Moonbat Extraordinaire Compares Bush To Hitler

Scott Ritter, the convicted child molestor & Al-Jazeera reporter, is now comparing Bush and Blair to war criminals:

US President George Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair acted much like Nazi war criminals in ordering the invasion of Iraq, the United Nations’ former chief weapons inspector to the country says.

Scott Ritter said the “aggressive warfare” of the United States and Britain in Iraq was similar to German actions in Europe in World War II.

“Both these men could be pulled up as war criminals for engaging in actions that we condemned Germany in 1946,” Ritter said in an address at the Chatham House think tank in London on Friday.

“Tony Blair and George Bush are guilty of the crime of planning and committing aggressive warfare.”

Now tell me why the world should care what a pedophile has to say?

More details are emerging on the arrest of former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter.

The Delmar resident was arrested by Colonie police in June of 2001 on a misdemeanor charge. And Channel 6 News has learned that Ritter had been issued a warning after being caught by police once before. Colonie police will not confirm any of this, but Channel 6 News learned that Ritter was caught in a sex sting early in 2001. He was issued a warning then, but eventually arrested for the same thing three months later.

Ritter, who has made national headlines for speaking out against going to war with Iraq is keeping silent on this issue. He has been unavailable for comment since details of his arrest were made public.

In June of 2001, Ritter was accused of engaging in a sexual discussion, on the Internet with a person who he thought, was a 14 year old girl. It was actually an undercover investigator who agreed to meet with Ritter. When Ritter arrived at the location, expecting to meet the girl, police warned him that he had been set up. Three months later Ritter allegedly fell into the same trap, only this time he was arrested.

The misdemeanor charge relating to child endangerment was eventually disposed of and sealed. Assistant District Attorney Cynthia Preiser has since lost her job over the incident. Albany County DA Paul Clyne fired Preiser on Friday because he says she never informed him that the case against Ritter even existed. Prieser would not comment and Ritter has also been unavailable for comment.

The case against Ritter was eventually sealed, preventing everyone from disclosing details about the case. In fact, Ritter can deny it ever happened since sealed cases essentially mean, it never happened. CNN tells Channel 6 News, Ritter is on his way to Baghdad, but will be in New York City tomorrow to shoot an anti war message.

First Curt, just because something happened in the past doesn’t mean it is ok.

Iraq was a Sovereign nation that was not at war.

As for WWII, we were attacked by Germany’s ally and Germany had attacked two of our allies. Or have you forgotten about the day that will live in infamy.

While not violating US law, invading a sovereign nation isn’t internationally acceptable. And I don’t think the democrats are anyone’s heroes.

What does the war of Spanish Succession have to do with us? Maybe you look up to the French, but just because there was a preventive war in Europe 300 years ago doesn’t mean that the US should have one now.

We shouldn’t have blockaded Cuba and also note that we didn’t invade the country and overthrow its leader.

We shouldn’t have invaded Grenada. The Dominican Republic wasn’t sovereign, but we shouldn’t have gone to set up a puppet government.

Clinton seriously considered but didn’t do it. Clinton shouldn’t have attacked the plant in Sudan, but at least when he reacted to a terrorist attack, he attacked the terrorists.

Also preventing war is different than conquering a sovereign country, but the US overstepped our authority in some of our actions in the Balkans.

“”Waging agressive war.” Huh. I guess that means we’re supposed to be more like the the French and wage unagressive war, aka surrender?

What a loon… ”

No, it means you don’t attack a country unless it attacks you first. In other words defend yourself.

This is a patent crock of poo poo. This case was covered in local TV and newspapers at the time. Anyone who was a local who missed it had to be hiding under a rock.

I grew up across the river from Albany – the prosecutors and city politics there are notoriusly inept (Google Corning political machine)

I frequently ate at the Burger King in Menands where Dork Boy got nabbed. Its on Rt 32 about a mile south of the Menands/Watervliet border.

Ritter is just another pathetic lefty with Bush Derangment Disease.
