The above was written by a journalism professor basically saying that any journalist who dares to ask HOW she is gonna pay for medicare for all should be disqualified. How dare ask that question!!!!

Why would journalists worry about which side creates an ad from their answer? The object is to get an answer. They are supposed to be informing the American people, not running interference for the Democrats. (yeah… right)

The real question should be how much MORE will young, healthy people have to pay for a lifetime under “Medicare-for-all,” than they would have had to pay thru taxes plus PRIVATE insurance.
Here’s the deal.
If you are young and/or healthy you can get by paying for a less expensive medical insurance than, say, ObamaCare insisted on for you.
Then, as you get older and/or sick you have to up your insurance coverage for the kinds of things you will need to have covered.
All the while you pay taxes that are MUCH lower than Warren’s tax bill would be for you.
And, if you are young and healthy when Warren implements her plan, you will pay MUCH more total in taxes and medical care than you ever would have had to pay under the private system.
You will never be able to accumulate wealth, like my generation did.
You will be subsidizing people who don’t pay in at all and who run to the doctor for every little thing.
That ain’t cheap.

@Nan G: The Democrat plan is like Obamacare; what people get is health care coverage in name only; they can’t afford to USE it, though. High deductibles will prevent any use except in emergencies.
OR, we are all (well, all but our legislators and wealthy liberals) going to simply get rotten, cheap, pathetic health care, as Canada, Great Britain and so many other socialized medicine countries enjoy. We can look forward to euthanasia at the very beginning of life and then towards the end as well, as economic conditions dictate.
