Comey’s FBI became the Stasi and staged a coup against Trump

Loading

It’s been an interesting weekend.  We learned a lot. I have long asserted that the FBI was out to take Trump down right from day one. It appears more and more that that is exactly what has and is happening.

Carter Page was a known FBI asset.  He helped them in the past. As a reward, FBI used him as a ruse to spy on Trump, fraudulently obtaining a FISA warrant to allow the FBI to collect collateral information.

As in spy on Trump.

Comey wanted to take down Trump. Nearly a year ago I wrote this:

Comey was after Trump from the beginning

He was.

Certain things set off alarms in your head. Comey set off a lot of alarms. He blew off DOJ protocol when he sent two agents to interview Michael Flynn.

Comey went on to acknowledge the way the interview was set up – not through the White House counsel’s office, but arranged directly with Flynn – was not standard practice. He called it “something I probably wouldn’t have done or maybe gotten away within a more … organized administration.”

He refused to tell Trump who financed the Steele dossier:

“Did you tell him that the Steele dossier had been financed by his political opponents?” Stephanopoulos asked.

Comey replied, “No. I didn’t — I didn’t think I used the term ‘Steele dossier.’ I just talked to him about additional material.”

Stephanopoulos responded by asking, “But did he have a right to know that?”

“That it had been financed by his political opponents? I don’t know the answer to that,” Comey responded. “It wasn’t necessary for my goal, which was to alert him that we had this information.”

Which is curious because to this day Comey insists he does not know who funded the dossier – most likely because an admission he did know would mean he lied to the FISA court.

Comey said telling Trump wasn’t necessary for his goal- to let Trump know he had the goods on him. Byron York:

Comey had goals alright.

Comey effectively killed the Clinton email investigation. Clinton’s exoneration was written long before her interview. Comey’s obviously biased operation and his insubordination led to his dismissal from the FBI. Writing the memo justifying Comey’s termination was none other than Rod Rosenstein.

At the time of Comey’s firing no evidence of Russian collusion had been found. Peter Strzok:

“You and I both know the odds are nothing. If I thought it was likely I’d be there no question. I hesitate in part because of my gut sense and concern there’s no big there there,” Peter Strzok, who then served as deputy chief of FBI counterintelligence, wrote to FBI lawyer Lisa Page on May 18, 2017.

But when Comey was fired, everything changed. The FBI took on a new role.

Depose the President of the United States. I mean, how dare he exercise his Constitutional authority?

Immediately after Comey was fired the FBI went rogue and began rumor mongering

CNN reported on Monday that the FBI’s general counsel, James Baker, told House investigators last year that FBI officials debated whether Trump was “acting at the behest of” Russia.

and Andrew McCabe opened a Counter Intelligence investigation against Trump because there wasn’t any evidence to open a criminal investigation.

The FBI abandoned its guidelines in its pursuit of Trump:

A former assistant director of intelligence at the FBI said on Monday that a recent report that a counterintelligence probe was opened into whether President Trump was working on behalf of Russia shows some bureau employees are working outside of Department of Justice guidelines.

“It’s just one more indicator of some individuals who are operating outside of the attorney general guidelines, and normal practices and protocols,” Kevin Brock told Hill.TV’s Buck Sexton and Jamal Simmons on “Rising.”

Former Trump lawyer John Dowd calls it a “soft coup”

Then they play games with his counterintelligence business.I take what was driving me crazy Brian as you know I served as a department just as I did an internal investigation of the FBI back when Director Kelly was there and working with two attorneys general. Let me tell you I’ve never I mean this is our worst nightmare that someone with that kind of power would then decide to go after the President. I mean it’s a coup. That’s what it is an attempted coup by Comey and his crowd. And the evidence is all over there. I take the New York Times article as an admission of their bad behavior.

So here’s what I think. Comey could find nothing on Trump for nine months. He conspires with Rosenstein to have Comey fired, after which Rosenstein would appoint a Special Counsel and give him unlimited latitude to find anything and everything he could to remove Trump. Remember- Comey admitted that he leaked his memos in the hope that it would lead to a Special Counsel.

It’s been rolling around my head for a while and then crystallized when I read a Chuck Ross tweet:

They needed a reason to continue the CI investigation if they were going to find something remotely credible to use to depose Trump. So Rosenstein opened the door for Mueller to chase down family and friends.

For decades old misdeeds the IRS had no interest in.

The FBI has been weaponized against the President of the United States. They have become the Stasi- but worse. Another Special Counsel is needed. One with an unlimited ability and funds to investigate the FBI leadership past and present.

And that could include some democrats.

Prediction:

Trump will declassify the FISA app and it will show that the FBI withheld exculpatory evidence on Carter Page, but he will not do so until after Mueller is done. Which is one reason Mueller is dragging it out as long as possible.

@Deplorable Me: I answered your question re Black Caucus etc. but you didn”t read it or chose to ignore it–nothing new.

Trump’s chotce of Giuliani to be his spokesman is truly bizarre. Rudy now claims he never said Trump’s campaign cohorts were NOT involved in Russian collusion, They’ll have to roll the tape on that,..

@Michael: Actually, you have.

@Richard Wheeler:

Agree adding white, black ,brown to name of org. does not in itself make it racist—actions speak louder than colors

Right, you did. My error. However, this doesn’t explain, then, why you expect anyone to denounce King when this was his argument as well. Are you saying YOU are racist?

The fact that Trump NEEDS a spokesman to address false accusations of treachery against the President of the United States is bizarre. The fact that there doesn’t seem to be any adults that showed up on the liberal side since November 9, 2016 is also bizarre.

@Deplorable Me: King was denounced by 434 of 435 in Congress/House—King denounced himself. All wrong including King??–
On this I agree with the 434 and King. I believe you do as well.
Trump and Kitt have not declared as yet.

@Richard Wheeler:

@Deplorable Me: King was denounced by 434 of 435 in Congress/House—King denounced himself. All wrong including King??–

Provide King’s statement denouncing himself.

It goes without saying that all the Democrats would jump on this opportunity to use racism as a political weapon. Duh. Name an instance where they missed an opportunity to do so (aside from when one of their own have shown their racism or anti-Semitism). Republicans fear the media onslaught of not jumping on the bandwagon and denouncing someone interpreted as saying something racist. So, that is no clear indication. Again, where was the liberal uproar over Tlaib for meeting with Palestinian terrorists or declaring Jews control all in Congress that support Israel or her vulgarity bragging she was going to impeach Trump for no reason? Ethics and decorum only matters if it is applied equally across the board. it isn’t, so I don’t worry about it being applied.

Again, if “white” nationalist does not automatically imply racism, why should he be criticized for pointing that out?

@Deplorable Me: The fools have no idea, Just Barry era race division tactics on full display. That legacy will stand for awhile, I’ll have none of it, any and all that want to help the preservation and repair of the Constitutional Republic are welcome. They want division and chaos so behind it the destruction can continue. Come for them with pitchforks and torches they just tell the people with pichforks that the people with torches are trying to take away the pitchforks. Stinking victim identity politics is all they have. Point out everyone prospers under the policies, no matter how they were born.
King is up for election has a score of 74% very moderate Republican His fellow representative Democrat women actually have higher conservative scores of 100. of course they are new and haven’t had time to be contaminated.
King on Friday suggested he’s been misunderstood. He said on the House floor that the interview with the Times was in part a “discussion of other terms that have been used, almost always unjustly labeling otherwise innocent people. The word racist, the word Nazi, the word fascist, the phrase white nationalists, the phrase white supremacists.”

King said he was only wondering aloud: “How did that offensive language get injected into our political dialogue? Who does that, how does it get done, how do they get by with laying labels like this on people?”
Trump said he was a nationalist, in less than a heartbeat the Media added White and the bashing began it is only the medias constant drumming of Republicans being racist when history shows no such thing, quite the opposite actually.
Senator Everett Dirksen (R-IL), co-author of the 1965 VRA, helped outmaneuver Democrat opposition (voting rights act)
Frances Rice, chairman of the National Black Republican Association, describes the Democratic Party as the architect of modern day racism.

Rice, a retired Army lieutenant colonel and lawyer, says in an interview it was Republicans who pushed through much of the ground-breaking civil rights legislation in Congress. Now, she says, Republicans stand for empowering blacks to help them out of poverty. In contrast, Rice says, the Democrats push to keep blacks dependent on government handouts and encourage them to see themselves as victims.
Before government help, Blacks were doing quite well then came the war on poverty and it divided black families, feminism today is accomplishing that for white families. The constant bashing on masculinity, and stay at home moms, home schooling, anything that smacks of traditional time proven ways to success.
Big take away if you are Republican and the liberal media calls for an interview tell them to take a long walk of a short pier.
Richie F Off not playing your stupid game.

@Richard Wheeler: To be clear King was removed from all of his committee assignments based on interview comments made by him.
King joined 434 in denouncing white supremacists etc. He stated he couldn’t believe the words he’d uttered–“didn’t come from my mind” ie don’t believe what I actually said lol. He denounced what he actually said–go figure.

Same vein Trump said previously “I am proud to shut down the government I’ll take the mantle.” He owns it.

You want more wild gyrations keep a close eye on Rudy.

@kitt:

Exactly. He wasn’t supporting or endorsing any “racist” organization; he was trying to open up thought about how racism is injected into everything. Then, he became the victim of racism being injected into everything. He is attacked without context or knowledge. But, of course, the Congressional Black Caucus, which only includes one specific race and excludes all others, is not racist. Miss Black America, which utilizes a racial test to qualify contestants, is not racist.

Democrats are the party of racism, which is why they work so hard to direct the accusations away from themselves.

@Richard Wheeler:

Same vein Trump said previously “I am proud to shut down the government I’ll take the mantle.” He owns it.

Explain what Trump did that shut down the government. Only if he shut it down does he own it. So, what did Trump do?

@Deplorable Me: Ask Trump—he’s the one who said he’s proud of it.
I’d guess he’s proud of his shutdown because he’s standing firm on his request for wall funding and won’t reopen govt till he gets it.–You agree with that assessment?

Majority of Americans agree it’s Trump’s shutdown and he’s proud of it.

@Richard Wheeler: No, I’m asking you. You say he shut it down and owns it. What did HE do to shut the government down? He’s been waiting at his desk with pen in hand to sign a funding bill but Schumer killed the one he would have signed and Pelosi does nothing but play her stupid, transparent political games. Trump has tried to get them to come forth with a willingness to negotiate, but they won’t. How is Trump responsible? Explain.

That majority is shrinking fast. The number of those wanting the wall is growing fast. Liberal propaganda is, again, failing to keep the truth revealed by observation suppressed.

Can you link to the Democrat report on PR after they left with the government shut down to lounge on the beach, or why Pelosi ran off to an exclusive very elite spa in Hawaii, while Trump worked through Christmas? Rejecting lunch at the White House by supposedly moderate Dems giving up an opportunity to chat up all their solutions to border jumpers, mow the grass? Mow the grass, was one Democrat solution, wouldn’t it grow back and require regular mowing do they have electric mowers able to do this or will the long term carbon footprint of that brain fa..er flash of genius be?
Still off topic
The FBI took it upon themselves to endorse and push one candidate texts prove this the 12 top people fired or “retired” show this. Criminal behavior by top members to unseat someone they found to be uncontrollable. Like it was their job to control their boss, and if they couldnt get him removed.

@Deplorable Me:

You say he shut it down and owns it.

Straight from Article 1, Section 7 of that pesky little document the left loves to hate, the U.S. Constitution:

Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be presented to the President of the United States; If he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it.

The process for passing Spending Bills is very simple to understand. Spending Bills originate in Congress, specifically the House, not the Oval Office. Our poor Founders must not have taken into account that future generations would either not be schooled on the Constitution or would have difficulties understanding the simple language it was written in.

@another vet: It’s really very, very simple. If the Senate had sent the bill to Trump before they sent it back to the House, the one that had no border security funding on it, he would have rejected it. THEN he would “own” and that is what he made abundantly clear to Schumer and Pelosi that nothing without border security funding was going to get signed. The House sent the bill back with the $5.7 billion funding in it. SCHUMER killed that one. I have explained to idiot liberals who were told by someone to say, “But the Republicans control the Senate” that their one vote majority will not pass a spending bill; it takes some Democrats to support it and SCHUMER forbade them from supporting it.

Now, Trump probably made a tactical error in trying to shame Schumer and Pelosi into doing their job (you can’t shame people that have no morals) because Schumer figured he could shut down the government and have it blamed on Trump, but no matter how much the corrupt liberal media cooperates with his scheme, this is all Schumer and Pelosi.

You guys are spinning —-KISS DT can open the govt anytime—then negotiate. So far he refuses to do that. He refused to sign a short term funding bill and he let the govt shut down .I repeat he LET THE GOVT SHUT DOWN.
Why do you disagree with him when HE SAYS

he proudly OWNS the shutdown./You should proudly own it with him—He’s standing for his wall and America’s security—-claims those out of a paycheck stand with him—typical Trump.

There is no change in majority blaming DT for shutdown—Maybe DT can buy a better poll for himself like COHN says he did in 2016
Sure looks like Rudy is expecting BAD ER VERY BAD news.

“Lib friends?” thought you said they’d disowned you Sorry you didn’t actually say you had lib friends or relatives any more.

@Deplorable Me:

you can’t shame people that have no morals)

The left proves that point multiple times each day along with showing a lack of honesty, honor, and integrity. That’s why I have essentially ceased in engaging in any type of meaningful conversation with them. You’d have better luck reasoning with a suicide bomber.

Would you Trumpeteers be kind enough to give your definition of “morals”—will you be going to Donald for guidance?

Get Serious

Trumpeteers? I like it!

D-O-N . . . A-L-D . . . T-R-U-M-PEEE

There’s even a hat!

@Greg: Richie can never remember things right, Women are Trumpettes… . He sits in the White House all day long rockin and a bopping and singing his song, All the little birdies on every main street love to hear the Donald going Tweet tweet tweet Rockin’Donald Tweet tweet tweet
During the election bless my soul he out bopped a buzzard and brought back coal!
Rockin’Donald Tweet tweet tweet.
@Richard Wheeler: No definitions for you or any liberals, We knew what we voted for, not a perfect man just perfect for he job. You think you have us figured out how to use emotions to control us there are a brand new set of rules and liberals dont get a copy. The new game is you lose, America Wins.

@Richard Wheeler:

DT can open the govt anytime—then negotiate.

Not when Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, from which a suitable funding bill will have to come, simply says, “no wall, no wall, no wall” then laughs. Democrats cannot be trusted to negotiate in good faith; they’ve proven that numerous times. So, no, Trump can’t open the government with a reasonable expectation that Pelosi and Schumer would negotiate and compromise.

Trump didn’t shut it down and Trump doesn’t own it. Schumer shut it down, intentionally, and Pelosi makes certain it stays closed. THEY own it. THEY are the problem.

Would you Trumpeteers be kind enough to give your definition of “morals”—will you be going to Donald for guidance?

How about playing politics with lives? Thousands of innocent US citizens are killed each year by illegal immigrants, many of whom have been caught and deported numerous times. Elimination of liberal sanctuary cities and states would provide immediate help for this problem, but the left will not consider it. Building a wall would provide a long term solution, but the left will not consider it. Allowing ICE to take custody of repeat offenders would help, but the left will not consider it. THAT is a lack of morality; watching innocent people be robbed, raped, killed in DUI accidents and murdered while trying to cultivate illegal immigrants for votes. They can’t even face Angel Moms because they flee their responsibility. You think that is morality? You think people who do this are moral in any measure? No, they are NOT.

The media is just as amoral as they are; possibly more. They could not get away with the pornographic disregard for American lives without media protection.

The Democrats closed the government because they place the interests of illegal immigrants way ahead of the safety and security of the American people. That’s not spin; that is what they are doing.
