Watching the Benghazi hearings and I’m struck with how the Democrats are trying to filibuster the testimony. One side seems to want to get the facts, one side seems to want to cover Hillary and Obama’s ass.

Also, Gregory N. Hicks, deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Libya, was angry at the Susan Rice narrative, he let it be known that he was angry and was subsequently told to shut up.

What this all comes down to is that the United States was attacked and our ambassador and his protectors were denied help. Then the cover-up began.

If you mean me being a night person, since I have retired I let my body say when bedtime is, and it is usually early in the morning. You liberals like to find even the littlest and most insignificant things to pick on conservatives. Are you like that to each other?
No president has ever bowed to anybody since our founding fathers didn’t want to bow to King George III any more, until obama bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia. There are even reports that obama kissed the king’s ring, but I can’t find any info to prove or disprove the story, so I am neutral on it.

A link to the story would have been nice. I couldn’t find any such article. Thanks to you not leaving a link, I did find out that there are different articles mentioning both Honolulu hospitals as the place obama was born. What is weird is that one hospital had a “supposed” letter from the president complimenting them, and mentioning that he was born there.
The letter was like obama’s fake birth certificate. It wasn’t a scan of an “actual” letter, but a computer generated html. Shortly after WMD (one of the web sites you hate) wrote about this, the letter on the hospital’s web site disappeared.
About 90 minutes after WND (still one of the web sites you hate) did a story on Snopes’ story, they change the hospital they said obama was born. Snopes is known to be a very liberal web site, so I am guessing you go there often to get your “facts.”
I have answered your question and comment, when are you going to answer my simple “Yes” or “No” question?

The longer this goes the worse it stinks.
Given the effort to cover it up , I get the feeling this has to be more than a one night screwup or a security malfunction. It just seems like the mechanisms to cover all this up were in place and thought out long ago.
I mean, nobody just searched Youtube and found that video, and all those military officers in the region weren’t just dismissed overnight with all the stuff that was used to torpedo their careers magically falling into place that quickly.
The means to do all of that had to have been planned out for some time. If not the conspiracy itself, the means to do it in the event the people at the top had to. This tells me they were worried about something, something big. The question is what? Benghazi itself, the attack, that’s bad, but I am wondering if it goes deeper.

Benghazi was an inevitable result of Obama’s naive apologize and lead from behind, bow and placate, foreign policy. They ignored the warnings of the rise and spread of violent radical Islamist movements in the region. Obama’s administration beat their drums and shouted from the highest their success in killing Osama Bi Laden. They then basked in the glory and poo-poohed the possibility that AL-Queada would retaliate, (as the terrorist group swore it would). Instead, the State Department downsized security, ignored warning signs, and refused to send security reinforcements that were requested numerous times. The Obama Administration was so overconfident it it’s success, that it did not send out pre 9/11 anniversary cautions, nor with all the unrest going on in the region, did they even bother to put our military on an alert status or even have standby measures at the ready in case the delicate situation in Libya turned ugly. (All “just-in-case” measures that the much maligned Bush administration made sure were ready, should Al-Queada follow it’s standard modus operandus of striking on the anniversary of past attacks.)
The Obama administration dropped the ball big time and have thus proven that they are incompetent, rank amateurs where foreign affairs and defense of our diplomatic corps are concerned. 1600 Pennsylvania Ave today is a national security disaster zone.
