More and more evidence is coming out that CAIR is not an organization which should be allowed within our borders, let alone allowed to sue people for pointing out those who act like terrorists. The Counteterrorism Blog outlines the new evidence being presented during the Holy Land Foundation trial. The evidence proves the existence of a large Muslim Brotherhood network inside our borders that dates back to the 60’s. One part of this network was called the Palestine Committee which was devoted to supporting HAMAS both financially and politically.
One exhibit – the Palestine Committee’s 1991 bylaws – reveals a web of key organizations tied to the Committee that were tasked with promoting HAMAS’ agenda, each in a particular field. Six groups were listed, the most prominent being HLF, the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), and the United Association for Studies and Research (UASR).
What has so far gone unnoticed, though, is one last organization on this list that the Committee hoped to establish in the future. As stated in the bylaws, this organization would handle “issues relating to political work and foreign relations”:
It is a committee which operates through the Association [IAP] for now. It is hoped that it will become an official organization for political work and its headquarters will be in Washington, God’s willing. It represents the political aspect to support the cause politically on the American front.
An organization headquartered in Washington, DC, tasked with political activism, born out of the IAP? Maybe a vague reference at first glance, but growing evidence points to the identity of the mystery organization listed in the bylaws as the youngest in the family of HAMAS front groups founded on American soil.
Fast forward to July 30, 1994, just weeks after the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) was founded. A Palestine Committee meeting agenda lists several issues to be discussed, including a review of the reports of the “working organizations.” Listed among these organizations right beside HLF, IAP, and UASR – all members of the Palestine Committee as listed in the bylaws – is the word “CAIR."
The same CAIR that is headquartered in Washington, and whose co-founders – executive director Nihad Awad and chairman emeritus Omar Ahmad – served as president and public relations director, respectively, of the IAP.
Awad and Ahmad were also present a a 93 meeting in Philly which was attended by two dozen HAMAS members.
How much more evidence do we need to understand that CAIR is a group that needs to be abolished. How in the world is a group like this, with ties like these, able to operate in a post-9/11 America?

I’m thinking too that this trial of the Holy Land Foundation folks will spell the deathknell of CAIR. The wheels have been coming off their car for some time now, what with a declining membership and more and more people figuring them out for the jihadists they are.
Curt – The only thing I can think of, and this is borderline conspiracy theory, is that the US government is blackmailed by the Saudi government to not shut down C.A.I.R. Afterall, C.A.I.R. is a Saudi-funded group being used to spread radical Wahabbi Islam here in America, with an ultimate goal to turn America into an Islamic nation. Saudi Arabia may be holding us hostage with their oil.
Honestly, that’s the only thing I can think of. Other than every single one of our elected “leaders” is an ignorant moron who doesn’t have one damn clue about the internal Islamic enemy within our nation and to the north in Canada.
The first order of business after 9/11 should have been to raid CAIR and shut their asses down. Instead, President Bush invited them to the White House to stand side-by-side and declare “Islam means peace”. (Nevermind the fact that Islam means SUBMISSION).
So either our “leaders” are a bunch of moronic ignoramuses or we are being held hostage by Saudi oil.
That’s my hypothesis. I would be open to hearing other possibilities though.
