‘Thousands’ of women
Tripp told Klein that “the biggest fallacy that most people believed is that this was a unique occurrence. Monica was somehow special. And regrettably that’s the farthest thing from the truth.”
She said, “Everyone knew within the West Wing, particularly those who spent years with him, of the thousands of women.
“Now most of your listeners might find that difficult if not impossible to believe. And I can tell you in the beginning I felt the same way. But let me be clear here. This is a pattern of behavior that has gone on for years. And the abuse of women for years.”
Asked whether Clinton was having affairs with others in the West Wing, Tripp replied, “I know that to be true. One in particular who I will not name told me this herself.”
“But as to the hundreds or thousands, remember I worked closely with the closest aides to the president. And it was a loosey-goosy environment so there was not a lot of holding back. So it was common knowledge, let’s put it this way, within the West Wing that he had this problem. It was further common knowledge that Hillary was aware of it.”

Probably hundreds of thousands, if not millions. All while married, campaigning, and holding high public offices. He also worked in regular rounds of golf.

Linda Tripp is now claiming that it was her exposure of Monica Lewinsky dalliance with President Clinton that saved Lewinsky’s life, because the Clinton’s would have bumped Monica off to cover things up. (Somehow overlooking the fact that is was only her own effort to shake down Bill Clinton that brought the matter to anyone’s attention to begin with.) Failing to extract money from the Clintons, she settled instead on extracting $595,000 from the Department of Defense—which is to say, the taxpayers—for releasing confidential information about having failed to report her arrest record when she was hired. Things are looking up again. Hillary’s candidacy has allowed her resurrect her career as a paid scandal monger. It would be interesting to know who all is paying her.
So, who does the term whore—which you introduced into the discussion—most appropriately describe in this situation, given that one definition is a venal or unscrupulous person? Perhaps another definition will help: Venal means that a person is capable of being bought or obtained for money or other valuable consideration.

Tripp was so ugly that Clinton wouldn’t have done her if she begged him–which she may well have done—-she turned on and used her “friend.”
