‘He ABSOLUTELY lied’: Victoria Toensing drops massive truth-bomb on Lev Parnas and his interview with Rachel Maddow

Loading

Man oh man, Democrats sure can pick ’em.

From Stormy Daniels, to Cohen, to Avenatti (ha ha ha ha), to Vindman, to Yovanovitch, to Ciaramella … and now Lev Parnas. If they were looking for a way to make us point and laugh at them even more for their desperate attempts to remove Trump, they’ve succeeded. Parnas went on with Rachel Maddow of all people to tell his story that the Left tells us will totally sink Trump THIS TIME, except it sounds like just more BS.

Victoria Toensing, who appears to have first-hand knowledge of the situation, called him a liar.

We know, you’re shocked.

Take a gander:

Never discussed Ukraine corruption with AG Barr.

Never anything about Rudy Giuliani.

Hrm. But Parnas said!

Go ahead, Democrats, put all those silly little eggs in the ‘Lev Parnas Basket’ … LOL

https://twitter.com/LisaSmith4680/status/1217801742114545664

Our good, delicate, reliable, trustworthy friends on the Left don’t exactly have the best track record with their ‘witnesses’ and whistleblowers.

Well, that’s sort of the problem you run into when your entire agenda is based on and promoted by lies; you encounter a lot of liars. Also, when the only people you can get to back up your campaign of lies are people under indictment looking for immunity, you MIGHT want to be a little skeptical.

Oh, yeah. Trump absolutely knew.
I talked to him every day.
We wanted to get the Bidens.
I got my word to back me up.
No docs, no videos, just me.
This time we got Trump for real.
He broke the law. Just ask the GAO.
He is corrupt to the core, and I am completely innocent. Of anything.

In court her defense attorney is claiming Rachel is strictly a liar, so cant be sued.
Lets all trust what guests she brings on her Schiftt show.
Literally new evidence from a guy facing 25 years in prison with NY prosecutors promising more charges.

@kitt: In court her defense attorney is claiming Rachel is strictly a liar, so cant be sued.
Lets all trust what guests she brings on her Schiftt show.
Literally new evidence from a guy facing 25 years in prison with NY prosecutors promising more charges.

Excellent points.
A handwritten, UNDATED note???
This is on a par with the accusations from all those females who waited 10, 20, almost 30 years to attack Trump and his nominees with their false charges. Then, once their accusations fall thru they disappear back into the swamp.

‘He ABSOLUTELY lied’: Victoria Toensing drops massive truth-bomb on Lev Parnas and his interview with Rachel Maddow

Horse hockey. Toensing and her husband, Joseph E. diGenova, are totally in the tank for Trump. They’ve both appeared on FOX News pitching claims that Trump was being framed. They part of the right’s social media disinformation apparatus. They both have involvement with the White House legal team—involvement which was “re-characterized” in response to conflict of interest concerns. It was reported months ago that Toensing was deeply involved with Giuliani’s little Ukraine project. This, from the New York Times, May 9, 2019:

Mr. Giuliani has been working on the effort with other allies of Mr. Trump whose involvement has not been previously reported, including Victoria Toensing, a lawyer who was named last year, along with her husband, as part of the legal team representing the president in the special counsel’s investigation. The appointment was rescinded less than one week later amid concerns about conflicts of interest, but Mr. Trump’s legal team suggested that Ms. Toensing and her husband, Joseph E. diGenova, would assist the president “in other legal matters.”

On social media and in regular appearances on Fox News, the couple advanced the theory that the special counsel’s investigation was the result of a Justice Department effort to frame Mr. Trump. They increasingly began pushing the claim that “the real collusion began in @Ukraine,” as Ms. Toensing put it in a post on Twitter in March.

Giuliani himself stated at the time that Toensing would be accompanying him to Ukraine:

Ms. Toensing has also met with Mr. Lutsenko, the Ukrainian prosecutor who has pushed the investigations, Mr. Giuliani said. (Mr. Giuliani had previously said that Ms. Toensing was representing Mr. Lutsenko, but after this article published, he said that he had been mistaken.)

Ms. Toensing will accompany Mr. Giuliani to Ukraine, he said, explaining that she was “concerned” for Mr. Lutsenko and wanted the incoming president to “promptly understand what he’s trying to do.”

Asked about the trip and her interactions with of Mr. Lutsenko, which have not been previously disclosed, she responded, “I’m not going to talk to you about this matter.”

They’re all a pack of lying weasels who have lied so much they can no longer keep their lies straight. Now they’re going into emergency response mode because Parnas knows plenty. Trump has thrown him under the bus—or train, in this case, since a bus would be far too small to hold all the crooked players and criminals—and Parnas is singing like a canary. Used, discarded, disillusioned, and abandoned to his fate, he would be an idiot not to do so.

Part 2 of Maddow’s interview with Parnas and his attorney will be aired tonight. His ongoing revelations will be running concurrently with the impeachment trial in the Senate, where the members are this morning swearing before God that they will provide a fair and impartial hearing and judgement.

Don’t count on this stopping with a couple of short Rachel Maddow/Lev Parnas interviews. He’s providing documents, naming names, and presently under indictment. Unlike Trump, who can hide behind his presidential desk, all of those people can be pulled in with subpoenas to give sworn testimony IN CRIMINAL COURT, and held PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE if they commit perjury or fail to appear. Senate republicans who haven’t already sold their souls to the devil might want to take that fact into consideration when they make their decision about participating in an increasingly obvious, White House orchestrated cover-up. It could be the political equivalent of signing the devil’s contract on the dotted line. That contract will remain on public display as criminal cases covering the same ground unfold.

@Greg:

So, in your feeble mind, anyone who supports Trump, or even doesn’t agree with your hatred of Trump, is evil. EVIL, I TELL YOU.

You need to be committee to an asylum where you can no long risk harming yourself, Comrade Greggie. I understand the ones in Russia, you know, the country you are so fixated on that has the GDP of Italy, are quite nice. Do we need to do a fundraiser to help you get there? Maybe you can take along the other fruitcake that posts here, AJ/Ward. Adjoining cells, maybe?

@retire05, #6:

At some point the truth is going to finally strike Trump supporters on the tops of their heads like a croquet mallet. Then they’ll either rejoin reality, or remain in online cult support groups feeling one another’s heads and denying the presence of goose eggs.

The dots are getting so numerous and close together now that it’s hardly necessary to connect them to see the picture.

@Greg: The NYT wouldnt even touch this guy, so Roswell Rachel scoops them all. Uh huh Asking him totally leading questions where he shakes his head no, while answering yes, look that one up in body language for lying 101.
His indictment reads in 2018 he wanted the Ambassador out along with Ukrainian officials, but it was all Trump, who can fire an ambassador any time he wants, she was in his way? Somehow had the power to stop him from removing her unless they found something on her? Seriously Greg, brother, use just an iota of logic.
So this guy and his associate pay Rudy 500K just to be his underling gofer boys or henchmen as I have seen them referred to. How sneaky is that!

Oh in real news USMCA trade deal negotiated by Team trump is on its way to the Presidents desk 1 day after he gets China to sign Part 1 of that deal.

@kitt, #8:

The May 9, 2019 New York Times article makes it clear that Toensing had far more involvement in Giuliani’s scheme than she suggests. Giuliani himself was the source of the information that the Times printed.

Barr, Nunes, and Pence are all implicated in Giuliani’s Ukrainian project—and lord only knows who was funding Giuliani, since he denies being paid by Trump. The project has to have been costing a ton of money.

On a related note, from FOX News, 01/16/2020 — GAO says Trump administration broke law by withholding Ukraine aid

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a legal opinion on Thursday saying that President Trump’s administration broke the law by withholding defense aid to Ukraine — the issue at the heart of the president’s impeachment trial.

That money, $214 million which had been allocated to the Department of Defense for security assistance, was appropriated by Congress and therefore the administration did not have the right to hold it back just because it disagreed with its allocation, the opinion from the nonpartisan government watchdog said.

“Faithful execution of the law does not permit the President to substitute his own policy priorities for those that Congress has enacted into law,” the opinion said. “[The Office of Management and Budget] OMB withheld funds for a policy reason … not a programmatic delay. Therefore, we conclude that the OMB violated the ICA [Impoundment Control Act].”

@Greg:

At some point the truth is going to finally strike Trump supporters on the tops of their heads like a croquet mallet. Then they’ll either rejoin reality, or remain in online cult support groups feeling one another’s heads and denying the presence of goose eggs.

For eight years, Americans suffered under the control of a man who had no answers. We lost our health insurance, saw millions added to the welfare rolls, saw our tax money flown out of the U.S. to a violent, terrorist nations who is using that money to create terror around the Middle East region. And you said nothing. You were perfectly happy with the Socialism you thought was being implemented in the U.S. IOW, you’re a hypocrite of the first order and no one, and I do mean NO ONE, is buying your claptrap.

The dots are getting so numerous and close together now that it’s hardly necessary to connect them to see the picture

Oh, we’ve been here before. Just wait until the Mueller report is released. When that bombed, just wait until the IG report is released. Comey, Mueller, Brennan, Avanatti, all were going to be your saviors ridding you from the man who has helped create the greatest economy this nation has ever know in the last 70 years.

How’d that work out for you and your fellow brain dead Commies?

@Greg:

The NYSlimes? You still trust the NYSlimes? Get mental health counseling NOW.

@Greg:

At some point the truth is going to finally strike Trump supporters on the tops of their heads like a croquet mallet.

Maybe when Schiff and all the other Democrats FINALLY reveal all that “evidence” in their possession that absolutely PROVED Trump colluded with Russians to win in 2016? I still await when that will happen or Schiff and his fellow LIARS will explain what happened to it all.

Over and over and over you liberals are asked for your evidence that supports the impeachment articles. Over and over and over you liberals simply ignore the question. Evidence…. VIDEO EVIDENCE does exist of Biden bragging about extorting Ukraine to kill and investigation (an investigation, by the way, that was resumed and resulted in indictments) of the company that “employed” his son. THAT is a documented and irrefutable fact. You Democrats have so exhausted your powers of imagination that you have to impeach Trump for something Biden did. Perhaps it’s simply time to quit.

@retire05, #11:

They’re only reporting what Rudy Giuliani told them. Sorry you cannot process this information without a persistent nervous twitch setting in, but it’s not my fault.

You couldn’t process the Mueller report, either. You couldn’t figure out what Barr did.

@Greg:

The May 9, 2019 New York Times article makes it clear that Toensing had far more involvement in Giuliani’s scheme than she suggests. Giuliani himself was the source of the information that the Times printed.

So admission she might know from the inside this guy is FOS.

Barr, Nunes, and Pence are all implicated in Giuliani’s Ukrainian project—and lord only knows who was funding Giuliani, since he denies being paid by Trump. The project has to have been costing a ton of money.

And what has come out of the Barr orbit that indicates he was involved with Rudys investigation in Ukraine? What you got…anything, he happens to be chasing other things with Durham. Only liberal MSM is afraid that those things tie together.

GAO says Trump administration broke law by withholding Ukraine aid

They issued a legal opinion, OPINION
GAO Says Trump Broke Impoundment Law Opposed by Jefferson, Lincoln, JFK, Clinton, and Obama.
Its strange that the Office of Government Accountability isnt investigating the misuse of all US Aid rather than a temporary holding of those funds. Maybe investigate how some of these corrupt countries get authorized for aid to begin with. Nah that would really be non partisan activities. Did they opine in 1.8 billion missing dollars got deposited into an Oligarchs bank, the Oligarch that owns a controlling share of…ready Burisma!?
Again let this guy blab away, to Wretched’s leading questions.

@Greg:

They’re only reporting what Rudy Giuliani told them.

They? Who is this mysterious “they” you speak of? And how do you know what Giuliani told anyone? Were you sipping on a nice cabernet at the table while Rudy spoke to the mysterious “they”?

Sorry you cannot process this information without a persistent nervous twitch setting in, but it’s not my fault.

You need a new crystal ball.

You couldn’t process the Mueller report, either.

Let’s call the report what it was; the Andrew Weissmann report. Mueller is clearly lacking normal mental facilities. That was clear in Mueller’s testimony. But hey, Adam Schiff-for-brains has PROOF that Trump colluded with the Russians. Why don’t you ask him to release that PROOF?

You couldn’t figure out what Barr did.

When? Where? How? What day?

Here are some questions for you: the Parnas memo says Ritz Carlton? Which one? What country? When was it written? Has it been certified by a hand writing expert? Maybe your crystal ball can give you those answers.

@retire05, #15:

They? Who is this mysterious “they” you speak of?

The New York Times, Sherlock. The same they that you mentioned in #11, the post to which I was responding.

@retire05:

Here are some questions for you: the Parnas memo says Ritz Carlton? Which one? What country? When was it written? Has it been certified by a hand writing expert? Maybe your crystal ball can give you those answers.

Hell for what the hotels charge I even scarff up the mini shampoos and bars of soap, its surprising the NY prosecutors didnt make him write it on the towels he stole. 😉
Mark into evidence the 4 cup prepackaged coffee in a filter packet.

@kitt: None of that matters. Look at how they respected Steele’s baseless information? Al they need is an accusation and it instantly becomes TRUTH. No matter how many times this winds up smacking them upside the head with a dirty diaper, they just fall for it time and time again. Because they prefer lies to the awful truth.

@Greg:

OK, we got the “they” issue settled.

Now, answer my questions about the Ritz Carlton.

Oh, that’s right; you don’t answer questions. You only cast aspersions on anyone who doesn’t hate Donald Trump.

Have you always been such an idiot or did it come with brain washing?

@Deplorable Me: They go through the pile of debunked junk, dumpster diving for recycles, anything to bitterly cling to their get Trump conspiracies.

Giuliani’s May 10, 2019 letter to Zelensky

Just to be clear, I don’t work for the President, I work for this guy Donald Trump. (Who doesn’t actually pay me for doing this, by the way.)

Huh?

“I will be accompanied by my colleague Victoria Toensing, a distinguished American attorney who is very familiar with this matter.” (She doesn’t work for the President either. But hey—you really need to talk to us.)

Bolton was right. Giuliani is the hand grenade that’s going to blow everybody up.

FBI investigators visit Robert Hyde’s home and office

Hyde called Parnas’ assertions that he had been involved in watching Yovanovitch “pretty heavy accusations,” adding that “it was just colorful — we were playing, I thought we were playing. I didn’t know he was, I didn’t know he was so serious.”

@Greg:

AG Barr needs to get control over the leaks. But then, I guess you think it was just coincidence that the press showed up at Roger Stone’s house in the middle of the night when the SWAT teams were sent in.

Answer my questions, Comrade Greggie, and quit dodging them.

@Greg: Something wrong with him telling them upfront he was not in the capacity of White House Counsel? Ive seen the letter, she was not introduced as White House Counsel either. What ever is your point?
Guiliani has come back with loads of documents, some following the money trail of Bidens kid perhaps unclaimed income from Burisma. Some may even prove payments for Lunchbox as an undeclared lobbyist for the company.
I love it when MSM keeps the corruption of Democrats current in the news. Seems they are out to get Joe.

@Greg:

Just to be clear, I don’t work for the President, I work for this guy Donald Trump. (Who doesn’t actually pay me for doing this, by the way.)

You’re as big a liar as Adam Schiff. No surprise that you would emulate him.

@kitt, #24:

Something wrong with him telling them upfront he was not in the capacity of White House Counsel?

Yeah, plenty was wrong with it. The proper question then would be, So who the hell are you? Because private citizens have no damn business doing this sort of bullshit. You can’t meddle in foreign affairs on behalf of the man who is President without representing the Office of the President. In all official matters undertaken on behalf of the nation, the person that is president and the Office are the same thing. The official interests of one CANNOT be at odds with or separate from the other. All foreign affairs fall into the category of official interests.

It got even worse than that. In order to clear the field for their scam, Rudy and his gang set about sabotaging the State Department’s official Ambassador to Ukraine, and actually managed to do so. These people should all go to jail.

@Greg:

These people should all go to jail.

Like Obama did over the death of Brian Terry?

Answer my questions, you little coward.

@retire05, #27:

You haven’t actually asked any questions. You have attempted diversions, and made insults that you have punctuated with question marks.

@Greg:

Bolton was right. Giuliani is the hand grenade that’s going to blow everybody up.

You’re goddamn right; everyone involved in corruption in Ukraine. Biden, Kerry, Pelosi, Obama… probably Hillary, who can’t keep her beak out of any corruption. Yep, Giuliani is a hand grenade and you get him on the stand in the Senate and he’ll pull the pin. You’d better be ready for the kill radius.

Because private citizens have no damn business doing this sort of bullshit.

Was that your view when Podesta was helping Hillary destabilize Libya so they could cash in on the ensuing chaos?

@Greg: How exactly did they sabotage Ms The Geneva Convention is optional? She was only recalled from post not fired she got a cushy teaching position.

@Greg:

You haven’t actually asked any questions.

Question #1)
But hey, Adam Schiff-for-brains has PROOF that Trump colluded with the Russians. Why don’t you ask him to release that PROOF?

Questions #2, 3, 4 and 5) (in response to “You couldn’t figure out what Barr did.”)
When? Where? How? What day?

Questions #6, 7, 8 and 9) the Parnas memo says Ritz Carlton. Which one? What country? When was it written? Has it been certified by a hand writing expert?

I guess you don’t understand what a question mark means which only proves what an idiot you are, as well as a liar.

Answer the questions, Comrade Greggie.

@retire05, #31:

I will politely advise you to take a crap in your hat. You can then put it back on or not. It’s entirely up to you.

@Greg:

OK, so you have no answers proving, once again, you are nothing more than a fraudulent talking parrot for your left wing handlers.

Tell us something we didn’t know, Comrade Greggie.

The only thing you provide is comic relief. You have shown yourself to be a useful idiot for a long time.

@retire05: He will never answer questions that require him to think, he is simply a parrot for communism.

Trump is still claiming today that he doesn’t know Lev Parnas. He should tune in Part 2 of Maddow’s interview later this evening. Maybe he would remember.

@retire05:

I will politely advise you to take a crap in your hat. You can then put it back on or not. It’s entirely up to you.

You think Greg, like other liberals, are getting weary of constantly defending the indefensible? I mean, you can’t tell me they don’t KNOW how weak and lame this pretend impeachment is. NO ONE ever provides any of this “uncontested” evidence. You’d think that would be easy, you know, since there’s SO MUCH of it and they would be chomping at the bit to shove it down our throats and rub our noses in it. But, they can’t provide anything verified or documented.

@Deplorable Me:

I think Comrade Greggie, like all left wingers, is deranged. He has bought into left wing lies, parroted by the legacy media, and never questions them. Even when visibly proven wrong, he continue to parrot the lies.

Comrade Greggie is not only an idiot and a coward, he is mentally unfit.

[DELETED COMMENT FROM OUR RESIDENT SOCK PUPPET GARY MILLER]

@Deplorable Me:

I mean, you can’t tell me they don’t KNOW how weak and lame this pretend impeachment is.

If it were lame and weak and based on nothing, Trump wouldn’t have had to block 13 republican witnesses with direct, first hand knowledge of the Ukraine scheme from testifying under oath before Congress. That isn’t about protecting the Office of President or any such pretentious b.s. Any reasonable person can see that there’s a White House orchestrated cover-up in progress and that it’s all about protecting Trump. He’ll damage the integrity of the office he holds to do that. He’ll put the Republican Party in danger of total destruction to do that.

@Linda Baum: For someone with command of the facts no questions ever answered. So stuff it GF

@Greg: The House has doubled down and sent the case to be tried as is darling as is. Did you get your pen?

@Greg:

If it were lame and weak and based on nothing, Trump wouldn’t have had to block 13 republican witnesses with direct, first hand knowledge of the Ukraine scheme from testifying under oath before Congress.

Perhaps you can’t understand this, but what the Executive branch does in foreign policy is not made public. I don’t recall Obama making every call and conversation with every foreign leader or representative public, why should Trump be expected to? Trump has made far too much confidential conversations public already to try and sate the crybaby appetite for Trump exposing every single thing he does or says. So, what happens is those wanting the information goes to court and it is determined if it is truly needed and can be revealed. But, Democrats didn’t want to do that.

In reality, Democrats don’t want the truth to actually come out; it doesn’t serve their purposes.

The truth IS going to come out. Too many insiders know what happened. In Parnas’s case, they’re getting another preview of the sort of loyalty Trump shows in return for loyalty. They won’t lie to protect someone who will turn on them the moment it becomes convenient. If they don’t talk in the Senate, they’ll talk when they’re subpoenaed into a federal courtroom.

@Greg:

The truth IS going to come out.

Yep. And unfortunately for you radical left wingers, it will not be YOUR truth.

@retire05: Yup an Brennan is bringing it John O. Brennan
@JohnBrennan
On MSNBC tonight, I mistakenly said Trump wrote note, released by House yesterday, saying “get Zelensky to announce Biden investigation.” It was written by Les Parnas, who told Rachel Maddow today in explosive interview everything he did was known & directed by Giuliani & Trump.
9:08 PM · Jan 15, 2020·Twitter for iPhone

Les, Len, Lev what ever.
Dirty Russians altered my DNC memo.

@Greg: It got even worse than that. In order to clear the field for their scam, Rudy and his gang set about sabotaging the State Department’s official Ambassador to Ukraine, and actually managed to do so. These people should all go to jail.

Lev Parnas claims the effort to get rid of Yovanovitch was solely to get her out of the way so investigations of Biden could be opened.

Except Parnas was pushing for Yovanovitch’s removal way back in May 2018, and his indictment says he did it at direction of Ukrainian official.

In 2018 Parnas was pushing for the removal of Yovanovitch ….see it yourself right from Parnas’ indictment.

OOPS!
Biden announced his entrance into the Dem race for 2020 in April of 2019!

@Greg: The TRUTH came out when Trump released the transcript of his call with Zelensky. You Democrats, just like with the release of the Mueller report or the Horowitz report, CAN’T STAND the truth so you have to fabricate your alternative truth. Time and time again Trump goes above and beyond normal expectations to provide the facts to Democrats, but when these fact do not support their fantasy, they reject it and create their own FALSE version.

@Greg:

The truth IS going to come out.

You sound like a 9/11 truther, a Obama Birther, and every other kind of “truther” who needs a conspiracy to support your world-view.

The truth is already out. What you support is the writing of fiction.

Vadym Prystaiko, Foreign Minister of Ukraine: “Frankly, I have not spoken with [Lev Parnas], and again, frankly, I don’t trust any word he is now saying.”
