Pelosi: Ball in GOP court on ObamaCare replacement

Loading

It was broken from the beginning- so you own it, Nancy “we have to pass it to find out what’s in it” Pelosi- dumbass:

“The ball is in their court,” Pelosi said during a Democratic conference call on Monday, according to ABC’s Rick Klein. “You break it, you own it.”

Pelosi also slammed the GOP for seeking to repeal and delay parts of ObamaCare while they come up with a replacement, calling the effort an “act of cowardice.”

“The repeal and delay is an act of cowardice on the part of the Republicans,” Pelosi said, according to another reporter. “This repeal and delay, it doesn’t even have alliteration. It has nothing.”

Nasty Nancy using the USAF as her own personal Airlines I suggest they send the demacrats a bunch of strinkeouts

Pelosi also slammed the GOP for seeking to repeal and delay parts of ObamaCare while they come up with a replacement, calling the effort an “act of cowardice.”

How many times did Obama unilaterally and illegally delay, postpone or stop enactment of aspects of Obamacare because the harmful effects would occur too close to an election? Did she call Obama a coward?

The Republicans have a replacement ready and are ready to eliminate the corrosive affects of the worst piece of legislation in US history.

The ball has always been in the Republican’s court. The Democrats don’t even know how to play; they just know how to blame everyone else for the penalties and losses.

@Bill… Deplorable Me: The Republicans have a replacement ready?

Do tell.

@Ajay42302: Look it up, punk.

Oh… “if I have to show you, you won’t understand it, anyway”. Is that how it’s done?

The Republican plan(s) have been well documented and discussed. If it was anyone but a sniveling little lying coward, I would be more than happy to provide links. For someone that NEVER responds with factual data, I won’t bother.

@Bill- Deplorable Me:

Why are so many of today’s right leaning folks so angry and condesceding? “look it up punk”? What warranted that? You say that Rs have a plan and I simply asked for clarity. Such bitterness.

“Looking it up” tells us that the main problem (which many R legislators are openly expressing) is that they have no plan on replacement and that such concensous on anything would take years. (hence: “repeal and delay”. Get it?). And a gigantic part of the argument that Rs have to deal with from D’s is that they have no plan. “Looking it up” tells us that they are even considering repeal and then delay for 4 years. “Looking it up” from Politico to WSJ to Forbes to AP to Reuters to anywhere online tells us that the when and how of “replacement” is what’s going to bite the GOP because they have nothing.

Maybe you can enlighten me on how to research this in that “real life experiences” file that you said you get your news from.

So perhaps, that’s why you got all mad. You said something profoundly ignorant, dishonest or stupid (which isn’t a rarity for you and your accolading trained seals by any stretch) and then you got all butt hurt when called out on it.

Now I know it hurts your feelings but why not just admit that you said something totally false, got caught at it, and move on? Why can you not do that? Because you are an abject liar, an avid hack, jaw dropping stupid of politics, and could never admit it to the likes of someone like me.

Republicans have a plan to replace? No, I’m not laughing with you.

@Ajay42302: Then you didn’t look it up. Even the Bush administration had a plan. So, you lie because you FEAR what you would find.

What warrants my response is that you accuse but never substantiate, then have the gall to demand proof from others.

@Bill- Deplorable Me:

“Then you didn’t look it up”.

?

Can you not read or are you playing your fraudulent games again? I mentioned numerous news outlets. Even on Morning Joe just this morning there were many mentions from Trump’s mouthpiece Conway that not only did Rs have no plan for replacement but it may be years before they come up with one.

And that doesn’t even take into account the Rs being more interested in ending ethic watchdogs and making themselves lawless and unaccountable than they are in the electorate. Translation? They probably never will.

So you either lied or you’re profoundly ignorant when you said Republicans have a plan for replacement ready. They don’t.

Dumbass!

@Ajay42302: But, stupid, they DO have a plan. PLANS, in fact. They even had one in 2007. You simply aren’t worth providing the information, because you will lie about it anyway, just as you are lying now. You, simply, are a liar.

@Bill- Deplorable Me:

Okay, now you’re making me chuckle.
Despite the admitted fears of many GOP leaders, aides, spokespersons, etc of pulling ACA without a plan ready, they do have one ready simply because you, an obviously politically ignorant resident troll on a rabidly partisan hack site says so.

And you have proof of your claim that all of these leaders, editors, political analyst, reports from FOX, NBC, CBS, ABC, WSJ, Forbes, Trump, and many others are full of crap when they say the GOP doesn’t have a replacement plan ready BUT you’re not going to tell us because, uh, because I am unworthy.

And this is the typical logic of you and your ankle biting sock puppets.

@Ajay42302: So, why don’t YOU provide some credible information that says all these people are denying the Republicans have a replacement? I’m supposed to believe YOU, a verified and proven habitual lying troll, simply because YOU say so? Hell, that’s like believing we can keep our insurance or Hillary kept classified information safe!!

You COULD look it up (and possibly have, but are still lying), but you know I’m right, so you fear the facts.

Get the f**k outta here, liar.

@Bill- Deplorable Me:
My my hasn’t someone taken a vulgar tone?

Are you even reading up on this rather hisorical repealing of ACA? Did you not know that the newly 215th Congress sworn in has just today talked of repealing it and look to actually refund it with an up and down vote using the budget reconciliation clause?

Can you not read any of the news headlines I listed? Must I read them to you?

With a 52 R to a 48 D senate, the only thing that could stop it is Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker of Tennessee, and Susan Collins of Maine who have “have voiced concern about repealing without simultaneously putting forward a replacement”.

“Alexander is the chair of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee, which will have to pass any repeal bill before it reaches the Senate floor; the “reconciliation instructions” in Enzi’s budget resolution refer specifically to his committee and the Senate Finance Committee.”?

Alexander’s opposition to this strategy would be a huge deal, and would pose a major obstacle for the repeal-and-delay plan. That being said, he’s sent mixed messages about this, saying early in December, “We’re going to begin immediately to repeal Obamacare and reconciliation is the only way to do it,” but then saying in mid-December, “Congress should replace and repeal at the same time, which requires figuring out how to replace it before fully repealing it.” If the latter sentiment wins out, then Republicans will need to figure out a way to get Alexander back on board if any repeal legislation is to pass.

Insisting on a replacement would seriously delay any effort to repeal Obamacare, as there’s nothing close to a consensus within the congressional GOP as to how to go about replacing the law. The Congressional Budget Office has declared that it will score legislation that replaces people’s comprehensive health insurance with much weaker catastrophic plans as equivalent to taking away their health insurance altogether.

That makes it likely that most Republican replacement plans, which rely heavily on making insurance skimpier and therefore cheaper, will be scored as taking insurance away from millions of people, spurring public opposition before they come up for a vote and risking still greater public outrage when they actually come into effect.

I mean, you can pick this up though AP, FOX, Reuters, but I can’t say about your “real life surroundings” or whatever nonsensical news source you told me you got your news from.

Point is, you said something incredibly stupid. Dumb! Republicans NOT having a replacement plan is the real issue here.

Dumbass!

@Ajay42302:

Insisting on a replacement would seriously delay any effort to repeal Obamacare, as there’s nothing close to a consensus within the congressional GOP as to how to go about replacing the law.

I am going to presume that this shaky premise is what you base your entire position on.

Working out a MEANS to repeal in replace in NO WAY implies there is no option waiting in the wings with which to replace the single worst piece of legislature in human history. This is a question of the mechanics of replacing a law that was intertwined throughout so many aspects of the economy and health care that it can’t just be turned off; unlike you and your equally stupid liberal legislators, Republicans take care not to care damage and harm rather than simply going for headlines and blaming everyone else for the ensuing failure.

So, was this your best shot? Where are the statements that there IS no Republican plan? Where is your PROOF?

Once again, you expose YOUR stupidity… or is it simply dishonesty? With liberals, it is very difficult to tell. See, here’s your main problem (aside from cowardice and lying); you do not entertain any source but for Soros-funded, left wing propaganda outlets. So, you were TOLD the Republicans have no plan (they have at least 3) and you boldly (or stupidly) come forth and challenge ME that I don’t know what I am talking about. When YOU are challenged, you roll out something as unrelated to the point as your “proof” of Trump’s racism.

You’re an idiot; I thank you for this exchange because it gives my brain time to rest, schooling a total moron about facts and reality.

The definition of the term “sex” (i.e., gender) has been a hot-button issue of the Obama administration. Similar to the Left’s successful move to utterly redefine the term “marriage” to include same-sex unions, Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services has sought to apply similar tactics in its “Social Justice™” crusade to redefine gender. However, this past Thursday, brakes were applied to the growing insanity in the form of an injunction issued by Federal Judge Reed O’Connor. The ruling comes in response to suits brought by several states regarding section 1557 of the laughably named “Affordable” Care Act. At issue is the Obama administration’s novel redefinition of the term “sex” to be based primarily on an individual’s self-proclaimed gender “ identity” irrespective of their biological reality.

In his decision, Judge O’Connor stated, “Prior to the passage of the ACA in 2010 and for more than forty years after the passage of Title IX in 1972, no federal court or agency had concluded sex should be defined to include gender identity. Accordingly, HHS’s expanded definition of sex discrimination exceeds the grounds incorporated by Section 1557 [of the ACA].”

The plaintiff states and religious groups argued that ObamaCare effectively forces health care providers and doctors to cover and perform procedures that are related to gender reassignment regardless of their own religious beliefs or medical opinions. The law provides no room from conscientious objection either on religious grounds or medical opinion. Not only is this a redefinition of gender, it’s a redefinition of the rights of individual religious freedom and free scientific conviction. Thankfully, a sensible judge has acted wisely to at least slow this radically unethical move by the HHS.

@Bill… Deplorable Me: Could it be humanly possible for you to come across as more of a babbling baffoon than you already have?

Let’s see, with the new 115th Congress beginning with the ACA debate just yesterday, the argument was that the GOP had no plan for replacement. You said they do.

Since tben, that argument has escalated and the “replace and delay” has become the topic. Just today, Mike Pence told reporters that the Rs “intends to draw from a “broad range” of ideas as it starts crafting a replacement plan”, an outright admission the GOP has no plans. At best, they are trying to make plans to have a plan.

Sen Rand Paul wrote in an op-ed yesterday: “If Congress fails to vote on a replacement at the same time as repeal, the repealers risk assuming the blame for the continued unraveling of Obamacare,”

Just today, the American Medical Association, the largest group of doctors in the country and nowhere near a liberal group sent a letter to Republican lawmakers stating: “Policymakers should lay out for the American people, in reasonable detail, what will replace current policies.”

So your statement that “the Republicans have a plan ready” is incorrect. And the more you respond in weak hopes of salvaging an iota of credibility from your spectacularly stupid statement, the stupider (yes that’s actually a word) you appear. Seriously, you’ve past up several great opportunities to stfu and only appear somewhat stupid, ignorant, and dishonest.

But to make it even more embarrassing for you, you use grade excusses and logic such as you would divulge your proof and sources of this nonsense that you cling to but you can’t because, I “lie” and I’m “not worthy” along with childish tantrums and name calling.

Wordsmith, interesting group of followers you have.

How laughable. Nancy “We have to pass it to see what is in it” Pelosi has typical leftist gall in calling for republicans to “have a plan to replace” (i.e. FIX) the most egregiously partisan (and utterly failed) piece of federal legislation in our nation’s history, which democrats lied to cram down our throats. The left is acting like a typical bunch of brats that make a huge mess, rhen demand the adults come clean up for them.

Here’s the plan:

1. Repeal the failed obamacare legislation.

2. Allow medical insurance to be sold across state lines, thereby increasing competition.

3. Allow citizens to buy the coverage they want as it pertains to their individual health conditions, rather than forcing everyone to purchase a lobbyist-mandated set of coverages that a particular individual does not want or need (i.e. no forcing a man to pay for insurance coverage for breast exams, materniry care, birth control pills, chiropractic services, drug rehab services, or women to pay for coverage for prostate exams and pediatric coverage if they have no children or are menopausal, etc.)

4. Enact automatic state reciprocity for physicians and nurses, so once they are licensed by one state, which gives them an NPI number (National Provider Identifier) and a national DEA number, they can practice medicine in any state, rather than having to go through the needlessly laborious process of getting a license in each state separately. This will increase the supply of medical services.

5. Enact health savings accounts such that income placed into such an account is tax free. Furthermore, rather than the current tax penalty for not having insurance, allow individuals and corporations to deduct from their taxes the entire amount spent on health insurance from individual and corporate taxes.

6. Prohibit coverage caps and pre-existing conditions limitations.

Model health insurance in a similar fashion to car or home owners insurance, where consumers can purchase health insurance with deductibles based on what they can afford, based on their needs, rather than the way obamacare penalizes people for not buying a “one size fits all” plan that in reality is nothing more than wealth redistribution from young and healthy folks to older and sicker folks.

@Ajay42302: Actually the Republicans have passed several plans and Obama has vetoed them over the last few years. I expect that one of those plans with modifications approved by Trump will be passed and signed. They are available on line. There is no need to “pass it so we can see what is in it!”

@Ajay42302: You had me scared; I feared your cowardice finally got the best of you and you ran away, again, from a challenge. Luckily, you came out of your safe space fetal position and sprung my trap.

You have pleased me.

You are a liar. You are ignorant. You are stupid. You are addicted to leftist propaganda, too cowardly to check and confirm anything. As I said, the Republicans have a plan… MULTIPLE plans. The trick is to kill the Obamacare infection, which spreads throughout the fabric of economic system and replace it without too much disruption. Even though the government has NO BUSINESS in health care, thanks to the socialist Democrats, it is there, so now yet ANOTHER huge mess has been left, steaming and stinking, for adults to clean up.

So, Dummy, here you go.

Remember you citing Forbes as a source claiming the Republicans have no plan? Well, here they are attacking YOUR stupidity in claiming there is no plan, when there have been several for years.

http://www.forbes.com/sites/theapothecary/2013/08/28/seriously-the-republicans-have-no-health-plan/#5368894422fc

So, there you go. You’re a liar. Of course, this is not exactly breaking news, but once again, it is confirmed. You are a liar, and a stupid one at that. Perhaps you will learn not to be so bold around people who know what they are talking about, for they might just lead you along for a few days, then drop you off into a tiger pit.

Know I am laughing right now, AJ. Laughing at YOU. Once again, I have thoroughly schooled you on the hazards of being an ignorant liberal that believes the propaganda he seeks out and the risks of not opening your mind and exploring the truth, for a change.

But to make it even more embarrassing for you, you use grade excusses and logic such as you would divulge your proof and sources of this nonsense that you cling to but you can’t because, I “lie” and I’m “not worthy” along with childish tantrums and name calling.

As an added bonus to me, you come along and criticize the very activity YOU employ with regularity, which I have emulated for the sole purpose of drawing you into a trap and getting you to criticize the very tactic YOU enjoy so very much. Also, you could take the time to, if you don’t KNOW how to spell a word, employ spellcheck.

Thanks for the entertainment, AJ. You liberals are such gullible idiots. I only hope no one turns me in to the ASPCI for teasing an idiot.

Again, I only wish you could hear my laughter.

@Randy: Please name them or hell even one. I would “look it up” but even the simplest of minds (perhaps with the exception of Bill) understands it’s hard to look up and find something that isn’t there.

@Ajay42302:

Please name them or hell even one.

Oh, look. The butt-boil that NEVER provides a lick of verification for his lies or has the courage to answer a question again DEMANDS someone provide proof. Take note that this is directly UNDER a list of examples.

I would “look it up” but even the simplest of minds (perhaps with the exception of Bill) understands it’s hard to look up and find something that isn’t there.

Sure you would. Just like you bothered to look for it when I told you they were there. First, you are too stupid, being addicted to left wing propaganda sources that feed your prejudices, to already know the Republicans have had plans and offered input to this bad idea. Then you obviously lack the hand-eye coordination to push down the correct keys to actually conduct a search, since you are ALWAYS proven WRONG in EVERY case.

Stay stupid, my stupid friend.
