D.C. Reporter Says Democrats Quietly Admit Biden Lacks ‘Mental Acuity’

But they don’t care about how much he’s deteriorated, if they can get him to win.

Via Daily Wire:

A reporter for a Washington, D.C., political news site says Democrats are well aware that Joe Biden “does not have the mental acuity that he even had a couple of years ago.”

Joe Concha, a media reporter for The Hill, told Steve Doocy on “Fox & Friends” that Biden does not appear to be up to the task of holding the kind of press conference President Trump routinely holds.

“A lot of Democrats will tell you, at least privately, that he does not have the mental acuity that he even had a couple of years ago and this is a candidate that simply would not able to withstand the type of press conferences that the current president has, as far as them going on for an hour, an hour and a half, taking questions with multiple outlets with no ground rules attached,” Concha said.

Zogby International conducted a survey of 1,007 “likely voters” in which 55% said they think the former vice president, 77, “is in the early stages of dementia.”
Thus, majorities of Republicans (77% more likely/23% less likely) and Independents (56% more likely/44% less likely) thought Joe Biden had early-onset dementia; while nearly a third of Democrats (32% more likely/68% less likely) thought this was the case.”

Um, no.
When a 40-year old becomes fuzzy thinking, loses nouns, can’t find their way home, etc., THAT’s “early-onset dementia.”
There’s usually a cause, too.
vCJD, injury, concussion, drug or alcohol abuse, etc., cause EARLY onset dementia.
What Joe Biden has is regular dementia based on old age.
He’s 77.
Considering watching him over the last few years he might be in the EARLY stages of his personal dementia, but early ONSET, it is NOT.

“““““““““““
What’s going on now is DEMs are hiding who they really plan to have run our country, while putting Biden up as a front.
The elder-abuse that his family and Party are perptrating on him ought to be prosecutable.
We really need to know who DEMS are planning to run this country.
This lie that Joe Biden is the one needs to end.

to level the playing field at the presidential debates with AD joe, it has been decided that Brandon Trump will debate joe. like the past debates where in slut hillary had the questions, teleprompters with scripted answers will be set up for joe. all three presidential debates will have only three questions. once dementia joe has gaffed even his scripted lines there will be not time for rebuttal.
Pence will shred any candidate the democraps put up.

Over 80 days without even a friendly interview where they can edit it, dudw brain isnt functioning on even 1/2 of its cylinders. Keep him hidden use arrows on the floor to mark his way to the toilet.

Is he still alive?

@Nan G:

early signs of AD are very subtle. when a patient enters a full blown picture of AD, the signs become move evident. even with medication, joe will not be able to pull off any form of debate. the kicker is who is going to be his vp? reagan was in full AD the last two years of his term. nancy and frank ran the country.

Biden isn’t the candidate, and I”m just trying to see what the DNC has planned.

Biden will the candidate, and the VP slot will be filled by someone calculated to remove any concerns about Biden’s age.

As for Biden’s mental acuity, he’s totally in touch with reality, which is more than can be said for the semi-coherent conspiracy-theory monger in the White House. Biden has always been prone to verbal gaffs. Trump is showing early signs of dementia, which in certain personality types includes delusions of persecution, denial of problematic truths, paranoia, angry outbursts, and combative behavior. Physical coordination also begins to slip.

@Greg:

Biden will the candidate,

Biden will the candidate what?

and the VP slot will be filled by someone calculated to remove any concerns about Biden’s age.

Well, Biden did say that he will select someone ready to be President from Day One. Guess even he knows his mind is slipping rapidly.

Biden’s family should be ashamed.

Of what? His 12 point lead in the polls? Of Rudy’s Big Box of Evidence?

President Joe Biden… Get used to the phrase.

@Greg:

you need to get in touch with your feminine side. Brandon Trump is going to debate AD joe. this will level the playing field.

@retire05:

Biden will the candidate what?

You’re going to jump on someone for a typo? That’s rich!

@Greg:

President Joe Biden… Get used to the phrase.

greg, with respect, the man can’t even function correctly. The ads clearly show there is mental decline. It’s not a partisan issue, it’s just true.

Biden won’t be President, or even the candidate. The DNC will have to pull the plug before November and slide in their replacement.

@retire05: I remember way, way back when the daily show did a skit on how polls were just ridiculous propaganda tools. Now it’s the only thing the Dems can use because they have nothing else.

No platform.
No candidate.
No leg to stand on.
Corrupt ties to Russia and China.

But yes, the skewed and cooked “polls” show Biden ahead?

hahahahahahahahahaha.

No he’s not.

@Nathan Blue:

The DNC will have to pull the plug before November and slide in their replacement.

Who do you believe that will be?

“The polls,” are national.
But New York and CA each go to their winner whether they get 50.0001% of their vote totals or 100% of them.
That’s a 28 MILLION vote difference that doesn’t matter one whit!
(Adult population 2010 numbers = NY 19,440,469 and CA 37,253, 956.)
So, toss out all that “the polls say X,Y or Z.”
And thank the Founders who set up an Electoral College.
We small states are protected from the city folks in the big states.
Just look at how farming is really done, then what New York leaders say about how “easy” it is, or how city boys in CHAZ/CHOP thought it was done to see why we need protection from the out-of-touch idiots in cities.

@Nan G:

We small states are protected from the city folks in the big states.

What are you being protected from? The way it stands now, your individual vote counts for more than that of a person in a populous state. Why is that fair?

@retire05, #10:

Yeah, but this time around social media has been closing down Russian bot accounts, and even republican leaders are opining that Trump’s attack on mail-in ballots is a load of b.s.

@Greg:

even republican leaders are opining that Trump’s attack on mail-in ballots is a load of b.s.

Who? Provide legitimate links.

@Michael: Your question shows how little you understand the founding of the country and the genius of the electoral college. Our votes dont count more but less populated states are given fair representation. Not a big shock you think its unfair.
Looking at the most populus states they have more representation in congress and more electoral votes, so the national election must win many more states, not just the 4 with the highest population, leaving 46 states unrepresented .

June 23, 2020 – Life-long republican Steven Schmidt, founder of The Lincoln Project, on Donald Trump:

“Donald Trump has been the worst president this country has ever had. And I don’t say that hyperbolically. He is. But he is a consequential president. And he has brought this country in three short years to a place of weakness that is simply unimaginable if you were pondering where we are today from the day where Barack Obama left office. And there were a lot of us on that day who were deeply skeptical and very worried about what a Trump presidency would be. But this is a moment of unparalleled national humiliation, of weakness.

“When you listen to the President, these are the musings of an imbecile. An idiot. And I don’t use those words to name call. I use them because they are the precise words of the English language to describe his behavior. His comportment. His actions. We’ve never seen a level of incompetence, a level of ineptitude so staggering on a daily basis by anybody in the history of the country whose ever been charged with substantial responsibilities.

“It’s just astonishing that this man is president of the United States. The man, the con man, from New York City. Many bankruptcies, failed businesses, a reality show, that branded him as something that he never was. A successful businessman. Well, he’s the President of the United States now, and the man who said he would make the country great again. And he’s brought death, suffering, and economic collapse on truly an epic scale. And let’s be clear. This isn’t happening in every country around the world. This place. Our place. Our home. Our country. The United States. We are the epicenter. We are the place where you’re the most likely to die from this disease. We’re the ones with the most shattered economy. And we are because of the fool that sits in the Oval Office behind the Resolute Desk.”

@Greg: Anything that makes it easier for the uninformed, misinformed, or ignorant to vote is what the Democrats want. Their base is all those three.

A hedge against a ignorant people pulling the lever for Biden because Don Lemon and Trevor Noah…and google…influenced them to is the life skills necessary to actually get down to the booth on election day.

I live in a state with Mail-in voting. We were purple, now we’re blue. That should tell you something.

Armies of Democrat minions descend on this state every election year, hand-holding the poor and young to the voting booths…or just making sure they fill out the ballot now.

Is this wrong? Not exactly.

Is it predicated on a massive network of misinformation to sculpt public opinion to hand the Democrat Party a permanent majority so they can take over totalitarian rule of our country?

Yes.

Old people—those most susceptible to COVID-19 and most likely to want to vote by mail—are also more likely to vote republican.

@kitt:
I understand the history and the thinking of the Framers. The reasoning makes sense when it comes to a bicameral legislature, but it doesn’t make sense with the election of the president. The size of your state’s population makes a difference when it comes to passing legislation, and that’s often a state-versus-state battle. There’s just one president, however, and he’s executing the same laws for all of us, and there should be no state-versus-state component to what he is doing. One person, one vote is the way to go. Each person’s vote has exactly the same weight, no matter where he or she lives. I’ve been making this argument for years, but I don’t imagine that anything will change.

@Michael: You instruct kids but have no understanding at all.
Wisconsin has 10 electoral votes, California has 55 how is that fair?
Yes stupid question electoral votes are based on population, your argument that a vote in Wisconsin weighs more is dumb.
You want mob rule, dont want the country run by California and New York. They are both run like shit, by shit.
Seems a vote in California is worth 5.5 times a vote in Wisconsin how is that fair?
See how stupid your argument is, it can be used against you?

@Greg:

Old people—those most susceptible to COVID-19 and most likely to want to vote by mail—are also more likely to vote republican.

There is no equivalency.

@Michael:

I’ve been making this argument for years,

Because Democrats see it as a path to a permanent control, Tyranny by the Majority.

The EC exists to prevent that from happening, and maintain the unique interests of the states.

Each person’s vote currently holds the same weight, so your wishes are the current reality. Lucky you.

@kitt: Can you just give it a rest for a while? Yes, I get it. You don’t like me. You think I’m stupid. Blah, blah, blah. Stipulated for the record. All of it.

I’m just trying to have an interaction here about current events. Would you please tamp down the gratuitous insults for a while? Just a little while?

Yes stupid question electoral votes are based on population, your argument that a vote in Wisconsin weighs more is dumb.

No, it’s not. It’s a matter of simple math.

Each of California’s 55 electors represents 678,945 people.
Each of Wisconsin’s 10 electors represents 569,823 people
That means that each individual voter in Wisconsin has a larger impact on the electoral system of the state than each individual voter in California has on the electoral system of his state. In short, under the Electoral College system, the vote of each person counts for more in less-populous states, at least as far as distributing electoral votes goes. If the House expanded its size with the population, this would not be an issue.

@Nathan Blue:

Each person’s vote currently holds the same weight, so your wishes are the current reality.

Not when it comes to the distribution of electoral votes. I did the math in a response to kitt. Look: I live a a winner-take-all state, so I don’t have as much of a dog in this fight as those who live in a state where electoral votes are proportionally distributed, but just because it doesn’t affect me doesn’t mean it isn’t an issue. The point is that it takes more people to get that electoral vote in California than it does in Wisconsin.

Evening things out makes sense when it comes to the legislature, because that’s a venue where states are going to go against one another for distribution of resources and so on. The president is, theoretically, administering the laws passed by Congress, and he administers them equally–he doesn’t favor big states or small states when he does it, unless it’s written into the law passed by Congress.

There’s no real reason for the election of the president to be a “big state vs. small state” issue. The president isn’t getting in there to fight for his home state. One person, one vote: popular election of the president.

@Michael: No you drag it away from the subject of the thread, which isnt how the election is determined, but that Biden isnt mentally fit that wont matter to the mob. You cant prove by census that asks citizenship, California even deserves the electoral votes it has or all its seats in the house.

@kitt:

you drag it away from the subject of the thread, which isnt how the election is determined, but that Biden isnt mentally fit that wont matter to the mob.

Actually, I didn’t introduce the topic of the Electoral College. That was Nan in comment #16. I was simply responding to what she wrote.

You cant prove by census that asks citizenship, California even deserves the electoral votes it has or all its seats in the house.

As it happens, the number of representatives is not determined by counting voter registrations, which is the topic of the article you linked; rather, the number is determined by counting the people in the nation. The article you linked to specifies that the number of registered voters in 244 counties (the majority of which look to be in red states, by the way–California only has one county in question) seems to be greater than the number of people who have been counted as living there. In the end, then, the problem you’re pointing to with your article is with the registrations, not with the census count, contrary to what you’re saying.

If you want to crack down on the number of a state’s representatives because of that article, it looks like you need to start with Kentucky (58), Michigan (29), South Carolina (25), Mississippi (22), Colorado (19), Alabama (14), Illinois (13), South Dakota (11), Kansas (8), Texas (8), Nebraska (6), Georgia (5), West Virginia (4), Iowa (3), Montana (3), Missouri (2), Washington state (2), and Louisiana (2). All the other states mentioned just have one county in question.

Again, California only appears to have one problem county, so it hardly seems to be the huge issue you’re suggesting it is.

@Michael: You quote my statement about CENSUS, which determines representation in the house, (not to exceed 435) the article was only to prove there is massive chance for voter fraud with mail in voting in at least 244 counties, another 279 counties across 31 states exhibit implausibly high registration rates of 95 to 99 percent.
Multi tasking points of contention in the thread.
Biden is still a mush brain and even if made a complete fool of in the debates it wont matter to the mob.
