROLL—you guys country western

There is much more—enough for now—-Semper Fi

January 28, 2020 — Ex-WH chief of staff Kelly says he believes Bolton’s account of Ukraine allegation

Washington (CNN — Former White House chief of staff John Kelly says he believes John Bolton’s allegation that President Donald Trump told the former national security adviser that US security aid to Ukraine was conditioned on an investigation of the President’s political rivals, adding that Bolton should be heard from.

“If John Bolton says that in the book I believe John Bolton,” Kelly said Monday night when asked about the leaked draft manuscript during remarks at the Ringling College Library Association Town Hall lecture series, according to the Herald Tribune of Sarasota, Florida.

Kelly said Bolton “always gave the president the unvarnished truth” and is a “man of integrity and great character.”

That’s the same problem many Trump appointees had. Trump doesn’t want truth. Trump wants affirmation of whatever he’s already thinking. It’s why he’s increasingly surrounded by sycophants rather than truth-tellers—a very dangerous situation for any president, because the world is a complicated, dangerous place, and no one person can possibly have a comprehensive grasp of the intricacies of all of those dangers.

“I mean, half of Americans think this process is purely political and shouldn’t be happening, but since it is happening, the majority of Americans would like to hear the whole story,” Kelly said.

“So I think if there are people that could contribute to this, either innocence or guilt … I think they should be heard. I think some of the conversations seem to me to be very inappropriate but I wasn’t there. But there are people that were there that ought to be heard from.”

Bolton’s allegations, contained in a draft manuscript first reported by The New York Times, have led to fresh calls from Democrats for Bolton to testify in Trump’s impeachment trial and added uncertainty to a vote, expected this week, to determine whether the Senate should subpoena for witnesses and documents.

A source with direct knowledge of the manuscript has told CNN the Times’ telling of Bolton’s account is accurate. The President, though, has denied claims he told Bolton aid to Ukraine was tied to an investigation of the Bidens.

Trump’s attempts to pressure Ukraine to investigate Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, his potential 2020 rival, are at the center of the President’s impeachment trial.

Trump has repeatedly made unfounded and false claims to allege that the Bidens acted improperly in Ukraine. There is no evidence of wrongdoing by either Joe or Hunter Biden.

Kelly, who left the White House under contentious circumstances in January 2019, has occasionally voiced criticisms of the Trump administration since leaving his post.

In October, the retired Marine Corps general said the President would not be in the middle of an impeachment process if he were still chief of staff, implying that White House advisers could have prevented it. He also said before he left the White House he advised Trump on hiring his replacement.

“I said, whatever you do — and we were still in the process of trying to find someone to take my place — I said whatever you do, don’t hire a ‘yes man,’ someone who won’t tell you the truth — don’t do that,” Kelly said at the time. “Because if you do, I believe you will be impeached.”

Apparently Kelly was correct.

@Richard Wheeler:

But your non answer isnt the Democrat platform its your fantasy of what the Party is about.

Party Platform

Much based on envy and victim ideolgy
None of what they are running on will accomplish the platform.
Promises no plan.
https://gop.com/platform/

@Richard Wheeler:

Seriously Nathan–You’re a smart guy-do you just disregard all his lies? Is that easy for you?

I am a smart guy. That’s why I voted for Trump. His platform was clear, and he’s executed it efficiently. The results are also clear, and the Dem-owned media can only use smoke and mirrors to try, in vain, to distract from that.

His style of bombast is clearly an issue for some, but not for me.

As far as polls say, Trump’s approval rating is and has been higher that Obama’s during the same time in office. That’s from Rassmussen, so Leftists will just say “bah” while only citing the Polls that serve their own bias. The country isn’t run on polls, so I don’t understand why Leftists are so ignorant to use them as an intimidation technique. What you’re are saying is “no one agrees with you, so shut up”. That’s not true.

The media doesn’t like that Trump says the same things they are saying. He’s better at that game than they are, and that’s why they can’t take it.

But to say “he’s a liar” is what every opposition party says when they lose and election. Reps bitched about Obama, Dems about Bush (Bush lied, people died).

How can anyone with two brain cells think “Trump is a liar” is some kind of battle cry is beyond me. Of course you’d say that; that’s what the losing party says.

Bolton – has issues because he was fired. Wanted to invade Iran. Was a bad fit in the new admin. Now, this “bombshell” drops as a book manuscript? Are you f*cking kidding me?

If you could take off you’re partisan glasses, you’d see just how insane the Dems have become.

Obama won by way of fanfare and exploitation of the poor, the young, and the over-educated but under-worked. It was a shameful use of demagoguery that Trump thankfully erased within a few years of taking office. That’s what I wanted, that’s what I got.

That’s why I’ll vote for him again.

So, Trump’s a liar?
Biden – on tape committing quid pro quo. Money laundering through a corrupt firm under investigation by the state department.
Sanders – lies about every part of his “plan”. Has not understanding of economics. Buying votes by lies.
Warren – Lied about being part-Native American.
Bloomberg – the amount of dirt the public has on this guy is so vast. He’s a liar too, and a joke.

All the Dem hopefuls, at least at the top, have gotten rich by being a politician. Trump has a proven track-record of building things, people, organizations, and that has benefited many. He takes zero shit, and only hires the best.

After the slow sink into oblivion by allowing a corrupt political class to form (which we should have none), I’m very proud to support a President that is correcting that. Bought off by no one, having spent a billion of his one money to run.

That’s smart to me. Remember, your party took out Tulsi the same way they try to take out Trump: by lying.

So the question is, why the hell would anyone support the current Dems?

BTW, I was a registered democrat and stopped supporting them when I could see the corrupt wave of fascist-like thought coming down the mountain, starting back around 2001. I’m an independent, and Trump is the independent I’ve been waiting for.

@Greg: Trump delayed aid for numerous countries, all for the same reason: verify how the money is being used. Ukraine was not unique except that Joe Biden was involved in the corruption. This is why Democrats don’t want to examine the history of corruption in Ukraine because that validates Trump’s delay in delivering the aid (which he did as long as he was reasonably assured by Zelensky that the aid was not going to be lost to graft and corruption.

So, Bolton’s alleged manuscript extraction is nothing new and nothing incriminating. What is contested is that Trump did this solely to hamstring Mr. Shoot Himself In The Foot, Joe Biden; he didn’t. He did it because corruption was rife and he didn’t want to feed it more taxpayer money. It is BIDEN’S fault that he is the focus of the corruption.

@Nathan Blue: Funny how Rich maintains he didn’t support Hillary yet he can’t yet understand why voters preferred Trump. Something there doesn’t quite add up.

@Deplorable Me, #33:

Trump delayed aid for numerous countries, all for the same reason: verify how the money is being used.

Congress made verification that corruption issues were being meaningfully addressed a condition for the release of military aid to Ukraine in the same bipartisan legislation that granted it. Specific requirements had to first be met. Verification that they were met had subsequently taken place.

Trump was holding things up for the public announcement of a Biden investigation. Other than a vague passing reference to the bizarre CrowdStrike conspiracy theory, no further “anti-corruption measures” were even mentioned.

@Greg:

In October, the retired Marine Corps general said the President would not be in the middle of an impeachment process if he were still chief of staff.

The arrogant SOB no one but no one voted for Kelly, McMaster, Priebus or Warmonger Bolton.
They have tried to unseat this President before he took office, what was he going to do to stop them drone Congress, FBI and CIA?
Everyone should say yes to the President, advise him the best way to accomplish his polices and goals. Kelly wasnt up to the job, Kelly should just fade away.

@Greg:

Trump was holding things up for the public announcement of a Biden investigation.

Really. Yet he released it, there was no announcement and the Ukrainians never knew about it. Do you ever get tired of making yourself look ignorant by repeating what Democrats tell you to think?

Democrats had asked Ukrainians to help them defeat Trump and the DNC used a Ukrainian-owned company to tell the FBI the Russians hacked the DNC server. For a suspicious fella you sure are gullible.

It was released because the scam was revealed. The Ukrainians did know, because they’re not stupid. The meeting the new Ukrainian president needed as an affirmation of his credibility continued to be withheld.

There’s a simple solution. Call in the witnesses Trump blocked and the truth will be known, one way or the other. If you want to add Hunter Biden to the list, go on ahead.

@Deplorable Me: Voters preferred Trump? Is that like saying his E,C victory was of historic landslide proportions.?

Both are lies

BTW–I’ll take the word of Marine Generals Mattis and Kelly over ol bone spurs EVERY TIME.

@Deplorable Me: Trump was holding things up for the public announcement of a Biden investigation. , there are books written about Lunchbox enriching his family, recent left leaning publication have recent articles. https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2019/08/02/joe-biden-investigation-hunter-brother-hedge-fund-money-2020-campaign-227407
But let the Trump who swore an oath to uphold the laws of the USA ask about it and the swamp tries to swallow him whole.
Greg earlier commented that Biden took credit for getting a prosecutor fired, repeats lies that it was a multinational effort, they never say which nations. Or why the investigation was transferred then quashed by the State Dept touted NABU.

@Richard Wheeler:

BTW–I’ll take the word of Marine Generals Mattis and Kelly over ol bone spurs EVERY TIME.

Good but would you take Mr weapons of mass destruction Boltons word over AG Barrs? Ready to believe the NYT with their record on misinformation and lies?

Sont miss an episode https://babylonbee.com/news/cnn-unveils-new-format-where-hosts-just-watch-fox-news-and-yell-at-it

@kitt: Barr is simply a Trump mouthpiece—pretty disgraceful for an AG.
Eric Holder was the same way for BHO.

McCconell says he doesn’t have the votes–Appears Repub woman have more balls than their emasculated brothers.

What say you—why not Bolton and The Kid?

@Richard Wheeler: Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, the whistleblower and the DNC staffer Maybe Chulpa.

Boltons got nuthin’
This drags down the Dem candidates while prolonging a not guilty vote not exactly a genius move by the Dems.

@Greg: Indeed, call the witnesses. Question Joe and Hunter and find out how much Hunter was making for doing exactly what and who warned Joe about his involvement with killing the Burisma investigation. Let’s find out from Schiff when he coordinated with Ciaramella to concoct this entire farce. Let’s find out from the Vindman’s who leaked what when… and why.

Trump released the aid because it was time to do it; it had to be released by the end of September. Ukraine says they never knew of the hold on the aid; are they lying? Lying implies corruption. There is STILL not one single solitary shred of evidence to support impeachment. It’s all make-believe fantasy borne of desperation.

@Richard Wheeler: So who did you prefer; Hillary or Trump? Despite your protestations, you seem to prefer Hillary.

Witnesses are going to bring down a world of hurt upon the Democrats. If I were you, I would be very careful what I wished for.

@Deplorable Me: Bolton now says he will fight subpoenas up to the Supreme court if he has to.

@Deplorable Me: Let’s be clear —I never called for impeachment–preferred a censure—–dislike Trump and HRC—-blame HRC’S bungling for electing Trump—a true disaster.

At this point lets bring on Bolton and Hunter.

@Richard Wheeler: What disaster has happened?
Disaster averted, Russia has not annexed all of Ukraine, Rocketman has cooled his jets a little, ISIS caliphate broken. Great job market, fewer coming across the southern border. Clinton not selling off strategic assets or renting out the Lincoln bedroom, Whitehouse repaired and a more energy efficient AC installed.
President Trump Signs Federal Animal Cruelty Bill Into Law The bill, called the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act, makes intentional acts of cruelty to animals federal crimes carrying penalties of up to seven years in prison.

@Richard Wheeler: Well, your choice was a lying, duplicitous, corrupt, incompetent, anti-American Hillary or Trump, who has revitalized the economy, tried to conclude peace with N. Korea, is strangling Russia with energy exports, put together monumental trade deals, killed terrible terrorists, provided unwavering support for veterans and improving the VA and rebuilt and strengthened the military. Not a very tough choice.

If we hear from more witnesses, I want to hear from more than Hunter, and it shouldn’t be a one to one ratio; that’s not what House Democrats allowed House Republicans.

@Deplorable Me: 1 witness only if we like them.
I still say no there is insufficient evidence toss the case. Make them do it right before it is presented for trial.
Wheres the 18th witness and transcript? The ICIG?

@kitt: The way to clear Trump once and for all (until the Democrats try again) is to reveal the Biden/Ukrainian corruption connection. That also involves exposing how Schiff drummed up this “whistle blower” BS. We can’t let the instigators of the coup off the hook; they’ll just try again and again.

@Deplorable Me: The way to prove Schiff set this up is witness 18. The complaint went through the checks and balances and was found legally lacking but somehow got traction. Adam having 2 former NSC employees on his staff. How did Schiff get the complaint when congress wasn’t informed, remember he doesnt know the WB. His staff member going to Ukraine to coordinate.
