Planned Parenthood Paid Protestors Who Threw Condoms at Carly Fiorina

Loading

Planned Parenthood paid some of itsĀ supporters who threw condoms at GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina and at her supporters during an Iowa Hawkeye tailgate on Saturday.

The payments were briefly mentionedĀ in a story by the New York Times.Ā ā€œOn Saturday, women wearing pink, some of whom were paid by Planned Parenthood, protested Mrs. Fiorina at a campaign appearance in Iowa, throwing condoms and chanting, ā€˜Women are watching, and we vote,’ā€ reported the New York Times.

[UPDATE: The Times has since changed the language of this sentence without notification. It now reads: ā€œsome of whom were affiliated with Planned Parenthood.ā€]

Breitbart News previously noted:

Planned Parenthood supporters and the mainstream media have challenged Fiorinaā€™s statements at the second GOP presidential primary debate about an undercover video created by the Center for Medical Progress that showed a fully-formed fetus, heart beating and legs kicking, being kept alive in order for Planned Parenthood officials to harvest the brain.

Why does the left have to pay people to protest in favor of their causes?

@Bill: Because most people have some moral issues. Money allows them to compromise their morality and support evil.

Fiorina’s statement was indeed challenged. It was correctly pointed out that she was making things up. What she so vividly described as being in the video is actually not in the video at all, and never was.

Further, rather than admitting to an error she continued to insist that it is there, despite the undeniable fact that it is not. She’s either doubling down on a bald-faced lie that anyone can check the truth of for themselves, or having hallucinations. Either way, this was one of those disqualifying moments. She’s out of the running. She just doesn’t realize it yet.

Fixed it for you, Greggie Goebbels.

@Reem:

Anyone who believes anything published by the crass and despicable Slate is already brain dead.

People don’t need to rely on a Slate article. They can listen to Fiorino’s eloquently horrific description, and then try to find what she so vividly described somewhere in the video. They won’t, because it isn’t there.

Wallace: Do you acknowledge what every fact-checker has found, that as horrific as that scene is, it was only described on the video by someone who claimed to have seen it? There is no actual footage of the incident that you just mentioned.

Fiorina: No, I donā€™t accept that at all, Iā€™ve seen the footage. And I find it amazing, actually, that all these supposed fact-checkers in the mainstream media claim this doesnā€™t exist. Theyā€™re trying to attack the authenticity of the videotape.

This exchange took place on Fox News Sunday.

Is this woman insane? Or is she thinking that Fox News is a safe place to make false claims, because no one will ever bother to check them? Maybe I’m missing some other possibility.

@Greg: Actually Greg, you are wrong again. The full video was published today and Carley was right and the left was lying again!

@Randy: Randy I’ve asked before-How can I see this video?
I show Farm To Fridge a truly damning video exposing the horrors of factory farming. Thanks.

PP’s irony should not be lost on us all.
ObamaCare covers EVERYTHING PP says it needs to exist for.
And ObamaCare is ”free” for all women who can’t afford to pay.
BUT…..
ObamaCare will NOT cover condoms!
They protect people from STDs, not just pregnancy.
Only pills and IUDs and permanent fixes are covered by ObamaCare.
PP, apparently, hands out free condoms.
At least they have some handy for props and PR purposes.

You can find the YouTube link inside the article. Go ahead and watch the entire 13 minutes and come back and say you still support abortion (saying you don’t support abortion but you don’t have the right to tell women what to do with their bodies or you would “recommend” adoption is just so much b/s and a cop-out that no one buys).

And don’t pretend you haven’t been provided the link to previous videos. You have. Right here at FA.

The “full video” published on Tuesday, September 29, is not the same video that was released by Center for Medical Progress that Fiorina commented on during the September 16 Republican debate. It’s a video that has been reedited in an effort to make it match what she described. They’re trying to make Fiorina’s statement appear to have been accurate after the fact. From Time:

Cunningham, an anti-abortion activist, declined to identify the date, location or authors of the video in an interview with TIME Monday night, saying his group makes agreements of confidentiality in an effort to acquire images of abortions. He also made no claim that the images shown in the video had anything to do with Planned Parenthood, the organization that Fiorina and others have targeted for federal defunding. ā€œI am neither confirming or denying the affiliation of the clinic who did this abortion,ā€ Cunningham said.

No video released by the Center for Medical Progress showed the image Fiorina described, but one of the CMP videos does include a brief edited clip from the video Cunningham released on Tuesday, showing a fetus on a stainless steel background with its leg moving.

David Daleiden, who created the Center for Medical Progress videos, edited in the Cunningham footage to illustrate a story that he had been told on camera of a medical technician witnessing an abortion that resulted in an extracted fetus with moving legs and beating heart.

It’s not clear that the material Daleiden edited in even relates to an abortion procedure. Doctors have opined that it most likely documents a miscarriage.

This is a rather stunning display of bullshit. They’re obviously not targeting an audience that questions what it’s told.

@Greg: Don’t you ever get tired of defending liars and cheaters? Don’t you have any self respect that allows you to recognize the truth?

@Randy:

NO, he doesn’t Randy. Greggie Goebbels is the Baghdad Bob of FA.

@Randy, #13:

Donā€™t you ever get tired of defending liars and cheaters?

You’re confused. Fiorina and Center for Medical Progress are the ones spinning a line of bullshit. I’m calling them liars. I’m certainly not defending them.

@Greg:

You sure seem to love to point the finger at those on the right that you claim are lying. But not once have you condemned Obama, or Hillary, for the lies they have told. Seems your side is loaded up with more than its share of liars.

What a little man you are, Greggie Goebbels.

@retire05, #16:

There are those on the right who do lie, in addition to being sanctimonious jackasses who aren’t fit to hold the offices they’ve been elected to.

The treatment of Cecile Richards at the Planned Parenthood hearings yesterday was a sad comment on current state of the House of Representatives. Her interrogators were openly hostile and rude, apparently thinking they would simply roll over her. It didn’t quite work out that way.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz displayed a deliberately misleading chart designed to give the impression that Planned Parenthood has come to provide more abortion services than cancer screening services, unmindful of the fact that anyone minimally informed about Planned Parenthood would instantly suspect something was seriously wrong with it. Planned Parenthood’s legal adviser recognized and quickly identified the source of the bogus data as a pro-life group.

Meanwhile, a real investigation of the accusations against Planned Parenthood concerning fetal tissue sales conducted by the Attorney General of Missouri has concluded there is no evidence of any wrongdoing by the organization.

@Greg: How about Richards lying about Planned Parenthood performing mammogram? How about the entire left lying about any measure of editing of the videos has altered the facts contained within them?

She heads a degenerate organization that not only conducts a great deal of abortion business but also tears apart the cadavers and sells the parts. This slaughter house receives taxpayer funds… then it turns around and donates millions to Democrats (almost exclusively) to support candidates that will keep those taxpayer funds coming.

She deserves all she got and more.

@Greg:

Your post is a stunning display of “heavy editing”, Greg.

The spokesperson said that due to a confidentiality agreement, he cannot confirm nor deny the clinic where the footage of the nonviable.gestational age infant was shot. You heavily edited that little fact out of your post.

“Doctors opinining” that it COULD have been a miscarriage rather than an abortion survivor does not mean it WAS a miscarriage. Typically, when a woman is delivering at a nonviable fetal age, the infant is given ‘comfort care’. This generally means swaddling the nonviable infant in blankets, and offering the parents the opportunity to hold their doomed child, which EVERY set of parents I have dealt with in these situations over 20 years of neonatology practice chose to do. Leaving the nonviable – but still living – infant in a metal pan by itself is not how people who deliver babies handle miscarriages.

I would LOVE to see Time release the full, unedited transcripts of their interviews with Dr. Perlman and the other physicians – just like the PP butcher supporters have demanded regarding the CMP video footage – but we all know this propaganda piece by Time is merely pro-abortion bullshit trying to misdirect the national perception of the sheer evil that is the racist eugenics baby-slaughterhouse known as Planned Parenthood.

In other words, the spokesperson won’t even confirm it’s from a source that has any connection whatsoever with Planned Parenthood—most likely because it isn’t. He’s hiding his lie behind the claim of a confidentiality agreement.

@Greg:

I am glad you admit that those who do lie are sanctimonious jackasses who aren’t fit to hold the offices they’ve been elected to.

You can add into that equation those that told us if we liked our doctors, if we liked our health insurance, we could keep our doctors and our health insurance. Or the tall tale that our health insurance costs would go down for every family. Or we have placed a red line on Syria.

By your standards, Obama is not fit to hold office.

Thanks for finally admitting it.
