Meet Soros-Funded Domestic Terrorist Brett Kimberlin

Loading

  • Drug dealer, alleged child molester, and convicted perjurer, forger and Indiana Speedway Bomber (who is also believed to have played a role in the assassination of a grandmother), Brett Kimberlin, spent 17 years in prison before his ultimate re-absorption into American society
  • He started a non-profit dubbed “Justice Through Music (JTM)” that has, since at least 2005, been funded by George Soros’ Tides Foundation and Barbara Streisand among other leftists
  • Along with his associate, Kimberlin also started an organization called “Velvet Revolution” that supports the Occupy movement
  • JTM’s goal is to use music to foster “social justice” and fight Republican “voter fraud” (like the kind George Bush allegedly used to “steal” the Florida election)
  • Any blogger — conservative and liberal alike — who has written the truth about Kimberlin has come under vicious attack by either Kimberlin or his minions, suffering death threats (veiled and unveiled), multiple lawsuits, loss of jobs and worse
  • He has filed over 100 frivolous lawsuits against anything that isn’t nailed down and somehow is being allowed to continue unchecked
  • This story has never been reported on in the mainstream media

Brett Kimberlin: Meet the Soros Funded Domestic Who Is Terrorizing Bloggers Into Silence

Be prepared to enter an alternate universe, bizarre beyond any stretch of what you thought possible. And then keep reading, because this may be one of the most important exposés published on The Blaze to date. It will explain in frightening detail what it means to speak the truth at the expense of losing all you hold dear. And will reveal how easy it has been for one convicted domestic terrorist — backed by George Soros and Barbara Streisand alike — to use the U.S. legal system, as well as less desirable channels, to silence those who have dared tell the story of one Brett Kimberlin, a.k.a. the “Speedway Bomber.”

How immutable are our First Amendment rights? Would they remain so even under the most dire conditions? There are about half a dozen bloggers who, at this very moment in time, are finding out just that, after having been subject to: death threats, blackmail, extortion, numerous frivolous lawsuits, cyber-attacks of email and social networking accounts and become the target of smear campaigns that have led to their firing until ultimately discovering that others who came before them, have turned up dead.

Here is a link to what happened to Patterico for reporting on him and his cronies.

Convicted Bomber Brett Kimberlin, Neal Rauhauser, Ron Brynaert, and Their Campaign of Political Terrorism

The far left is taking things to an all new and dangerous level.

This reminds me of the book Army of the Republic by Stuart Archer Cohen, where the protestations of the liberal/progressives became increasingly more violent, and organized. Where the “flower child” protesters joined up with the “Weather Underground” types, using violence and “non-violent’ confrontation, in concert, to “get their message out”.

Apparently, to Mr. Kimberlin and his associates, socialism, or statism, is a cause worth fighting for, even killing for. Go ahead Mr. Kimberlin. Expand your “war”. I believe that you will find many of your targets unwilling to just let you trash and destroy their country. Armed resistance can go both ways, you know.

This is what Eric Holder’s politicalization of the DOJ has wrought.
These creeps know they will not be prosecuted.
There is voice recognition equipment which could be used to go after the caller to the police in July 2011.

Brett uses the term ”velvet” as part of his form of revolution.
Was time when that was strongly tied to homosexuals being involved.
Is he married?
Does he even have a significant other?

A blogger has found a comparison between Ron Brynaert’s voice as interviewed on the now-defunct Air America with the voice of the person who lyingly called 911 and falsely claimed to be and to have Patterico had shot his wife

Compare for yourselves:
Nicole Sandler Interviews Ron Brynaert

The 911 call:

Since you have to wade through a few minutes of Air America before Ron begins speaking it might be best to have two windows open so you can compare the audios once Ron is speaking.

Sounds like the same voice to me.

Apparently, to Mr. Kimberlin and his associates, socialism, or statism, is a cause worth fighting for, even killing for.

I doubt if anyone fully aware of the details of this guy’s history would have anything to do with him. Note what the article said:

“Any blogger — conservative and liberal alike — who has written the truth about Kimberlin has come under vicious attack by either Kimberlin or his minions, suffering death threats (veiled and unveiled), multiple lawsuits, loss of jobs and worse.”

Kimberlin sounds more like a dangerous psychopath than someone motivated by political principles.

HOW DO YOU SAY THAT?
SOROS AND ASSOCIATES ARE LIKE WHO THEY ASSOCIATE WITH,
despicable humans to help OBAMA be re-elected?

Ummm greg, his minions are flaming leftists. He himself espouses leftist causes. He may be going after liberals and Conservatives alike for writing negatively about him, but he is most certainly a leftist. Your side owns him so deal with it. The link I posted above supports all that I have said.
As for the article you posted, I suggest you read it. It’s obvious you didn’t since you think it exonerates the left.

What I want to know is why is this slug even out of prison? He was first sentenced to 50 years for the Speedway bombings, paroled, found in violation of his parole, and yet he is walking around scott free?

@Hard Right, #8:

It’s obvious you didn’t since you think it exonerates the left.

Read people’s minds often? The point was that even Breitbart News admits that most donors didn’t have a clue about Kimberlin’s past:

“Few of the funds and organizations responding to inquiries by Breitbart News seemed to have known about Kimberlin’s criminal past–though the spokesperson for Fidelity Investments Charitable Gift indicated that they had been aware of the online buzz this week, and a spokesperson at another fund was stunned to learn about Kimberlin’s past, when she asked about the purpose and context of Breitbart News’ inquiry about the gift.”

Since Kimberlin is a con man, it’s unlikely that he advertised his history. I’m from Indiana. I drew a total blank on the guy’s name and history myself.

Con men and sickos follow Obama around like little lap dogs.
Who remembers Dante Hayes?
No?
Dante pretended to be a promoter when Obama had just got elected.
He had collected millions of dollars to put on an Inaugural Ball for veterans Jan 20th 2009.
But he absconded with all the cash.
And somehow Eric Holder has never managed to find him.

Creeps like these just slip through the fingers of justice while Obama’s in charge.

For anyone here who has ever wondered why I blog under a pseudonym, consider this post
Exhibit A.

I use four or five different names on the sites that I visit across the Interwebz.

My family and neighbors were harassed once for opinions that I expressed under my real name. Didn’t take me long to learn that lesson.

Fortunately, our experience was not of the level that others have endured.

@Nan G:

Con men and sickos follow Obama around like little lap dogs.

I guess we’ve all got our unwanted baggage to carry:

FABIAN, ALAN: Until August 2007, Alan Fabian was a national finance committee co-chair for Mitt Romney. Now serving 9 years in federal prison for mail fraud, money laundering, bankruptcy fraud, perjury, obstruction of justice, and defrauding companies of $32 million in Maryland.

Ummmmm greg-

From the article you apparently didn’t read:

Neither the Tides Foundation nor the Threshold Foundation returned Breitbart News’ requests for comment;

You tried to excuse the Tides and Streisand foundation when no such thing was appropriate. You make it much too easy to shoot holes in your claims.

@Greg:

Kimberlin sounds more like a dangerous psychopath than someone motivated by political principles.

Tell me, or us, Greg, why it seems like liberal/progressives continue to accuse conservatives and Republicans of all manner of evil and anti-social behaviour, that no proof is ever really offered other than the accusation, and you people take those accusations to heart, yet, when a fellow liberal/progressive is found out to be engaging in similar, if not worse, anti-social behaviour, you guys either strain yourselves attempting to distance the party and yourselves from them, or excuse the behaviour as “nothing to see here”?

It’s petty, I know. I suppose I post such things now and then when I’ve had it up to the gills with continuous comments like:

Con men and sickos follow Obama around like little lap dogs.

Turn about being fair play, and all that. So far as proof goes, all it takes to find it is to Google “Alan Fabian”.

@Greg:

You wrote:

“I doubt that anyone fully aware of this guy’s history would have anything to do with him.”

And as ususal, you would be wrong.

It seems some high powered Democrat was trying to go to bat for Kimberlin even before that bottom feeder was released from prison:

http://pinknoiz.com/covert/kimberlin.html

You see, Greg, when you scratch away all the dirt all you find is another liberal slug.

@Greg:

Turn about being fair play, and all that. So far as proof goes, all it takes to find it is to Google “Alan Fabian”.

Googled one “Alan Fabian” and found that he is the CEO at Dauterive Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana.

@Hard Right:

Hello Hard Right:

FYI this is a great site for researching funding sources for the radical left: Discover the Networks

Tides Foundation and Tides Center

Established in 1976 by California-based activist Drummond Pike, the Tides Foundation was set up as a public charity that receives money from donors and then funnels it to the recipients of their choice. Because many of these recipient groups are quite radical, the donors often prefer not to have their names publicly linked with the donees. By letting the Tides Foundation, in effect, “launder” the money for them and pass it along to the intended beneficiaries, donors can avoid leaving a “paper trail.” Such contributions are called “donor-advised,” or donor-directed, funds.

Through this legal loophole, nonprofit entities can also create for-profit organizations and then funnel money to them through Tides — thereby circumventing the laws that bar nonprofits from directly funding their own for-profit enterprises. Pew Charitable Trusts, for instance, set up three for-profit media companies and then proceeded to fund them via donor-advised contributions to Tides, which (for an 8 percent management fee) in turn sent the money to the media companies.

If a donor wishes to give money to a particular cause but finds that there is no organization in existence dedicated specifically to that issue, the Tides Foundation will, for a fee, create a group to meet that perceived need.

Streisand Foundation

Among the myriad beneficiaries of Streisand Foundation grants are: the Tides Center; the Tides Foundation; the Natural Resources Defense Council; the League of Conservation Voters; the American Oceans Campaign (Oceana); the Rainforest Action Network; the Earth Day Network; the Center for Science in the Public Interest; the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities; the Economic Policy Institute; Defenders of Wildlife; the Environmental Defense Fund; the Earth Action Network; Physicians for Social Responsibility; the Center for Public Interest Research; the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN); Environmental Working Group; Common Cause; Oxfam America; the U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG); the Children’s Environmental Health Network; Adopt-A-Minefield; the Children’s Defense Fund; Aid for AIDS; Voting for America; the Citizenship Education Fund; the Environmental Media Association; the Human Rights Campaign Foundation; the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP); the Institute for America’s Future; Equality Now; the Center for Responsive Politics; Homies Unidos; the Center for Public Integrity; Americans for Peace Now; the Liberty Hill Foundation; the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation (ACLU); the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD); Rock the Vote Education Fund; Alliance for Justice; Human Rights Watch; the Foundation for National Progress; the Nation Institute; People for the American Way (PFAW); the National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League (NARAL); Rachels Network; the Peace Action Education Fund; Planned Parenthood; the William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation; Seeds of Peace; Treepeople; the Violence Policy Center; and the Vital Voices Global Partnership.

@johngalt:

Apparently, to Mr. Kimberlin and his associates, socialism, or statism, is a cause worth fighting for, even killing for.

That’s the way its been since at least 7 November 1917.

The same could be said for Mr. Bill Ayers and his associates, socialism, or statism, is a cause worth fighting for, even killing for

I doubt if anyone fully aware of the details of this guy’s history would have anything to do with him, right? Right? This Ayers guy would be shunned, right? …

@Mike O’Malley:

Thanks but I have had that site saved to favorites for a few years now. He used to be one of them and the insight he provides is excellent. Mr. Horowitz is an exceptionally rare case to have been that deep into leftism, yet still come back to reality and convert.
JG, you have to understand, greg is a propagandist. There is nothing the dems could do that he would criticize them for. People think that because he “politely” spews his propaganda that he is worth chatting with. He simply understands that ranting like your typical marxist moonbat will cause people to ignore his posts. His goal is to influence people towards the left.

As a former radical leftist I’ve admired David Horowitz for many a year. I am please to learn that you make use of Discover the Networks because I was one of the original donors who provided funding for the initial set-up of the website and archive. It’s a great pro-democracy resource.

Hard Right
Mike O’Malley
thank you for that link, I just begin to look at it, and it’s great find,
worthy of taking the time to explore it further, it is a learning place.
very interesting stuff in there

@Mike O’Malley: Googled one “Alan Fabian” and found that he is the CEO at Dauterive Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Yes, that Alan Fabian is. It is not, however, Alan B. Fabian, who was bundler and one of 35 co-chairs on Romney’s national finance committee back in his prior POTUS bid endeavors. Greg is correct that Fabian is serving 9 years after conviction for tax crimes and fraud back in 2008. I believe the Romney campaign returned his max $2300 donation. I doubt any bundled funds were returned. There are no angels in politics…. either side.

INRE the harassment of those like Patterico, who’s better equipped to deal with it as a lawyer than most, Republican NY legislators are taking a crazy and extreme step in the opposite direction by pushing identical bills in both chambers to eliminate, and expose, the true identity of “mean spirited” commenters on websites and forums.

If the bill passes, websites would be required to provide a toll-free number or e-mail address where people could report cyber-bullying. After receiving a complaint, websites would need to contact the original commenter and inform them that their post will be deleted if they don’t identify themselves within 48 hours.

Republican Assemblyman Peter Lopez, who co-sponsored the bill, said the Internet is like the “wild west: almost anything goes” and the legislation is a step toward ensuring that we’re “civilized as we conduct ourselves in the use of that resource.” Supporters of the measure say that in addition to ending online harassment and preventing businesses from posting negative reviews for their competitors, it would elevate the level of political discourse online. Republican Assemblyman Jim Conte, who also co-sponsored the legislation, explained:

Finally, the legislation will help cut down on the types of mean-spirited and baseless political attacks that add nothing to the real debate and merely seek to falsely tarnish the opponent’s reputation by using the anonymity of the Web. By removing these posts, this bill will help to ensure that there is more accurate information available to voters on their prospective candidates, giving them a better assessment of the candidates they have to choose from.

While the world might be a better place if the comments sections on political website weren’t filled with incoherent ramblings about Obama being a foreign-born secret Muslim, opponents say the legislation clearly violates the First Amendment. David Kravets remarks on Wired.com, “Had the Internet been around in the late 1700s, perhaps the anonymously written Federalist Papers would have to be taken down unless Alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Jay revealed themselves.” (More probably, the Federalist Papers wouldn’t have been written at all because the Founding Fathers would be too busy watching videos of ladies in nothing but their night shifts).

So how does that work in cyberspace, where sites are not state based and commenters come from all over the globe, I wonder? Now NY wants to tell websites all over the world how moderators/administrators handle their content, based on a complaint by someone who finds the comment offensive?

woof…

While I fully agree that such attacks and threats as Patterico and others have endured are (already) illegal, and should be prosecuted, attempting to legislate civility back into a society that has been weened of such bygone social skills – to boot, using a vague “mean spirited” definition – is an poor substitute.

Looks like the NY Republicans are taking a cue from the O’bummer “big brother is watching you” ‘tude by codifying complaints, and demanding the private citizen website administrators enforce a NY state law.

It’s getting hard to tell the nanny government left from the nanny government right these days….

@MataHarley:

Thanks for the worthy reply MataHarley.

In my experience there are angels in politics. They just don’t last very long in the political arena. Healthy people with integrity and families rarely aspire to spend decades in a sewer.

@Mike O’Malley:

Many thanks for your assistance!
