Happy Thanksgiving Day!
I am grateful for the brave men and women out there who serve and sacrifice in our Armed Forces. Our peace and prosperity would not be possible without our proud military. Thank you for all that you do on behalf of our great nation; and God bless the families who love and support you!
A former fetus, the “wordsmith from nantucket” was born in Phoenix, Arizona in 1968. Adopted at birth, wordsmith grew up a military brat. He achieved his B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (graduating in the top 97% of his class), where he also competed rings for the UCLA mens gymnastics team. The events of 9/11 woke him from his political slumber and malaise. Currently a personal trainer and gymnastics coach.
The wordsmith has never been to Nantucket.
Meanwhile, the British wounded had this happen to them in the British city of Surrey.

Greg,
Unfortunately, the UK is not the only place where that happens. Leftist jeer US Service Members weekly at Walter Reed AMC and other hospitals.
On the 4th of July, a leftist “anti war” activist shot an Airman in the Airman’s driveway with a “drop gun” (defaced handgun) in the chest and then shot himself.
The list, unfortunately, goes on an on.
