Democrat Rep says Antifa are “peaceful protestors” Want to see how “peaceful” they are?

Deb Haaland (D-lusional) really said this:

Democratic New Mexico Rep. Deb Haaland described Antifa as “peaceful protesters” Saturday, the same day members of the violent group clashed with the right-wing Proud Boys in Portland.

Haaland offered the inaccurate description on CNN after President Donald Trump tweeted “Major consideration is being given to naming ANTIFA an “ORGANIZATION OF TERROR.’”

“This is on par with what the president does. He sides with the white supremacists, the white nationalists, with the domestic terrorists in our country, just as — you know, he has incited violence against people of color,” Haaland said.

Antifa is largely if not completely made up of immature white liberals

“Portland is a progressive city. They want to ensure that they keep their city moving forward. It’s not surprising that Trump would side away from the folks who are the peaceful protesters working to safe guard their city from domestic terrorism. Just not surprised at all that the president sides with the white nationalists. That’s been his mode of operation since before he was elected president,” the congresswoman continued.

Let’s have a look at those “peaceful protesters.”

The pathetic @portlandpolice  ran away from the scene

No one was safe from their violence and intimidation- not even young children.

Watch as Antifa attacks buses of Proud Boys leaving the scene

Antifa even brought in concrete slabs to break up and use as thrown projectiles

Antifa would be properly described as domestic terrorists. They decide- as did the Nazi and an the fascists in WWII Italy-  who needs to be harmed, equal protection under the law be damned.

They are cowards.

Neither the Proud Boys nor Antifa merits any respect, but the Proud Boys don’t hide behind masks.

Maybe Deb Haaland should wear one.

@retire05:

have never understood why anyone would associate themselves with the very Party that encouraged protests against our returning soldiers and literally lost the war they were fighting, and dying, to win.

That is why I vowed never to vote for another dem after returning from my first tour in Iraq. They voted to send us there when it was popular and then turned on our mission, and thus us, for political gain. Backstabbing lowlifes. They are the America sucks party.

@another vet: Democrats lose wars, not our military.

@Deplorable Me: As evidenced by what happened in Iraq. Obama squandered our hard earned gains. The military was able to get them back. They attributed it to the fact that PT let the military do their jobs. There was no more getting clearance from the WH to conduct an operation. The commanders on the ground made the decisions. Leaving the warfighting to those who were trained to do it and not some politician who knows nothing about fighting wars. What a novel idea.

@another vet: If Obama had been 1/10 the LEADER Trump is, he could have wiped ISIS out in its infancy. He was too gutless to confront his blunders and lies and was willing to see hundreds of thousands killed and millions displaced by his stupid policies. But, at least he got credit for pulling our troops out of Iraq.

How can anyone that served in the military possibly honor this America-hating moron?

Under Obama, the ROEs were absurd. It is a wonder that more American military were not slaughtered in Iraq, and Afghanistan, under Obama’s ROEs than were. That, it itself, is a testimony to how great our fighting men and women are. Glad you made it home, Soldier.

@Richard Wheeler: I have a serious question what is on the democrat platform that makes you willing to vote for one?
I cant help you find out WTF the 2020 platform is, just people making fun of it and saying every Democrat running will tax the lint out of the bottom of our pockets, then blame Republicans when all their ideas fail miserably. (nothing new under the sun)

@Richard Wheeler:

my 2 Huskies reminded me of their importance

What happened to the Goldens?

@another vet: Our beautiful Goldens Charles aka Charlie Brown and Diana crossed the Rainbow Bridge in December and March.

@Deplorable Me:

close; but no cigar.

I was a Reagan Dem. I volunteered to fight JFK’s war in ’63. As his friend from Ford told us ~20 years ago JFK never wanted to win. He wanted to distract us from the bad economy. Bobby Mac was close to JFK for decades. If anyone knew what was going on and why it was the Ford man Sec. Def. Bobby!

I figured out what, Bobby would 30 years later admit, while in Nam acquiring a nice array of scars. Our “leaders” did not want to win

I voted For Barry! I voted for Ronny many times!

@an ol exaJARHEAD: I am referring to and theorizing about the anomaly of the veteran that sacrificed for his country supporting the party that hated and hates him/her.
