MSNBC Hypocrisy

The media elites are so blind. Where were they on civility for the past 8 years? Oh, yeah: They were part of the contributing problem.

“The election broke their brains”. That applied to liberal Democrats after the 2000 Election.

Well, we’ve heard from one complete lunatic and his lesbo enabler. What a great video. Show’s the absolute insanity that come from the left. Delusion upon delusion. “Dissent is patriotic”, was their clarion cry when NOBODY in the Bush Admin or the Repub leadership called the democRat leadership traitors. Now, they can’t wait to call us all dumb-assed traitors because we are the dissidents. There aren’t enough vile curse words to describe these villainous bastards.

Someone should show this to Rachael. I would like to see her tap dance around this. Don’t these people realize that video tapes, etc are around covering everything that happens? It hard to rewrite history when its on video.
MSNBC is a major joke.

This was a thing of beauty.

Today Maddow droned on about Sarah Palin, insisting that guilt was established through association. She repeated it more than once.

No one had the fortitude to mention Ayers, Wright, Pfleger, ACORN, Jones or Jennings or any of the all too numerous and dubious Obama associations which would concrete his guilt.

David Gregory appears to have been neutered by Maddow. He is incapable of controlling her or challenging her assertions. He cannot even end her chronic interruptions.

Great post! I really like your blog!!

ps. Link Exchange?

wow, he has us pegged. He knows our secret. Its out, who told him?!?! I could have swore we all promised not to say anything. The left is so brilliant. They are so smart and cool, why don’t we all see it? I guess our brains are broke.

How about this gem from the GOE event in March of 2007:

Keep it classy libs…

@ Skye, they can’t keep it classy. But I do remember very well the LOOK on their faces that day, it’s a memory I will treasure the rest of my life.

How odd that we the “small group of angry white people” (all 1.7 million of us in Washington on 9-12) never got the message and were as orderly and neat as any group of people ever seen in the Capital. Tourists leave more garbage around the city than we did.

Damn…we never got the coded message us lunatic fringers LOLOLOL!!!!

I could say that I heard a lot of comments about Bush over the last 8 years that were nearly pornographic, but them that would be giving pornography a bad name.

Wordsmith: Your posting Does prove that the hypocrisy is true, but some observations:

1: For some reason much the mainstream media is driving this as a main stream story, where when this was going on with Bush, it was more of a fringe, whacked out type of thing. Most Americans and the media considered it stupid, foolish, and just plain wrong. Now, it seems like it is treated as a subject that is open for debate from folks like Rush, Glen Beck, Coulter and Fox news.

2: Many mainstream Conservatives (see above list) seem to have no problem with this going on. The hypocrisy from both sides amounts to “if these nut jobs are against who I am against, then I will turn a blind eye toward it and it is OK with me.” The problem is that the Birthers, Death Panelers and other nut jobs are starting to be associated with the Conservative brand in the minds of alot of folks, and that is not good. At some point Conservatives will need to distance themselves from the nut jobs, while holding fast to their convictions.

3: The Conservatives who tolerate this stuff and don’t call it down are no better than the Liberals who tolerated it and didn’t speak out against it when it was going on with Bush. So, hypocrisy aside, it is just the same thing going on as went on for the Bush years, and the Conservative fringe is just like the Liberal fringe. Smaller government and fiscal responsibility? For Conservatives in the Bush years, not so much, only a drive to obtain and hold power, by whatever means. I will say it again, Barack Obama would not be President today without the last 8 years of George Bush.

Sooner or later it will dawn on some of the Conservatives that condoning this type of speech hurts themselves more than it does Obama. When the time comes for a strong response and pulling out all the stops to put the brakes on whatever policies Obama has wrong, and taking their case to the people will be critical, Conservative credibility will be so low that when at last the Wolf comes, crying Wolf yet again will be ignored. The pallin’ around with terrorists strategy is about played out……only the true Conservative believers get a Pavlovian response from that stuff anymore, it’s not working in the rest of the political spectrum.

@mooseburger:

I live in liberal land, in my immediate neighborhood, most all voted for Obama. As far as I know not much attention has been paid to birthers, death panelists or any right wing commenters, no mention of any of it. They read the newspapers and watch MSM news a few have online access, I know this because the office asks for our e-mail addresses, out of 350 homes, they have a list of 40, curiosity got the best of me so I asked when I gave them mine.

From spring through fall I’m outdoors a lot, neighbors stop by to chat, I also hear conversations of the walkers as they are coming and going up and down the street, unavoidable, it’s quiet here. As a rule if a neighbor stops by, they usually comment on my gardens, this is the first year political conversations have ever happened in the seven years we’ve lived here. We have kind of an unwritten rule to avoid politics, but, we do have a written rule………no political signs or open campaigning allowed, ever.

I’m finding that they are just plain angry with Obama and are regretting their vote. IMHO, if they do happen to hear of any of the birther, nut job stories, it just might reinforce their anger, not rally support for Obama. How can the association be made to conservatives when it’s mainly of interest to those who live and breathe politics? You can see by the drop in Obama’s polling that people are beginning to break away from the hope and change and are just starting to take a hard look at him.

Three things I hear from them…….they are fed up with the spending, they don’t like what’s going on with healthcare and they resent the way Obama is using the White House and Air Force One for fun and games, they really, really resent that one.

My community of 350 homes is for empty nesters and most of us are in the 65 and over age group. On my street of about 25 homes, there is one conservative voter outside of my husband and me. The others aren’t paying attention to hypocrisy, they are now paying attention to Obama and the dem congress.
