The Russian collusion case explodes

This is BIG. Yuge. If you have been paying attention, you might notice that the furor over the alleged Russian collusion has been, as Anthony Weiner might say, petering out. It is likely to get completely smothered by the media now that evidence of the real Russian collusion has been revealed:

Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

The FBI knew, Barack Obama knew, Eric Holder knew, Hillary Clinton knew. Seems as though they were all in on the plot to bribe Hillary Clinton:

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.

The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.

Obama and Eric Holder buried it:

Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when the Obama administration made two major decisions benefitting Putin’s commercial nuclear ambitions.

The first decision occurred in October 2010, when the State Department and government agencies on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States unanimously approved the partial sale of Canadian mining company Uranium One to the Russian nuclear giant Rosatom, giving Moscow control of more than 20 percent of America’s uranium supply.

And they let the deal happen anyway:

“The Russians were compromising American contractors in the nuclear industry with kickbacks and extortion threats, all of which raised legitimate national security concerns. And none of that evidence got aired before the Obama administration made those decisions,” a person who worked on the case told The Hill, speaking on condition of anonymity for fear of retribution by U.S. or Russian officials.

And as they are wont to do, the Obama administration denied all of it:

The Obama administration and the Clintons defended their actions at the time, insisting there was no evidence that any Russians or donors engaged in wrongdoing and there was no national security reason for any member of the committee to oppose the Uranium One deal.

Probably depending on the stupidity of the American voter again. Cases against individuals were watered down seemingly with the intent to shield the Clinton’s:

The only public statement occurred an entire year later when the Justice Department put out a little-noticed press release in August 2015, just days before Labor Day. The release noted that the various defendants had reached plea deals.

By that time, the criminal cases against Mikerin had been narrowed to a single charge of money laundering for a scheme that officials admitted stretched from 2004 to 2014. And though agents had evidence of criminal wrongdoing they collected since at least 2009, federal prosecutors only cited in the plea agreement a handful of transactions that occurred in 2011 and 2012, well after the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States’s approval.

The final court case also made no mention of any connection to the influence peddling conversations the FBI undercover informant witnessed about the Russian nuclear officials trying to ingratiate themselves with the Clintons even though agents had gathered documents showing the transmission of millions of dollars from Russia’s nuclear industry to an American entity that had provided assistance to Bill Clinton’s foundation, sources confirmed to The Hill.

The lack of fanfare left many key players in Washington with no inkling that a major Russian nuclear corruption scheme with serious national security implications had been uncovered.

Former Congressman Mike Rogers:

“Not providing information on a corruption scheme before the Russian uranium deal was approved by U.S. regulators and engage appropriate congressional committees has served to undermine U.S. national security interests by the very people charged with protecting them,” he said. “The Russian efforts to manipulate our American political enterprise is breathtaking.”

Obama and Holder knew about the corruption involving the Russians and they still approved the deal and millions still went into the Clinton Foundation and half a million went into the Clinton’s pockets. As I once wrote, that half a million to Bill was just as much Hillary’s. The lengths they went to in order to protect the Clinton’s from what looks a lot like bribery is also breathtaking. There was collusion, alright. It is time for another special prosecutor, this time for Comey, Obama, Hillary and Holder.

Funny how this Trump-Russia collusion bullshit has come back full circle to bite the corrupt, power abusing, morally bankrupt neo-Marixst Obama administration and the corrupt, morally bankrupt Clintons right in their posteriors. Expect their sheep and surrogates to offer nothing but excuses and to cover for them. They can now join their NFL and Harveywood ilk in self implosion. Hannity and Sara Carter are also supposed to dropping bombs tonight as well.

I see the liberal news media are comparing Trump to the KK which was founded by the demacrats and the Late Robert Byrd was s Grand Lizard in the KKK these Dumb-O-Crats so determened to ruin Trump their going to run right off the cliff then we can watch as the Dumb-O-Crat falls like Wiley Coyote with that familiar decending whistling sound the muted crash the Birds eye view and the tiny little puff of smoke on the grand far below

no cure for stupidity
time to go after the ex pres – a radicalized muslim terrorist and the gang of four

The best way to protect your guilty posterior is to hide in plain sight.

That is, misdirection and carefully manufactured obfuscation is usually the best route to protect your past criminal activities, especially when you’re in government and/or in the public eye.

Such is the case with the latest Big Media-politician effort alleging “collusion” between the Trump campaign and the Russkies and what can only be called a magical claimed effectiveness of that alleged collusion in thwarting the rightful coronation of the Hildabeaste.

Of course the real, ugly, nasty truth is, there was collusion and criminal activity, but those were the actions of the Hildabeaste as well as other elements of the professional democRAT-Obamesiah-establishment axis of evil.

Its no accident that the establishment machine, facing the catastrophic loss of a “can’t-lose” election and the inevitable criminal indightments sure to follow once the criminal activities of the Obamesiah administration (Especially the Klintoon elements of that dirty machine) and the rest of the connected crooked establishment were revealed, they knew that their only defense was to invert the narrative, fabricate allegations involving the Russkies against Trump and then to do their best to “stay-on-message”. This kind of tactic, inverting the narrative and projecting that inverted narrative on the libcults enemies, is a favorite tactic of the libcult and has been for a very long time.

But as the veneer of fabricated accusations and allegations against Trump are peeled away revealing how empty and viciously calculated those accusations were, the Reality of the criminal activities of the democRATs, Obamesiah and the corrupt bought-and-paid-for establishment operatives engaged in usurping the power of We the People are then exposed.

Its hardly surprising then when Big Media gingerly tiptoes around such exposed Realities, ignoring them no matter what, and tries mightily to stay focused only on their fabricated allegations and version of synthetic “reality”.

Its the only “defense” they have left.

Again, its not going to matter, they could find evidence of this group roasting and eating toddlers. Unless they cross the Rothchilds they skate.

Maybe you should hold off the celebration until the Mueller investigative team releases its findings. They’ve been busy. They’re just doing a very good job of avoiding media leaks.

Mueller has interviewed the cybersecurity expert who described being ‘recruited to collude with the Russians’

A cybersecurity researcher who described being recruited to vet hacked Hillary Clinton emails last year by a GOP operative tied to President Donald Trump’s campaign team has been interviewed by the FBI’s special counsel, Robert Mueller, Business Insider has learned.

You realize the underlying premise of the Clinton Uranium One conspiracy tale is totally bogus, don’t you? Well, no, I guess you probably don’t. Because that would require you to understand some very basic facts about how the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States process actually works, and no one who’s cranking out Uranium One conspiracy theory is about to tell you.

@Greg:

Maybe you should hold off the celebration until the Mueller investigative team releases its findings. They’ve been busy. They’re just doing a very good job of avoiding media leaks.

With as many anti-American liberals Mueller has on his team, the only reason there are no leaks is because their is nothing anti-Trump to leak. Oh, they are finding plenty, no doubt, but like the revelations of this article, nothing found is of much use to the conspirators.

You realize the underlying premise of the Clinton Uranium One conspiracy tale is totally bogus, don’t you?

What we realize is that you cannot read and comprehend. IF Hillary had no part in the decision, she was derelict of her duties. IF Holder did not reveal the findings of the investigation being conducted, HE was derelict of his duties. IF the approval for the Uranium One deal went through, despite the findings, the entire panel was derelict of their duties.

You don’t have an out here, Greg. Your beloved Obama administration either screwed up royally, was asleep a the wheel or all colluded to sell off strategic materials to an adversary for millions of dollars. There is no “nothing to see here” explanation.

THIS needs a special prosecutor, and one that doesn’t have a predetermined outcome in mind (like Mueller’s team or Comey writing up his absolution of Hillary before he even begins the investigation).

So, in review, how do you like the “collusion” so far?

Two things.
First, Hillary has tried her darndest to slide “Russian collusion,” to include Julian Assange.
As if he’s a Russian agent and everyone knew it.
But only Hillary seems to “know it.”

Second, there has been a media misunderstanding of the 1st Amendment that has been getting worse and worse.
Buzzfeed is being sued for defamation by Russian tech entrepreneur Aleksej Gurbarev.
He was alleged, by the Steele Russian dossier, of being some sort of criminal.
Buzzfeed, however, is trying to shield their reporter(s) source of the “Trump dossier,” based on some imaginary sense of duty.
Courts have consistently ruled in favor of defendants (the Russian businessman, in this case) in the past.
Because only New York has any laws that help Buzzfeed they are trying to force New York rules on the court.
Perhaps this ruling, when it comes out, will clarify that reporters so not have extra Constitutional protections beyond freedom of “the press.” The press is NOT one reporter, it is an institution.

@Deplorable Me, #8:

What we realize is that you cannot read and comprehend. IF Hillary had no part in the decision, she was derelict of her duties.

I’m referring to the simple, straightforward fact that the State Department has only one of nine total votes when the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States decides whether to recommend approval or disapproval of any foreign investment proposal. Her official position did not put her in control of the outcome.

What I realize is that whoever fabricated this bogus conspiracy story is relying on its target audience not knowing that, and that you either can’t or don’t want to process that very simple bit of entirely factual information.

@Greg: There is much you fail to realize… or simply deny or refuse to admit.

The accusers are the collaborators. Hillary is as corrupt as they come and the little ploy to try and depose Trump or, out of spite, cause massive damage to the country is about to blow up in their stupid, crybaby, lying faces. What a tangled web we weave….

What I understand is that Hillary Clinton simply didn’t have the power to control the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States decision. Given that simple fact, a claim that she was bribed to authorize the Uranium One deal makes no sense. Yet the right keeps telling this same false story, over and over.

It’s the same sort of bullshit with her email server. They don’t care that they’ve come up with evidence of nothing. It’s the same with Benghazi, which was investigated endlessly. Nothing. Just the same recycled allegations.

The liberals cannot accept that the smartest woman in the world, crooked Hilary ,could be this stupid.

@DrJohn: More flexible, as in bending over and grabbing his ankles? That was Obama’s only foreign policy position, it seems.

He was only tough and brutal when he could sic the IRS, BLM and DOJ on law abiding citizens.

@DrJohn: That zinger can be updated now. “Hillary lost. Russia wants their $150 million back.”

Watching Sessions being questioned before Congressional committee, he was asked if the Special Prosecutor had questioned him yet. He said no.

Sessions was forced to recuse himself from the Russian collusion investigation because he spoke to Russians (though not about the election) and Mueller has not even spoken to him yet? One wonders how serious this “investigation” is to get to the actual bottom of this issue. It smells of the “investigation” into Hillary’s emails where the conclusion was written up before anyone was questioned.

I’m not seeing any direct connection between the allegations of corrupt Russian business practices—which has pretty much been the norm for decades—and anything Hillary Clinton was in a position to approve or disapprove regarding Uranium One. But if republicans want to start following the Russian money trail anywhere and everywhere it leads, I’m entirely in favor of the exercise. That, in fact, is precisely what I would like to see happen. It’s one of the reasons Trump’s business dealings and personal and corporate tax returns need to be fully examined.

One thing I have always believed is Donald Jr’s statement that “We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.”

@Greg:

I’m not seeing any direct connection between the allegations of corrupt Russian business practices—which has pretty much been the norm for decades—and anything Hillary Clinton was in a position to approve or disapprove regarding Uranium One.

Of course you don’t, Greg. Of course you don’t. But, then again, you say you believe Hillary deleted, erased and Bleachbit 33,000 emails after they became the subject of an investigation because they were about yoga.

No surprise. Of course you don’t, Greg.

Hey, you talk about it as if it were actually a thing, but you can’t explain what the supposed direct connection is, because it only exists in your imagination. Like Donald Trump’s accomplishments as president.

@Greg: Let’s see….

1. FBI is investigating and uncovers Russian bribing to get influence within US uranium business

2. Obama administration (which the FBI is a part of at the time) is deciding whether or not to allow Uranium One to get control of 20% of US uranium supplies, a strategic asset

3. Bill Clinton gets $500,000 for a “speech” to Russians in Russia

4. Millions of dollars are funneled into the Clinton Foundation by Russian donors

5. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (which Hillary and Holder is a part) votes to approve the sale of 20% of our uranium to a company the FBI knows is controlled by the Russians.

Yeah, Greg. That’s pretty foggy. Far less clear than a full mobilization into looking for Trump/Russian collusion when there is and never was a connection and not a shred (or smidgen) of evidence.

What was the Uranium One connection, other than the word uranium and the word Russian?

The U.S. company involved in the FBI investigation was a trucking firm, Transportation Logistics International, licensed to transport uranium. The trucking firm isn’t a part of the Uranium One organization and wasn’t connected with the Uranium One purchase that was under consideration.

Nor was Vadimir Mikerin, the Russian businessman who was investigated, indicted, and who subsequently entered a guilty plea, involved in the Uranium One proposal. He worked for a subsidiary of Rosatom, the Russian company seeking to purchase Uranium One.

Are all Russian business deals indications of wrongdoing? Because, if so, you’re ignoring a lot of red flags involving Donald Trump.

If you want to investigate Hillary Clinton some more, go on ahead. You’ll probably still be obsessed with the Clintons when they’re both tottering around on walkers in some upscale retirement community. Please take up a collection to fund the continuing project, however, because you’ve blown enough taxpayer dollars on your futile quests for a crime already. The tab has gotten very, very huge, and the ultimate cost to the nation of having Donnie Boy in the White House instead of your imaginary Public Enemy No. 1 is likely to be far, far worse.

The entire point of recycling old Clinton material, of course, is to provide a distraction from current events.

@Greg:

Right. While Hillary campaigns her worthless book about how she should have won?

The Left…all of it…is one big distraction.

Speaking of old ex-Democratic Presidents, I wonder what the old Peanut Farmer had to say?

“I don’t think there’s any evidence that what the Russians did changed enough votes, or any votes.”
-Jimmy Carter

It’s all falling apart, my friend. Your own party/movement can’t swallow it’s own bullshit anymore.

Carter. CARTER!!! DEFENDING TRUMP!!!!!

And spare me the bull your about to spew on how Carter didn’t really say that and blah blah.

He did.
