This high-resolution digital file was finally provided to the defense on October 29, 2012. This image was disclosed in the State’s 9th Supplemental Discovery.

that a beating is not hurting and nothing important enough to think your life is in danger,
it was done under darkness, and if he would have died, that picture would not have come out,

A defendant should not have to jump through hoops to get information that is required to be disclosed by the prosecution. This is gross misconduct!

This was NOT the photo of George Zimmerman originally released by the prosecution. The original was a black and white photo copy. The defense had to go to court to get the court to order the prosecution to release the photo above, and it was part of the 9th (NINTH) packets of discovery that the prosecution has given the defense. It seems the prosecution is reluctant to release discover to the defense so everytime the defense has to get a court order forcing the prosecution to do what is required by Florida state law.
Now we learn that the “girlfriend” DeeDee (Witness #8), that Lawyer Crump set up with an interview with Prosecutor Bernie De La Rionda, in the presence of not only the Martin family, but a reporter from ABC (Guttman) was not 16, and “a minor” as Mr. Crump, et al, claimed, but she is 18, and was 18, a legal adult, at the time of the shooting. Why did Crump and De La Rionda lie about the girls age?

When you compare both black/white with this color you see why the prosecution only wanted the black/white and also why the defense wants the color one out there.
Look at the grainy black/white one.
You can’t tell Zimmerman’s age.
You can’t tell his race.
You can’t tell that bent nose is a new injury…..is he a ”thug?”
Even his eyes look ”remorseless.”
