The Hillary Clinton gems of dishonesty are endless, and in these last weeks of the Presidential campaign, flow faster than the mighty Mississippi swollen by snow melts in the Spring. The deceptions are typical of the Clinton machine and although we often give a pass to mendacious tendencies of politicians, Clinton has been exposed to perceiving Americans with contempt. There is even worse that she cannot escape.
She has thrown her lot in with senior bankers. Pretend all she might otherwise, this is not disputable. She has denigrated police forces across the Nation with blanket insults. This is also indisputable. Her disdain and disrespect for her fellow Americans would still not be enough to prevent her from becoming President and Commander In Chief. A portion of her assault on what has made America the most successful experiment in human governance, however, precludes her from occupying the Oval Office.
“My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders, . . . ” The magic words being “open borders.”
Once elected by the Nation, a newly minted President must swear an inaugural oath explicitly worded to ensure that the individual will preserve, protect and defend the Constitution as head of state, as head of the executive branch of the federal government and as Commander In Chief.
Dreaming, believing, and enacting policies with the end game being Open Borders, goes against The Constitution the President swears to uphold.
The Constitution does not mean one cannot welcome immigrants to become citizens. It does, however, mean protection of the Nation’s citizens, a Nation only being a Nation if it has borders. The rights, including defence, provided under The Constitution, are bestowed through a constitution created and pertaining only to citizens belonging to a distinct jurisdiction — the United States.
Hillary Clinton in incapable of swearing an oath to uphold The Constitution, which she does not believe in. She cannot be made President and should resign from the Presidential race. Voters cannot remain complacent and indifferent.
