Dr. Pelosi throws the body shaming door wide open

Nadler Questions 81 People in Search of a Crime - The Rush ...

You may have noticed that democrats have morals. The problem is that those morals are so very malleable. All women were supposed to be believed until Biden was accused of sexual misconduct by a number of women. Those women weren’t believable. That’s how they roll. Continuously.

Body shaming was a bad thing until yesterday. Then “Dr.” Nancy Pelosi had some interesting words for Donald Trump to a smirking Anderson Cooper:

OK, let’s do this

Hydroxychloroquine is being used by doctors worldwide to treat COVID 19 and it is being researched by some high profile immunologists. The results suggest that early intervention with HCQ is preferred and there is frankly a large body of anecdotal evidence to support its use.

Karen Cavuto of Fox News called the drug dangerous.

“If you are in a risky population here, and you are taking this as a preventative treatment to ward off the virus, or in a worse-case scenario you are dealing with the virus and you are in this vulnerable population, it will kill you,”

That’s stupid. It’s been around for 70 years and has been used to save countless lives. I know someone personally who took it for three years for Rheumatoid Arthritis without a single problem. I also know of thousands of patients who have taken it without side effects. Of course, it should be taken under a doctor’s supervision.

Trump is taking it under a doctor’s supervision.

But that aside, Pelosi opens the door for us. I immediately thought of two people who also should not consider taking the drug. One is a runway model.

and the other…

Exclusive! Buddy Hackett Estate Sues Jerry Nadler Over ...

Both are morbidly obese- they say- and absolutely should shy away from HCQ.

If and when HCQ is clearly shown to be effective used at the right time and under the proper supervision I trust that democrats will continue to avoid the “dangerous” drug.

Especially those morbidly old and wrinkled

Dingbat Pelosi Tells Adopted Woman Her Mother Deserved ...

Let’s be clear. democrats are not afraid of HCQ. They are scared to death of something else- that Donald Trump could be right.

Botox Nan should go check out the mirror before she slams anyone. What a Hag.

They are mostly afraid that there is a treatment that will shorten the epidemic before they can make full use of it.

There’s no evidence Dr. GodKing Trump is actually taking Hydroxychloroquine.

His sales pitch on the drug all along has been more to define it as his “cure for cancer” moment as he could easily make claims of the numbers as they are unproven otherwise. It would be like when he campaigned for pedophile Roy Moore or Matt Bevin who later pardoned pedophiles and rapist. Both lost but Trump went on to claim that without him, they would have lost, more, bigly. If Trump could have pushed Hydroxychloroquine and 250k people died (half being due to the drug), he could claim it would have been a million without his wisdom.

By all accounts, Trump has failed spectacularly with his leadership deficiency and callousness with the entire world looking at the U.S. with pity and his reelection chances sinking so perhaps he feels this “what do you have to lose” play is his best shot.

Well Karen Pelosi doesnt approve and thinks its not approved of by scientists, is this a consensus?
Perhaps she should begin another investigation on plastic surgery addicts, she is falling way behind, could use a bit of liposuction on her nose cause she has her big fat nose stuck where it doesnt belong.
His body his choice, harpy!

Nancy’s statement is worth nothing other than the little imaginary points she garnered from her own side.
That’s the level she’s on.

She never meant for her words to apply to anyone-other-than-Trump.

I sure wish my doctor could write me a prescription for HCQ.
Then I could go back to living a more normal life instead of worrying that 2 old cases of pleurasy make me susceptable to have a bad outcome should I get Covid.

I’d happily take HCQ until a cure can be developed.

BTW, there’s never been a cure found for most viral diseases like the common cold, HIV, etc.

@Ronald J. Ward: Are you calling a commander in the Navy a liar?
The White House Physician confirmed the prescription.
Are you using fake news numbers to make a useless point?
If Trump could have pushed Hydroxychloroquine and 250k people died (half being due to the drug), he could claim it would have been a million without his wisdom.
50% death toll on a disease with 97% chance of recovery, the drug is only not recommended for heart patients otherwise found to be a safe prescription for over 40 years.

@Ronald J. Ward:
So the White House doctor is a liar too??
Maybe TDS has turned your brain to mush!

@Ronald J. Ward: Again, of course, you lie.

@kitt: AJ has no idea what the implications of his ignorant lies are. He just blathers.

@DrJohn: I guess that’s why they accuse him of lying about taking it; their lying media has been saying it kills or disfigures and he’s suffered none. We KNOW the liberal media never lies.

@kitt:

her next face lift she will be sporting a goatee unless she shaves LMAO @kitt:

@MOS #8541: OMG thats funny! Is she talking out of her belly button?

“Obesity is a known cardiovascular risk factor and it increases the risk of cardiac arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death.”

Hydroxychlorquine doses in excess of those recommended for its approved medical applications has also been demonstrated to increase the risk of dangerous heart arrhythmias.

This probably isn’t a good idea.

@Greg:

This probably isn’t a good idea.

Even your cherry-picked statement disproves your own belief, as no medicine on the planet is a good idea to take (all have side-effects, and most have associated deaths).

You’re no scientist, I’ll tell you that.

@Nathan Blue, #14:

Even your cherry-picked statement disproves your own belief, as no medicine on the planet is a good idea to take (all have side-effects, and most have associated deaths).

Proper and appropriate use of many medicates is often a very good idea, assuming the people for whom they’re prescribed want their medical conditions to be controlled, their quality of life to be improved, or, in some cases, to put off death.

You’re no scientist, I’ll tell you that.

I never claimed to be. Your politics has led you down the garden path into the land of conspiracy theory and utter nonsense. Paying attention and critical thinking are often all that’s required to avoid that. It doesn’t require a law degree or a license to practice medicine.

@Greg: Yo moron, it was prescribed by the White House Doctor upon request, he would know if the Prez had so much as a hangnail, let alone any heart disease.
They are doing a study on the profilatic qualities on nurses in Michigan.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1477893920302179

Why some of the patients excluded from the study is listed.

Millions of people, many in 3rd world conditions, take HCV every day.
For years.
With no bad effects.
OTOH…..
What’s the number one prescribed drug in America?
Humira.

Humira is used to treat many inflammatory conditions in adults, such as ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, plaque psoriasis, and a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa.

So, risks?
Oh, yeah.
It lowers the ability of your immune system to fight infections and you can get infections more easily. Serious infections caused by viruses, fungi or bacteria have happened in people taking this medicine. Some people have died from these infections.
Ok, is that all?
No.
Humira can cause a rare type of lymphoma (cancer) of the liver, spleen, and bone marrow that can be fatal. This has occurred mainly in teenagers and young men with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis.

And, what about lifestyle?
Avoid being near people who are sick or have infections while using Humira.
Do not receive a “live” vaccine while using Humira.

Side Effects:
fever, swollen glands, night sweats, general feeling of illness;

joint and muscle pain, skin rash, easy bruising or bleeding;

pale skin, feeling light-headed or short of breath, cold hands and feet;

pain in your upper stomach that may spread to your shoulder; or

loss of appetite, feeling full after eating only a small amount, weight loss.

Also call your doctor at once if you have:

new or worsening psoriasis (raised, silvery flaking of the skin);

liver problems – fever, body aches, tiredness, stomach pain, right-sided upper stomach pain, vomiting, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes);

lupus-like syndrome – joint pain or swelling, chest pain, shortness of breath, patchy skin color that worsens in sunlight;

nerve problems – numbness, tingling, dizziness, vision problems, weakness in your arms or legs; or

signs of tuberculosis – fever with ongoing cough, weight loss (fat or muscle).

Older adults may be more likely to develop infections or cancer while using Humira.

headache;

cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sinus pain, sneezing, sore throat;

rash; or

redness, bruising, itching, or swelling where the injection was given.

This is not a complete list of side effects.

All such “doors” are always open for Democrats’ advantage but closed for Republicans.

Like the MeToo thing, for example.

I notice the liberal commenters are trying to change the subject to Trump’s prescription. The “science” commenters are dissing a personal doctor’s prescription. They want Trump dead, they should be celebrating if they think this is dangerous.

@kitt: @XLR8R:

To my knowledge, the only confirmation that’s been given came from Kayleigh McEnany, another notable spinster, liar, and Trump lapgog.

@kitt, #16:

Yo moron, it was prescribed by the White House Doctor upon request, he would know if the Prez had so much as a hangnail, let alone any heart disease.

You haven’t noticed yet that keeping a job around the White House requires agreeing with President Trump and letting him have his way? The doctor may be prescribing the lower dose people commonly take for malaria prevention just to keep him happy.

@Ronald J. Ward: “As has been previously reported, two weeks ago one of the President’s support staff tested positive for COVID-19. The President is in very good health and has remained symptom-free. He receives regular COVID-19 testing, all negative to date,” Conley stated.

“After numerous discussions he and I had regarding the evidence for and against the use of hydroxychloroquine, we concluded the potential benefit from treatment outweighed the relative risks,” he added.
To the best of anyones knowledge, you sir, say shit with no research or reason.
Ignorant knee jerk reactions you have been known for echoing MSM.

[DELETED COMMENT FROM OUR RESIDENT SOCK PUPPET GARY MILLER]

@Frank Gardner: OK, Gary Miller.

@Greg:

Your politics has led you down the garden path into the land of conspiracy theory and utter nonsense.

Wow. You never cease to amaze.

@Frank Gardner: What I wonder is why in the hell Democrats are so upset about it? Do you constantly need to fuel your hatred with fantasies of Trump lying about something?

@kitt:

Are you calling a commander in the Navy a liar?

Is it not possible for a commander in the navy to be a liar?

You’re aware, I’m sure, that Trump has repeatedly referred to Jerry Nadler over the years as “Fat Jerry.” Following your own reasoning, it’s Trump himself who “opened the door to body shaming,” if anyone did.

@Greg:

Your politics has led you down the garden path into the land of conspiracy theory and utter nonsense.

Uh, your rabid adherance to a cult is what you are. Gaslighting doesn’t work for the cloaked idiots holding cups of poison kool-aid in the field, I’m afraid.

My critical thinking skill are, and have always been, much better than yours.

I never claimed to be.

But you spout off without understand how your rants betray a basic…lack of logical thought. I know your thing, your identity, is to consider yourself an intellectual of some level.

But you’re not.

I’m have no politics in this, while that’s all you have.

That’s why you can’t have any rational debate without gas-lighting your superior opponent before running away on a bed of misdirection.

It’s interesting that the coronavirus has done so much to reveal your brand of failed ideology, and how much it will cost your party.

If it’s any consolation to the dead, they’ve helped to defeat the unintelligent yet over-educated rabble like you.

Of course, you’re probably due to expire soon, yes? Your sour, old, and ignorant ideologies will die with you. The world will be better for it.

@Michael:

Is it not possible for a commander in the navy to be a liar?

Of course it’s possible. However, then it’s possible for Biden, Obama, CNN, Pelosi….every little Democrat/Leftist dog in the street lapping up the propaganda to be liars, too. Everyone is suddenly lying…unless we keep telling the population via media outlets it’s only those “other guys” lying, not us!

The goal of the Left has always been relativism: my intent is better than theirs, so the facts and standards I apply to take down opponents don’t apply to me….

Luckily, mature voters don’t think that way.

@Michael: Are you aware that all Democrats have called Trump, from day one,a racist, liar, traitor, Russian asset and criminal? Don’t you think the ship on civility sailed long ago?

@Deplorable Me:

What I wonder is why in the hell Democrats are so upset about it? Do you constantly need to fuel your hatred with fantasies of Trump lying about something?

Trump constantly lies. That is a simple and easily demonstrated fact. Believing that he does not is the fantasy. Trump will lie about anything, whenever it’s useful to do so. He makes no distinction whatsoever between truth and lies. Nothing he says about any matter of importance can be accepted without question. If you do so, you’ll soon become unmoored from reality. You might not even notice, because there are so many now who are in the same boat.

@Deplorable Me: This post incorrectly posits that Pelosi “opened the door on body-shaming” with her comment. I pointed out that Trump was already doing it. Please don’t try to move the goalposts.

@Michael:

Yep. As shown here. The guy escorted out turned out to be one of Donald’s own supporters. With Trump, this is nothing new. It’s just another thing for which he always gets a pass.

@Greg: No, you constantly ACCUSE him of lying to falsely support your sense of superiority. In fact it is the LEFT that lies, constantly, predictably, consistently and repeatedly. Russiagate, peegate, emolumentsgate, Ukrainegate and now hydroxychloroquinegate, all Democrat lies designed to try to concoct a moral superiority that is the opposite of the truth.

@Michael: As anyone but the stupidest of morons knows, Trump has been the target of slurs since he hinted he might run for President. You aren’t even in the game. Trump has every right to blast these lying, socialist seditionists with every name in his repertoire.

@Deplorable Me:
Not the point of the post, but you do you.

@Michael: Well, yeah, it IS the point of the post. I do facts.

And for the record, Nadler is a fat tub of shit.

@Deplorable Me, #34:

No, you constantly ACCUSE him of lying to falsely support your sense of superiority.

He’s a inveterate liar. He lies constantly. He lies so damn much there’s a Wikipedia article on the topic, politely titled Veracity of statements by Donald Trump, complete with abundant linked references. This is such an unprecedented characteristic for an American president that there is on other such article on any other individual who has ever held the office. It’s a defining characteristic of the man. As they circumspectly observe, it the case of Mr. Trump, “Debasing of veracity has been viewed as a tactic.”

Donald Trump has made many false or misleading statements, including thousands during his presidency. Commentators and fact-checkers have described this as “unprecedented” in American politics,[4][5][6][7] and the consistency of these falsehoods has become a distinctive part of both his business and political identity.[8] Trump is known to have made controversial statements and subsequently denied having done so,[9][10] and by June 2019, many news organizations had started describing some of his falsehoods as lies.[11] The Washington Post said his frequent repetition of false claims amounts to a campaign based on disinformation.[12] Debasing of veracity has been viewed as a tactic.[13]

There follows a lengthy discussion of specific documented examples, conveniently categorized by specific topic. This is not actually debatable. It isn’t a matter of opinion. It’s an objective observation. It’s fully documented documented.

Without lies, Trump could not have been elected. Without lies, he could not have evaded removal from office. Without lies, he cannot possibly be reelected, and he may not be reelected even with them.

Add to that gross incompetence.

@Deplorable Me: The reason I can tell that incivility in general is not the topic of the post is that the title of the post is “Dr. Pelosi throws the body shaming door wide open.” Then there’s a discussion of how fat Nadler and Abrams are.

Why are you unable to simply acknowledge that Trump engaged in body-shaming long before Pelosi said what she said a couple of days ago?

@Ronald J. Ward: His sales pitch on the drug all along has been more to define it as his “cure for cancer”

Hardly.
If anyone cared to look up the actual words he said it was that HCQ had the potential to be a game-changer in conjunction with one or two other drugs: Zinc and an antibiotic, if memory serves.
He never even said it WAS a game-changer, just that it had the POTENTIAL to be a game changer.

He didn’t even start taking it until White House staffers started coming down with coronavirus.
I remember him taking a question at a press conference while at least two reporters loudly coughed in the room before he was taking it.

@Greg: No, YOU lie. How about Russiagate? Peegate? Emolumentsgate? Trumptowersgate? Flynngate? Deutchebankgate? Wikileaksgate? Ukrainegate? Hydroxychloroquinegate? Lysolgate? Whitesupremacistsfinepeoplegate? Damn, your entire party consists of NOTHING but lies. You LOVE lies.

@Greg:

He’s a inveterate liar.

The losing party voters all say that about the winner “yawn”.

Add to that gross incompetence.

And what real facts do you have to back that up, other than just media-dorks saying “he’s incompetent” over and over again, so it seeds in the weak minds of people like you?

The issue with you and party’s relativism as a weapon is that everything is, well, relative…or complete open to defining as you see fit.

It’s not working, and the majority of Americans are rejecting the Dem party’s abject failures and inability to build any platform beyond hoax-creation and Trump “gotchas” that just make them look like fools on TV.

@Michael:

You’re aware, I’m sure, that Trump has repeatedly referred to Jerry Nadler over the years as “Fat Jerry.” Following your own reasoning, it’s Trump himself who “opened the door to body shaming,” if anyone did.

That’s a valid point, to be clear. But it’s interesting that Pelosi has little behind her beyond ripping up SOTU and calling Trump fat.

That’s when you know you’ve lost.

Trump is a monster. I voted for him so he’d combat the lies and the propaganda of the Left. I like that he insult journos when they insult him. I like that “grabs people” by the genitalia. This environment was clearly created by the Democrats and their cult. For decades talk shows and “infotainment” outlets could make fun of Republicans…accuse them of rape/racism/russia without any proof or even real suspicion, and the Dems tried to take over the country via pop culture.

I like that Trump is a pop culture/social media Godzilla pushing these creatures back into the f*cking sea.

But aside from all that, I, and most mature Americans, vote for policy, not for a person. Trump’s policies were simply superior to the Dems and the Reps. I’ve never seen a President do exactly what he/she said they’d do.

It’s tough for Dems to accept. They can call him “incompetent” all they want. But they literally look homeless people at a marathon, ranting that the first runner across the finish line actually lost.

Trump has won…and won…and won…

We all have, as a result. I don’t want a president that pays off poor people and minorities just to get votes. I want a president that grows the country for all.

And honestly, my ideal is better than the Left’s. Period.

Trump wins the EC and pop vote in November. Dems lose the House. Reps keep the Senate.

@Greg: aspirin taken in doses greater than the recommended will also kill you, Buttercup.

@Kalashnikat: Why “Buttercup”?
