Ocasio-Cortez joins a notable list of those who would indoctrinate children for their own ends

The indoctrination of children is common in abusive ideologies.

Hitler did it.

The Hitler Youth, known in German asĀ Hitler-JugendĀ (HJ), was founded in 1926, though its roots stretch back a few years. Its origins come from theĀ Jungsturm Adolf Hitler(Adolf Hitler Boyā€™s Storm Troop), an arm of the storm troopers founded in 1922. It was originally the youth movement of theĀ German Workersā€™ Party, founded in 1919, which, in 1920, Hitler renamed theĀ National Socialist German Workersā€™ Party. TheĀ Jungsturm Adolf HitlerĀ collapsed in 1923 with the failure of theĀ Beer Hall PutschĀ andĀ Hitlerā€™sĀ imprisonment. A number of youth groups were then founded to try to fill the gap. While originally a boys movement, in 1928 a separate girls organization was added in 1929 calledĀ Schwesternschaft der Hitler-Jugend, it was renamedĀ BundĀ Deutscher MƤdel (BDM)Ā in 1930 and a section for younger females, theĀ JungmƤdelgruppe, was added in 1931.

ISIS does it.

At first glance, the children in ISIS propaganda videos look just like those you’d find in any elementary school across the world. They’re smiling and happy, toting bright backpacks, and running around playing kickball outside.

But it’s hard to miss the sign that these aren’t normal students ā€” the black cloth tied around some of their heads that bears the Islamic State’s symbol.

The terrorist group (which is also known as ISIS, ISIL, and Daesh) has released a barrage of propaganda in recent months touting the schools in the territory ISIS refers to as its “caliphate,” located in parts of Iraq and Syria.

North Korea does it

Starting at nursery school, North Koreans are taught to believe the Kim dynasty are all-knowing and all-powerful.

Young children inĀ Ā are told Christianity and other religions are ā€œevilā€, with only Kim and his ruling party worthy of adulation and love.

One defector outlined the sick depths North Koreaā€™s leaders have sunk to in order to preserve their crumbling hermit kingdom.

The defector, known as ā€˜Johnā€™, told Christian watchdog Open Doors the propaganda began in nursery school.

Stalin did it.

The Stalinist era was characterized by extensive terror and repression, with large numbers of the Soviet population living in fear of the ā€˜knock on the doorā€™ that could signify arrest, exile, imprisonment or execution. This climate of fear even extended to young children, many of whom were terrified of the day when their parents would ā€˜disappearā€™. Children who lost their parents as a result of Stalinā€™s Terror were affected in a number of different ways. Some were interned in Gulag camps along with their parents; some were deported to live in exile in remote regions with their families and some were forced into Soviet orphanages. Those who were left behind were stigmatised and ostracised, often even by other family members who feared punishment if they were seen to be helping the child of an ā€˜enemy of the peopleā€™, so were left to fend for themselves on the city streets. Whatever their ultimate fate, these children all found themselves marginalised, persecuted, rejected and forgotten by mainstream society. Instead their lives became dominated by a daily battle for survival, a battle that sadly many did not win.

To this pantheon we now can add Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

New York congressional candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Saturday asked a group of children for help to win her election and ā€œkick out Trump.ā€

ā€œIā€™m the Democratic nominee out here for Congress so Iā€™m going to go to D.C., and weā€™re going to be fighting Trump,ā€ Ocasio-Cortez told the children in Corona, Queens.

She was met with raucous applause from the young audience, and a man can be heard saying, ā€œThatā€™s crazy that the kids get so excited about that.ā€

ā€œThis is what we need to do: when you go back home, you talk to your mom, your dad, your aunt, grandma, sisters, anybody over the age of 18 that can vote ā€” first you need to ask your parents to vote because if they donā€™t vote, then we canā€™t kick out Trump,ā€ Ocasio-Cortez said.

She takes a page right from the Communist Party Education Workers CongressĀ of 1918

ā€œWe must create out of the younger generation a generation of Communists. We must turn children, who can be shaped like wax, into real, good Communists…. We must remove the children from the crude influence of their families. We must take them over and, to speak frankly, nationalize them. From the first days of their lives they will be under the healthy influence of Communist children’s nurseries and schools. There they will grow up to be real Communists.ā€

Ocasio-Cortez is a Soros-backed socialist. We might also recall Lenin’s words: “The goal of socialism is Communism”

Maybe she can call her kids the Ocasio-Cortzezjungend

Make sure the kiddies tell any illegal immigrants or dead people to vote as well! Democrats need all the help, fraudulent or otherwise, they can get!

Of course the left has to target the least informed people they can find, especially those that will not fact check them.

Despicable Me by Universal pictures shows only happy minions doing the bidding of the master. So cute everyone wants minions.
The left hates charter and home schooling, ever wonder why?

@kitt: Of course, many of them are cycloptic, so they really have no true perspective.

All she has to do is join the National Education Association(NEA)go to U.C. BERKLEY or some other libeal run campus,Need anymore reason to support Home ducation which the NEA opposes

Time for home or private schooling let the kids know the Democrats owned slaves and started the KKK the GOP ended slavery and freed the slaves and 12 days after shooting Linclon Booth was dead himself

Does everyone remember that song “She’s got Betty Davis eyes” ? Well this woman is “She’s got Charlie Manson eyes ” .
