Oh, wait….wrong Turkey. Nothing quite like seeing a lame duck president pardoning the national turkey (can you tell which one’s which?). Actually, I think our comedian-in-chief is pretty good in this role. Nor did I mind his jab at GOP presidential candidates (I think some of them are turkeys). It was done in lighthearted jest…. This appears to be a video of one of the Russian pilots who parachuted: Daily Beast: Turkmen rebels are claiming they shot and killed two Russian pilots who ejected from a jet shot down by the Turkish air force over the Syrian border. “Both of the pilots were retrieved dead. Our comrades opened fire into… Read more »
The weakest President since Jimmy Carter, the “man” who won the Olympic gold medal for Flexibility to Foreign Leaders, mocked the GOP candidates for their response to what is widely accepted as an astonishingly inept and biased set of debate moderators. Obama sneered: “Let me tell you, if you can’t handle those guys then I… Read more »
Obama today ran to the podium using a horrendous crime at a college in Oregon to rail against guns. As traumatic as these insane killings are, when Obama addressed the Nation, barely any information was available from Oregon. What was he up to? Perception is everything in international affairs, as in most things human. Compared to any powerful nation in history, America has prevailed magnificently since WWII as its presence around the world has enabled most of humanity to live in a somewhat subdued degree of peace. America could not stop all dictators, but its presence and its threat… Read more »
Russia has been running circles around the naive and narcissistic Obama, and now we get the deaths of close to 300 civilians in a commercial airliner. They intentionally brought down this plane and all Obama does is say ‘tragedy’ a few times then goes off to the pub, off to another fundraiser, off to do… Read more »
