So the US goes to China to discuss human rights violations:
The United States and China reported no major breakthroughs Friday after only their second round of talks about human rights since 2002.
The Obama administration wants to push Beijing to treat its citizens better, but it also needs Chinese support on Iranian and North Korean nuclear standoffs, climate change and other difficult issues.
A senior U.S. official said that the two-day meeting lays groundwork for more regular talks to soothe an irritant in relations between the two world powers.
And what does the blame America first crowd do first? Apologize for Arizona….to the Chinese!
QUESTION: Was there any areas in which China sort of turned the tables and raised its own complaints or concerns about U.S. practices around the globe or at home? Can you give some examples there –

So the US brought up the Arizona statute that enforces the federal laws already on the books…to the freakin Chinese. It wasn’t in response to a question from the Chinese, we brought it up first, and often, according to Posner.
To have State bring the Chinese into this is actually much worse than having unhinged leftists scream about looming Nazism in Phoenix, because to some extent the Nazi crap is standard political discourse now. As disgusting as it is, it’s almost always empty rhetoric and everyone knows it. Not so here: Evidently there are elements at State that consider this law a transgression so ominous that they actually feel compelled to apologize to a totalitarian regime for it. And yet there’s been practically nothing said about it anywhere; even Ed’s post earlier barely cracked 100 comments. This should be a Category Five shinolastorm on the right, yet as far as I know, not a single reporter even raised it with Gibbs at today’s presser. As a wise man once said, where’s the outrage?
That imbecile Posner should be fired immediately and both Hillary and Huntsman should be asked to explain, in exquisite detail, why a law that’s not even being enforced yet should be offered as some sort of diplomatic sacrifice to the Orwellian heroes in Beijing

I’m guessing the ambassador won’t say a peep about this. Why should he? He works for a man who lives and breathes anything Anti-American. Every person brought into the administration knew what Obama was about, and the multiple apology tours have just reinforced the truth. Ayers, Wright, Meeks and so on, ooze their hatred for this country, and they were his teachers.
Which has finally led us to our State Department apologizing to one of the worst human rights violators on this planet about one of our States having the audacity to actually try to stop illegal immigration by enforcing the law already on the books.

Let’s apologize to a country that enslaves Korean women who escape into China and are used as sexual slaves. They are traded like slaves of old times; but since the Chinese are Communists it is acceptable; Obama would do his Step and Fetch It routine if it were ever mentioned.

You all are forgetting, or didn’t know who’s side Obama is on. He wants the USA to be like china, only he wants to be its ruler. To accomplish this he has to tear down the USA. Letting in illegals is part of the plan. Arizona just got in his way.
First, there was Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa county (I call him “Joe The Jailer”). In his fund raising letter for reelection, Joe said that Obama has targeted him directly because of Joe going after the illegals. Now, the whole state is going after illegals, not just one county.

Look at these facts and ask yourself if Obama is a legal resident of the USA. Could it be that he is concerned about illegals because he is one himself?
(1) At the time of Obama’s birth his dad lived in Kenya and was either Kenyan or British. The british owned Kenya at that time. He couldn’t pass US citizenship to his son.
(2) At the time of Obama’s birth Hawaii was known to give out live birth certificates without proof of birth. A person could walk into the office and say they were born there and they would be given the birth certificate.
(3) At the time of Obama’s birth Hawaii had a law that said for a woman to give birth rights to a newborn baby she had to have lived in Hawaii for five years first. Obama’s mother wasn’t there five years before he was born.
(4) Obama is using a SS card that was issued in Connecticut, but he never lived there. That number was issued between 1977-1979, but Obama’s first reported job was in 1975 at the Baskin-Bobbbins in Oahu, Hawaii.
(5) Obama attended Occidental College on a scholarship. It looks like that money was for FOREIGN STUDENTS.
(6) Obama won’t release ANY information about his schools or what he wrote while he was in school.
(7) He was supposed to have attended Columbia University, but Fox News contacted 400 of his supposed classmates and NONE of them remember him.
(8) Obama’s grandmother used to work in an office where she would have had access to a lot of SS numbers.
I don’t understand how discussion of a current U.S. domestic issue in China constitutes an apology to the Chinese. I do understand the sound psychology behind making a reference to your own problems when you’re encouraging someone to address their own.
Michelle Malkin really thinks we’d accomplish something constructive by showing up in China and reading the representatives of their government our list of complaints and demands? I give her credit for more intelligence than that. She’s just obsessive about spinning anything and everything into a criticism of Barack Obama.
The Arizona law mirrors existing Federal law, so this numbnuts was apologizing for decades of exisiting United States federal law. The Supreme Court has upheld the Federal law and will uphold this law as well.
This adminstration is filled with idiots.
In other words, Obama is apologizing to the Chinese for us having ONE state out of our 57 states that actually enforces Federal law. I guess when you owe someone as much as we do to China you go out of your way to keep them happy until the loan is paid off.
I am guessing the other 56 governors will get a “Strategic Restraint” (Do Nothing) medal for obeying the last few president’s (including George Bush) orders not to obey Federal law. Can someone use PhotoShop or other editing program and come up with an appropriate medal design for such an award, and appropriate words to go with it?
Let’s see now, condemning those who OBEY the Federal law, but REWARDING those who obey orders to DISOBEY Federal law. I give up. I’ll let the lawyers sort this one out.
Is it possible we brought the subject up to the Chinese so they could advise Obama how THEY handle such things in their country? That is the kind of government Obama wants for us.
