Barack Obama just a “House Negroe” to Al Queda

Loading

In al-Qaida’s first response to Obama’s victory, al-Zawahri also called the president-elect — along with secretaries of state Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice — “house negroes.”

Speaking in Arabic, al-Zawahri uses the term “abeed al-beit,” which literally translates as “house slaves.” But al-Qaida supplied English subtitles of his speech that included the translation as “house negroes.”

Will President Obama have the ability to order this man’s death having never killed so much as a squirrel or a deer before? I wonder.

My theory is that Obama sprints to the center-right and embraces the neocons. It’s already happening and it will in fact cost him or transform the electorate – it may also have the unintended consequence of obliterating the Democrat Party. If he had any reservations as to the depth of the ideological divide between the West and Rest (in particular the ME), then he will learn quickly.

Oh Fred…what you fail to realize is that the hype about Bush and neocons and Iraq is just that: hype. The best fiction is based on a smidge of reality, and the same is true for political propaganda/fiction. The reality is that Clinton, Bush, and now Obama follow an increasingly default national security strategy rather than one where (as Pres Bush Sr had) policy can be forged rather than followed.

Barack Obama is no “neocon,” but by following Bush policies (allegedly “neocon” strategies) he proves that those policies are not “neocon” cabals, but rather just foreign policy defaults.

There is no viable option other than staying in Iraq until it’s possible to leave under conditions that won’t warrant a 3rd invasion

There is no viable option to the situation in Afghanistan other than Pres Bush’s Afghan-surge strategy

There is no viable option to attacking AQ in Pakistan other than the one that Pres Bush has followed for 7rs now.

There is no realistic expectation that “talks” or enhanced sanctions will drive Iran to stop attacking Americans in Iraq or to stop their nuclear bomb factory construction

These are not neocon strategies. They are default foreign policy strategies.

The “neocon” crap was a lie

Scott,

Wait – I thought you guys said Obama was AQ’s candidate?

Fred,

Or on the other hand it may have the intended consequence of obliterating the Republican Party.

Seems like the terrorists are just trying to push people’s buttons. That either major party would experience their own demise any time soon appears unlikely. This will all be more fun when Obama actually becomes President, providing the terrorists are content to just comment from the sidelines. None of the players on either side of the transition even including Congress want anything to go wrong during this period with the possible exception that its okay if it happens to the ‘other’ guys. But even that would not be wanted if the blunder caused real turmoil for the country or more precisely any more turmoil for the country. All politicians may be more nervous now than they let on.

Did I say that Dave? I don’t recall. I do recall that AQ loved Dems in 06 and endorsed them in 08, but I think AQL endorsed McCain. Please, if I said Obama was AQ’s candidate, let me know where?

Mal ‘n Sick: “… I said Obama was AQ’s candidate”

SG: ‘The best fiction is based on a smidge [sic] of reality’

Snerd

Scott Malensek, Al-Q did not endorse McCain. One dweeb on an Al-Q loving site did, but he had no sway in the organization.
Al-Q and other terrorists have endorsed obama. That type of thing makes sane people pause…which is why those like the leftist loons posting on this site see no problem with it and even think it’s a good thing.

Readers will recall that Obama said he could not divorce himself from Rev. Wright any more than he could his white grannie. That was up until Rev. Wright insulted him. Remember Big O’s reaction to being dissed?

We might just find Zawahiri under the bus with Rev. Wright!

P.S. Actually, AQ made it perfectly clear that they wanted McCain and the GOP to be defeated. They know quite well that Obama will go soft on terrorists across the board (hello “no preconditions”).

How can anyone have trouble ordering the death of yet another terrorist who wants ALL Americans DEAD ?

What a disgusting maggot from hell al-zawahri is.

Reckon that you live just outside the gates of hell, so you know precisely that of which you speak?

Scott,

I said “you guys.” Seems a lot of you guys have, and do, say that. I find it curious that anyone should suggest AQ should be given a voice in our political discourse.

Mike,

Could you show just a scintilla of respect? Obama’s “white grannie,” as you call her, passed away a very short time ago.

Yep.

His “white grannie” passed away and Obie was simply too busy and too self absorbed to go to her funeral.

Was that a “scintilla of respect”?

It’s not like she raised him or anything.

If I recall correctly he gave his mother the same treatment.

So far, he’s been consistent in the treatment of the women in his life.

Greetings:

I really hate it when a “sand negro” calls someone a “house negro”.

E-chi-wa-wa: “… His “white grannie” passed away and Obie was simply too busy and too self absorbed to go to her funeral.”

SG: Well, saying goodbye to his grandmother when she was alive suggests he is more invested in a culture of life. Your alternative, that he get no respect for seeing her off when alive, but instead attending her funeral, once she is dead, suggests you (R) wrapped up in a culture of death …!

Snerd

@Snerd Gronk:

Your lack of a cogent response including the repetitious annoying use of parenthetical letters suggests that you are a ninnyhammer incapable of worthwhile participation in adult conversation.

i kinda think this is funny. obama sees himself as the great healer of nations and people, and i am sure it really irkes him that not everyone sees him as great as he sees himself. he will soon realize he is a little boy playing grown up games.

Aye, I don’t think snerd has a job, is an American, or not tripping on acid everytime he posts.

Oh please Snerd. Get a grip. Celebrating life vs. celebrating death? How much of that kool-aid did you drink?

Here’s the word about how Obama is already starting to piss off the left as he sprints to gain control of the center.

I’ve been telling you guys that Obama is not a principled idealist. He’s not committed to any ideology, at all. He’s committed to his own success. He will show himself to be a shrewdly pragmatic President.

The left isn’t going to desert him; what choice do they have? And I agree that he’ll destroy the Republican Party, which has apparently made the decision to move hard right, purging their leadership of anyone with pragmatic centrist leanings.

Larry W.,

You just prove that what we were saying was true. Obama is a liar, a manipulator, an opportunist and his ego is as big as the Universe. This guy only cares about himself, not his country, not his citizens. But this guy has no experience at all… none… ZERO! So why didn’t you vote for McCain who was ready to govern in the Center? At least he had the experience. Boy, you are a really mix-up in your judgment. If Obama is to do everything that McCain would have done (in your mind) what was the point to vote for an unexperience man, a liar, a manipulator, an opportunist with a big ego who cares about nothing except for himself?

Thanks for the clarification Dave. I so hate to be lumped into a stereotype without reference.

Larry, outstanding point as usual imo.

Craig, you hit the nail on the head too-though in a less than nice way. Obama’s campaign rhetoric and promises were sizzle-not steak. The left bought it, and is already looking around asking, “what about when you said, “_____”

I do disagree with Larry though. I believe they will desert him, and I believe that because I believe that as much as the Democrats’ Congress is a do-nothing Congress at heart, so too is Pres Obama. When nothing gets done, and only McCain campaign promises and Bush foreign policies are pursued…the left will go for apathy and splinter while the center will get apathetic and desert. Only MTV appearances, Rolling Stone articles, and GMA baking segments will save them.

Ah yes… when Bush followed Clinton into office, it was replacing one “Great Satan” with another. Now we have the “Great Satan” replaced with the “Apostate house negro”??? Somehow I think Obama would have preferred to just assume the “Satan” moniker.

Aye Chi and others here have tried to point out that the global jihad movement leaders would view Obama with more disdain for his “apostate” status. This was usually in response to someone arguing the “is Obama a Muslim” question.

The question was never if Obama was a Muslim. It’s was if Obama would be viewed as a wayward Muslim by the enemy. I would say that if you didn’t believe Obama’s Muslim roots would “come home to roost” before, they most certainly have now – as viewed by jihad terrorists. They have a special disdain for Obama as a polical hack, considering him one who used religion (Judaism and Christianity) to advance his career.

Every POTUS is hated by the jihad movement. The only one they will approve of is the one who pulls all US troops and western presence from Arab lands… right along with labeling him or her a coward that they backed into a corner.

Larry, INRE your comment:

The left isn’t going to desert him; what choice do they have? And I agree that he’ll destroy the Republican Party, which has apparently made the decision to move hard right, purging their leadership of anyone with pragmatic centrist leanings.

The progressive socialists will do the same thing the conservatives had to do with McCain… support him because the alternative is unthinkable. This will hardly achieve his quest of “greatness”.

However I will tell you right now that I resent your interpretation of “hard right”. The big GOP spenders in Congress – matching the liberals in their lack of fiscal responsibility – are not my idea of conservative representatives. They have abandoned every tenet that I believe conservatism to be – i.e. the base beliefs for financial, ethical and size of government. If you consider this “centrist”, then you bet I’m “hard right”.

So maybe you’d better explain what your vision of “hard right” is…. because the unspoken insinuations are not sitting well with me right now.

The term ‘abeed al beit’ (although I thought I heard ‘abeed al bayit’) seems to be related to the Hebrew abed al beis, which means slave of the house. So, is the translator changing the actual words used, to mean ‘house negro’, to soften the phrase from the real meaning of Zawahiri, that Obama is a house slave?
Now why would the press want to euphemize Zawahiri’s slur against Obama? Do they have a soft spot for Al Queda’s leadership?

too offensive to report (kinda like the war on terror in general)
