Is that a trick question? Presidents generally don’t give a State of the Union Address during their first year in office. Donald Trump’s first State of the Union Address was on January 30, 2018—the first month of his 2nd year in office.

Trump gave a speech to a joint session of Congress February 28, 2017. Trump faced off and faced down the hostile media every time they wanted a confrontation. Everyone, including the idiot Biden, is deathly afraid for the idiot to have any face time with cameras.
