Yesterday was a sh*t show for democrats. Where do you begin? Did Mueller even participate in the report?

I will begin will something democrats have been lying about continuously.

That sounds a lot like exoneration. Now on to this statement from Mueller at his press conference

“The introduction to the volume two of our report explains that decision. It explains that under long-standing department policy a president cannot be charged with a federal crime while he is in office. That is unconstitutional. Even if the charge is kept under seal and hidden from public view, that too is prohibited. The special counsel’s office is part of the Department of Justice and by regulation it was bound by that department policy. Charging the president with a crime was, therefore, not an option we could consider.”

Soon after, this statement was issued from spokespersons for both Barr and Mueller:

“The Attorney General has previously stated that the Special Counsel repeatedly affirmed that he was not saying that, but for the OLC opinion, he would have found the President obstructed justice. The Special Counsel’s report and his statement today made clear that the office concluded it would not reach a determination — one way or the other — about whether the President committed a crime. There is no conflict between these statements,” a joint statement from DOJ spokeswoman Kerri Kupec and Mueller spokesman Peter Carr said.

Despite that, the execrable Adam Schiff and Ted Lieu continued to say otherwise on all the talk shows. Then yesterday Mueller did it again

“I’d like to ask you the reason, again, that you did not indict Donald Trump is because of OLC [Office of Legal Counsel] opinion stating that you cannot indict a sitting president, correct?” Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) asked Mueller.

Mueller’s response was straightforward: “That is correct.”

Which was conflict with the statement released above. He later made a correction:

“I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning by Mr. Lieu who said, and I quote, ‘you didn’t charge the president because of the OLC opinion.’ That is not the correct way to say it,” Mueller said in his statement. “As we say in the report and as I said at the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.”

Mueller wasn’t going to bring charges regardless of the OLC opinion.

All the left wing headlines declared that Mueller did not exonerate Trump. The fact is, Mueller couldn’t exonerate a ham sandwich:

As a matter of fact, what Mueller did to Trump was un-American

Here Mueller doesn’t even recognize Fusion GPS

John Ratcliffe ripped into Mueller

https://twitter.com/PoliticalShort/status/1154018995344990208

Rep. Doug Collins lambasted Mueller

Despite citing Fusion GPS in his report, in the hearing Mueller claimed that any questions about Fusion GPS were outside his purview. Watch as Matt Gaetz seizes on that

Mueller was entirely uninterested in any Russian interference which included democrats and that actually violates his directive:

Rosenstein’s letter to Mueller is short and sweet, taking up only a single page. According to the letter, Mueller will have permission to investigate intelligenceconcerning “any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump,” as well as “any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation.”

Given the virulently anti-Trump makeup of the team this is not surprising. But this was my favorite exchange

Mueller said “We can’t get into charging decisions”

That’s nonsense because Volume 2 of the Mueller report was ALL about charging decisions. Mueller seems to have had little to do with this report.

Devin Nunes went into the heart of the matter

I’ve written about Mifsud before- here, here, here, and here.

Moreover, I wrote this in May 22, 2018:

The anti-Trump conspiracy began with Josef Mifsud

May 31, 2018 I asked

The million dollar question is “Why hasn’t the FBI found and interviewed Josef Mifsud?”

The second million dollar question is “Why isn’t Mueller interested in Mifsud?”

May 7 of this year:

The key to everything

Find Mifsud and this all ends. With a bang.

I think Mueller did not charge Mifsud because Mifsud is a US IC asset. I’d bet on CIA. I believe Mifsud was sent to intentionally feed Papadopoulos disinformation and begin this grand scheme.

And I think John Brennan sent him.

That is the real conspiracy.

I had to chuckle when Mueller gave his explanation of why, if Trump committed any obstruction, he did not explicitly say so. Because, he said, it wouldn’t be “fair”. It wouldn’t be fair to Trump to make a charge that could not be resolved with a trial.

Yeah… fair. A major concern.

That’s why Mueller loaded his investigatory team almost exclusively with rabid Democrats that supported Hillary and HATED Trump. Doing anything else simply wouldn’t be “fair”.

“I think Mueller did not charge Mifsud because Mifsud is a US IC asset. I’d bet on CIA.. “

Mifsud lying to the FBI makes sense if he was sent by the CIA. Brennan needed the dupes in the FBI to be be ignorant of his scheming so they could initially do his dirty work in the dark .

How does Mueller skate on Whitey Bulger and anthrax?

But the big picture is: like Mueller, US politicians are run by and for the benefit of their staffs. The solution is unclear, but I suggest we deprive denizens of Washington their nannies, maids and servants by whatever means necessary.

I have read most of the report. I didn’t write the report, but I could have answered the questions asked by congress more accurately than Mueller did. It sure was difficult to not find Trump innocent when the purpose was to find Trump guilty. Mueller failed to find him guilty beyond a doubt, so the finding should have been not-guilty. Anyone who watched Perry Mason in the old TV days knows that. This investigation was just what Trump said it was, a SCAM1

I wonder, what OTHER kind of show do Democrats put on?
