Not stuttering. Just reading the exact words on the teleprompter. Key on keyboard must have got stuck when the text was being prepared.

@Mully: I agree, you have to give Obama credit, he read it exactly as typed onto his teleprompter. He never took his eyes off it.

Pretty ironic given his statements pertain to him just as much as they do Trump which is one of the main reasons Trump is where he is.
