OK, here we go
This was just the first salvo

Vindman did not follow the chain of command
Adam Schiff is trying to pretend like Republicans are objecting that Alex Vindman went to the national security lawyer
WRONG
The objection is that Vindman went to George Kent and Eric Ciarawhistleblower BEFORE the NSC lawyer#ImpeachmentHearing
— Will Chamberlain (@willchamberlain) November 19, 2019
What’s important to know is that he told Kent and then told Ciaramella BEFORE talking to the lawyer- who told him not to tell anyone.
Schiff lies through his teeth
Adam Schiff keeps saying the whistleblower has a “statutory right to anonymity.” He said it again this morning. It is nonsense. Only the IC official who receives a whistleblower complaint is required to withhold the name, and not in all circumstances.

Here Vindman castigates Trump for not following the talking points
LTC Vindman stated that the President did not stick to his talking points on the July 25 call. With all due respect, LTC Vindman wasn’t elected President of the United States; Donald Trump was and he doesn’t have to stick to Vindman’s TPs.

I thought this was the best part of the hearing
WATCH: After Alexander Vindman admits he spoke to someone in the intelligence community about President Trump's phone call with Ukraine, Adam Schiff shuts down Republicans' questions and tells Vindman to not answer.
It sure seems like Schiff knows who the whistleblower is! pic.twitter.com/CHYJRWlges

"Mr. Chairman I don't see how this is outing the whistleblower. The witness has testified… he doesn't know the whistleblower…"

— Washington Examiner (@dcexaminer) November 19, 2019
Schiff said he doesn’t know who the WB is. Vindman says he doesn’t know who the WB is, yet Schiff would not allow Vindman to tell Jordan or Nunes who he talked to in addition to Kent. He did say it was someone in the IC.
Here Vindman lies again
Lt. Col. Vindman has repeatedly claimed that the President “demanded” investigations on the July 25th call.
We’ve all read the transcript of the call. There was no demand, no mention of aid, no quid pro quo. pic.twitter.com/APjb8X66CT

Vindman never told his boss anything
https://twitter.com/seanmdav/status/1196843211328819200
This would have been quite amusing if not for the stakes
https://twitter.com/seanmdav/status/1196844314661474304
Turns out, he’s never once spoken to the president about Ukraine. https://t.co/PyATb96jJQ
— The Federalist (@FDRLST) November 19, 2019
It appears that Vindman specifically avoided going to his boss so he could leak it via Ciaramella
https://twitter.com/seanmdav/status/1196851613132034048
.@Jim_Jordan asks Col. Vindman why he didn’t go to his boss, Tim Morrison, and instead went to a lawyer. Vindman says it was a busy week… and that eventually, the lawyer told him not to go to anyone else.
To say this impeachment case is collapsing is an understatement.

Question: Who are the “appropriate people”?
Here's some real collusion 👇
"I had my meeting w/the attorney, & I did my coordination, & I spoke to the appropriate people in the interagency"
"Appropriate people" being a registered Dem w/known bias against POTUS who works for CIA?
Whoops! We're not allowed to ask that! pic.twitter.com/LR2YEXRTOt

Will Chamberlain slaps down Bill Kristol
"Diligently doing his job," @BillKristol?
That's not how I would describe leaking the Ukraine call to George Kent and an unnamed member of the intelligence community, but not discussing it with your direct supervisor
That's what Alex Vindman did#ImpeachmentHearing
— Will Chamberlain (@willchamberlain) November 19, 2019
Icing on the cake

About that “demand”
Lt. Col. Vindman characterized the 7/25 phone call as a “demand” based on his military experience & military culture.
President Trump & President Zelensky—who have never served in the military—did not interpret it as a demand.
Anyone else's interpretation is irrelevant. pic.twitter.com/ra1SlGSiOb

Elise Stefanik scores again
Rep. @EliseStefanik: Every witness who has testified and has been asked this has answered yes.
Do you agree that Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma has the potential for the appearance of a CONFLICT OF INTEREST?
ALEXANDER VINDMAN: Yes.
JENNIFER WILLIAMS: Yes. pic.twitter.com/whcGVHPyEm
— Trump War Room (@TrumpWarRoom) November 19, 2019
That darned Trump didn’t do as I ordered him to do
Counsel: "Did you observe whether Pres. Trump was following the talking points based on the official US policy?"
Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman: "The President could choose to use the talking points or not…. but they were not consistent with what I provided." #ImpeachmentHearings pic.twitter.com/9XRO5vCJ8j

Not one witness mentions bribery
https://twitter.com/Ryan1776Paritot/status/1196848514451607554
Schiff says that he gets to make it up:
Rep. Schiff: “The reason we don’t ask… fact witnesses to make the judgment about whether a crime of bribery has been committed is you’re fact witnesses. It will be our job to decide whether the impeachable act of bribery has occurred.”
This really has become a farce. Nothing is going the way Schiff planned it go. Seems to me he led with what he thought were his strongest witnesses to do the greatest damage when he could expect the largest audience. The rest of the witnesses are not to going to advance his cause- especially not Fiona Hill, who questioned Vindman’s judgment.
But not we have largely irrefutable proof that Vindman is the source for Ciaramella, thanks to Schiff.

DrJohn was brought up with the concept that one can do well if one is prepared to work hard but nothing in life is guaranteed.
Except for liberals being foolish.
This is a critical point of fact.
A military person might interpret words according to his military melieu.
A non-military person might have completely different understandings of those same terms.
In printing, which we retired from after over 40 years, we had to make sure we were understood properly by non-printing customers who hired us.
“Do you want us to book your order?”
In printing “booking” means printing it in 8-page signatures that fold down to form properly paginated pages for a booklet or book.
If you don’t do that you can’t bind it in proper order.
Nothing to do with asking a table to be set aside for dinner. LOL. ( <- internet jargon)
Every area of expertise has its own jargon.
Silly Vindman lied when he ASS-U-ME'ed Trump and Zelinsky understood things like military men would.
He knew they did not.
At what point do we start to look for the payments?
The Media
Vindman
Jim Jordan’s sudden “scandal” that is nothing more than another Dem-bought hoax.
Who’s paying the money, and how are they getting it?
The Dems are paying people to lie. Period.
