Sen. Mark Warner admits the Russian probe has become a sh*tshow

democrats have done pretty much nothing but lie about the Trump dossier since it was published. That would be because they knew it was nothing more than a means to prevent Donald Trump from being elected an failing that, to remove him from office.

Mike Rowe tells us that one day the universe will die but the galactic stupidity of democrats will likely live on. To wit: one feckless Senator Mark Warner.

Warner went ahead and admitted that the contents of the dossier have essentially gone unproven:

In my mind, one of the most amazing things is whether Mr. Trump or his campaign colluded or not, the fact that there is this explosive dossier that’s been in the public realm for a year-plus, and whether enormous scrutiny from the press or for that matter the work of the American government that so little of that dossier has been fully proven, or conversely, disproven, that’s pretty amazing.

Andrew McCabe, the departing Deputy Director of the FBI, testified that the only thing that the FBI verified in the dossier was that Carter Page went to Russia.

Period.

That’s it. That remains it. Nothing else has been verified.

Still, democrats and their sycophants in the press cling to the illusion.

Upon the document’s release, Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), the ranking member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence–essentially Warner’s counterpart in the lesser chamber–read many of its allegations into the congressional record during a hearing with then-FBI Director James Comey. After that, Schiff has repeatedly touted the dossier’s contents and their veracity.

During an October 25, 2017 appearance on The Rachel Maddow ShowSchiff claimed the dossier’s opposition information on Donald Trump was true. A few days later, during an October 31 MSNBC appearance with Andrea MitchellSchiff claimed the information contained in the dossier was backed up by public information.

But here’s the part that makes you believe that there is a stupid test one has to pass to become a democrat politician:

“As long as that sits out there, there’s going to be a cloud that hangs over this administration,”

A cloud.

One might reasonably think that after a year of democrats being able to prove nothing that cloud would being to dissipate. You’d be wrong. Warner suggests that Trump is going to have to prove that he is innocent- to prove a negative. That’s not how the justice system works. That’s not what it says in the Constitution.

But that’s what you can expect to in the near future. “Trump hasn’t proved he’s innocent”

Right up to the point when the indictments of FBI higher-ups and Christopher Steele begin. Then they will blame Trump.

Since “the only part of the dossier that has proved true is Carter Page’s trip to Russia,” we have to remind ourselves: who is Carter Page to the Trump transition team?
By his own admission, Carter Page only hung around the Trump Hotel restaurant and elevator entrance until he met a Trump transition team member who invited him up into a meeting.
He went to this ONE meeting only.
He was never paid by Trump.
He was never hired by Trump.
But, he could have been a DNC/Hillary/Obama plant put there to “justify” whatever surveillance was already ongoing.

Carter Page is happy the dossier is out, the memo is coming out:

When an investigation becomes a shtshow (Obama’s word) sunlight is the best disinfectant.

Right up to the point when the indictments of FBI higher-ups and Christopher Steele begin. Then they will blame Trump.

And long afterwards. The claim the report on Obama’s illegal surveillance of Trump and his team is a “diversion” from their phony charges of imaginary collusion. By their way of thinking, as long as they can keep an accusation out there, Trump is guilty. What I keep thinking, though, is that these are the same people that STILL want us to believe THEY believe Hillary deleted, destroyed, evaporated, obliterated 33,000 emails that belonged to the State Department AFTER they were requested to be provided because they contained information about yoga routines and wedding plans. So, it turns out they have ZERO credibility.
