Just how stupid do democrats think Americans are?

Loretta Lynch, who just happened to be in Phoenix, held a private meeting on her aircraft with none other than Bill Clinton, who also just happened to be in Phoenix at the very same time.

PHOENIX – Amid an ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of email and hours before the public release of the Benghazi report, US Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton.

The private meeting took place on the west side of Sky Harbor International Airport on board a parked private plane.

Former President Clinton was visiting the Phoenix area and arrived to Sky Harbor Monday evening to depart.

Sources tell ABC15 Clinton was notified Lynch would be arriving at the airport soon and waited for her arrival.

Lynch was arriving in Phoenix for a planned visit as part of her national tour to promote community policing.

ABC15 asked Lynch about the meeting during her news conference at the Phoenix Police Department.

It was a social meeting, she said:

“Our conversation was a great deal about his grandchildren. It was primarily social and about our travels.” She continued:

“We talked about former Attorney General Janet Reno, for example, whom we both know, but there was no discussion of any matter pending for the department or any matter pending for any other body. There was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of the State Department emails, by way of example.”

Right. And he “didn’t have sex with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky” either. And you’ll save $2500 per year. I don’t believe her for one second. This wasn’t just a bad choice on the part of democrats. It was galactically stupid.

The impression this 30 minute chit-chat left with the masses is… “It looks like the fix is in,” said Steve Doocy on “Fox and Friends” Thursday morning. CBS News Justice Reporter Paul Reid calls this meeting “shocking, absolutely shocking.”

The event did cause some agitation among more sober democrats:

“I do agree with you that it doesn’t send the right signal,” Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) said Thursday in response to a question about the meeting from CNN “New Day” host Alisyn Camerota. “She has generally shown excellent judgment and strong leadership of the department, and I’m convinced that she’s an independent attorney general. But I do think that this meeting sends the wrong signal and I don’t think it sends the right signal. I think she should have steered clear, even of a brief, casual social meeting with the former president.”

Doesn’t send the right signal? DUH! Lynch should have refused the meeting or held it in public or in the presence of reporters, since they were only talking of grandchildren and travels. Hillary Clinton claimed the emails she deleted were about yoga routines and wedding plans, but she is, for some reason, immeasurably desperate to keep those frivolities from becoming public.

On the one hand, this is an astonishing lapse in judgment for the Attorney General of the United States and all of us should be highly alarmed. On the other hand, Lynch’s stupidity has handed the GOP a potent weapon. Lynch should recuse herself from the Clinton email scandal and a special prosecutor should be named. If not, and Clinton is not indicted, it will be forever tainted. It could easily be argued that Bill Clinton could have promised Lynch a seat on the Clinton Foundation board or some other financial “incentive” in return for a favorable decision.

Lynch will appear to have been bought off and this will scream that the fix was in.

Remember Hairforce One? Remember when Bill Clinton held up air traffic at that airport so he could get his hair cut? KKrraaaw kkrraaw kkrraaww slick willy strikes again

Just how stupid do democrats think Americans are?

Well, 52% voted for Obama and though the vast majority deem her a liar, Democrats support Hillary.

What would YOU think?

When have the Democrats ever cared about appearances? Sharpton in the White House, Lerner in the White House, Obama golfing after terror attacks or beheadings, Hillary getting millions in “speaking fees” from people the State Department looked favorably upon after the checks cleared… the media always buries the story.

That’s just their way of telling us, “F- you. We won’t even HIDE our disgust for the law.”

Weasel word alert!
Note what she said and didn’t say.

“Our conversation was a great deal about his grandchildren. It was primarily social and about our travels.”

Hmmmm………….
So, there were other things discussed.
Or, perhaps NOTES passed back and forth….

“We talked about former Attorney General Janet Reno, for example, whom we both know, but there was no discussion of any matter pending for the department or any matter pending for any other body. There was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of the State Department emails, by way of example.”

So, if you believe the liar, they could have passed notes back and forth.

Why else would Bill arrive to Sky Harbor Monday evening to depart.

But after Clinton was notified Lynch would be arriving at the airport soon and waited for her arrival.

Then Bill went on board the plane and spent 30 minutes there.

Their only interface took place 17 years ago!

In 1999, she was nominated by President Bill Clinton to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. During her term as U.S. Attorney, Lynch oversaw prosecution of New York City police officers in the Abner Louima case.
In 2001, Lynch left the U.S. Attorney’s office to become a partner at Hogan & Hartson.

If you buy Loretta’s story, I’ve got a nice bridge I’ll sell you in Brooklyn.

I am SURE that the discussion between scumbag liar, impeached/disbarred Bill and “respond to muslim terrorists with love” Lynch didn’t in any way involve discussion of Lynch being nominated to SCOTUS provided any investigation by DOJ into the illegal and treasonous Hillary server determine that Hillary did nothing deserving indictment.

Leftists have no principles, no integrity, and no morals. They are all about doing whatever it takes to gain power over the rest of us.

And the paid leftist trolls like Greg, AJ and john will come up with some pathetic bullshit attempt to smokescreen this obvious egregious ethical (and likely criminal) violation that should – in a just world – result in Lynch’s immediate firing and investigation for corruption.

Can you imagine the shrieks and wails from the leftist media had a republican ex-prez and a republican AG done something like this while the ex-prez’s WIFE was under criminal investigation?

There is no other way to characterize the left other than corruption and evil incarnate.

Gee, Was she wearing a blue dress for their private encounter? Took a half hour alone with “that woman”

Just how stupid do democrats think Americans are?

They think we’re stupid enough to elect Obama twice and have HRC be favored to succeed him. And they’re right.

I have no doubts that Lynch did not accept any offers from the Clinton’s. It is much to early in the negotiations to accept an agreement; the bidding is sure to go much higher.

They handed the GOP a weapon?
you mean the same GOP that has Ryan fighting against the constitution?

here is the weapon

Does anyone think that the decision was made after Bill’s friendly meeting with the Attorney General? Wonder what her price was?

Hey, cheer up. Now you’ve got something to explain why Hillary Clinton hasn’t been indicted that goes beyond a total lack of evidence of any criminal conduct.

@James Felix:

Wrong. Wrong. And wrong again. HRC has said, “move on … to her indictment and her incarceration in federal prison” for what she did.

Loretta Lynch MUST now recuse herself. In front of any judge anywhere, this crap would not be tolerated. It is inappropriate and causes doubt about Lynch’s impartiality in bringing HRC to justice.

People MUST insist that Lynch recuse herself or be considered for evermore as stupid as she looks.

Hell-ary Clit-on MUST be INDICATED.

What liberals fail to understand is that the appearance of impropriety is a violation of ethics in the federal government. It is part of the mandatory annual ethics training.

@Greg:

You are a deceitful, lying propagandist, Greg. It doesn’t matter how many times you spew on about the Clinton’s fabulous clothing, her naked corruption is on display for everyone to see.

At least, everyone who isn’t a dishonest leftist – though that is redundant.

There was no legitimate purpose for Hillary’s unsecured server. She lied when she claimed that no classified information was sent to or from her server. The emails she sent instructing that classification markings be removed to facilitate her receipt of classified material is a felony.

She is not fit for any office, and nothing that you write has any credibility. You and your party have demonstrated an increasingly blatant fascist mindset – with your new party platform demanding DOJ persecution for the thoughtcrime of disbelief in anthropogenic global warming, and the brute forcing of everyone to bow down to the mental illness of transgenderism.

Couple that with the Clinton mob blocking the retired secret service agent from network coverage to discuss his book on his personal experiences with the detestible Clintons – you leftists are nothing but despicable thugs. Imagine the caterwauls from the left had Kitty Kelly been blocked from network appearances by a republican.

How does this all ‘look’?

It looks exactly what it is. Anyone that can’t tell what it is, isn’t looking.

@AdrianS, #10:

Loretta Lynch MUST now recuse herself.

Recuse herself from what? She doesn’t make the decision. The case is assigned to a prosecutor, who reviews all the evidence and determines whether to take the case before a Grand Jury. Many cases referred by the FBI don’t come before a Grand Jury because the prosecutor determines there’s insufficient evidence to establish guilt of a crime. If the prosecutor believes there is enough evidence, the case is presented to the Grand Jury. The decision about whether or not charges will be brought before a court for a trial is then made by the Grand Jury.

If there’s no specific evidence clearly establishing that some specific criminal act took place, there will be no charges brought. That isn’t “a fix.” It’s the way the law works.

I suppose you can find out what they’re about in 27 months, but you may not get to distort the content into a pre-election media scandal.

Maybe the GOP could arrange to exchange them for copies of Donald Trump’s tax returns. Or better still, maybe they could make the election about issues rather than efforts at character assassination. Of course, Trump isn’t up to a serious, detailed discussion of issues, so that would be a problem. It will be a problem, come the first one-on-one presidential debate.

@Artfldgr: I have one of them.

@Greg: Uh…if you think Hillary stands a chance against Trump in a debate, you really are getting paid too much.

The issues? Which ones? Yours?

I wish you understood how much damage you do to your party and the so-called “liberal” movement every-time you type.

General gist of every comment you make:

FA: “Libs think x y and z”
Greg: “I think x y and z…FA isn’t just making this up. There are real people that cling to these ignorant beliefs and, because they perceive themselves to be above-average intelligence, they simply can’t surrender to the idea that they’re causing more problems than they solve, engendering hatred and inequality on a level exceeding the “buggaboos” they’ve been programmed to childishly ridicule and hate. Yup. We’re that stupid.”

Keep writing, Greg. You’re speeding the demise of the Democratic Party.

@Nathan Blue:

Uh…if you think Hillary stands a chance against Trump in a debate,

There is NO WAY Hillary will EVER agree to debate Trump. Will not happen.

I think you’ve got that backwards. She’d reduce that guy to confetti and a hamster-orange hairpiece.

@Greg: You ‘think’? When did that start?

Trump’s problem will be how to dodge a debate while convincing the Red Hat Brigade that it’s somehow Clinton’s fault. It will be interesting to see how he manages it. It will be even more interesting if he doesn’t. Either way, I predict the wheels will come off his wagon well before Election Day…and God help us all if they don’t.

@Greg: 27 months… hmm. Why does it take so long, Greg? After all, there is no classified information on them. Right? Hillary said so.

Have you swung from idiotic denial to smug arrogance in regards to Hillary’s corruption?

Maybe the GOP could arrange to exchange them for copies of Donald Trump’s tax returns.

This is EXACTLY why I could not care less about Trump’s returns and, in fact, hope he makes it a point NOT to. It is always the Republicans that are open and transparent while the left lies and stonewalls.

Of course, Trump isn’t up to a serious, detailed discussion of issues, so that would be a problem. It will be a problem, come the first one-on-one presidential debate.

Only if moderated by any of the Clinton cheerleading section networks. Hillary most likely will refuse to appear unless she can audit the list of questions… maybe even suggest questions. Tell, me, how many press conferences has Hillary had, fielding questions, compared to Trump? Hillary lives in mortal fear of the media and the possibility of a rouge journalist that has not forsaken what they are supposed to be doing. In fact, her campaign sends scouts out wherever she walks to assure no media members invades her entitled privacy with an errant question. For instance, who was it that ran away from the last debate? Was it Trump? Noooooo….. it was Hillary.

http://thesmokinggun.com/documents/crime/hfa-gmail-attack-723571

The Democrats have become as corrupt as the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. No investigations of their actions, they control the media and dictate the propaganda. Rules and laws do not apply to them and, with that confidence in the protection the media provides, no longer bother with covering their tracks.
“Oh, you want to know if Hillary’s emails show she is lying? Well, BECAUSE she is lying, it will take us two years to release them… so, she’s not lying.”

Recuse herself from what? She doesn’t make the decision. The case is assigned to a prosecutor, who reviews all the evidence and determines whether to take the case before a Grand Jury.

Is this what the mechanical thought generator told you to think? Lynch RECOMMENDS if the investigation(s) warrants an indictment. THEN a prosecutor is selected and it goes from there. But, most likely she won’t as, most likely, she has been offered a lucrative deal in the Hillary administration that will load her pockets with cha-ching.

What’s it like being an active supporter of corruption, lies, Constitutional assault, erosion of security and economic ruin?

Could some one who is up on the law answer a question ??

If she does recuse herself would a new person not have to review everything before taking over, and this would set back any indictment until well after the election ??

@warner: She can recuse herself all she wants. It means practically nothing, as we see with how Obama, Hillary, Bill and she regard the rule of law. Recusal or not, nothing says the entire corrupt lot won’t do everything they can to influence the decision.

@Bill: She is NOT, technically, going to ”recuse” herself.
All she is saying she’ll do is abide by the recommendations of the FBI.
Gee, almost ALL DA’s do that!
Almost all State’s Atty Gen’s, too.

And, lest we forget, it isn’t just Hillary who is being investigated.
There is a CORRUPTION investigation into the doings of the Clinton Foundation headed by ……. Bill Clinton!

How Bill Clinton looks when he’s caught in a lie:
The 12 second CIGAR reaction:

I see Loretta is running late.

NEWS FLASH: HILLARY WILL MEET WITH THE FBI tomorrow, Saturday..First Pres. Clinton had secret meeting on Monday with Loretta Lynch and Hillary answers the FBI questions on Saturday. This stinks very much like corruption.
I think they did it because of arrogance. We are not stupid!

That would be an excellent 5-syllable slogan for a lapel button to be worn in conjunction with a Trump hat.

@Greg: Absolutely! Order one for me too..

BJ Clinton and his foundation are under investigation by the same investigation team. Oh yes, Bill doesn’t mess around.

I wonder if he will get time off from prison to fly the Lolita Express and engage in statutory rape with his junior high lolitas with his best statutory rape buddy Jeffrey Epstein? Oh, I forgot the Justice System and the laws of the country don’t apply to the Clintons.

Relax Bill, you and Hillary can continue to rake in hundreds of millions. The leftist fools still love you and you can romance the teeny boppers until your heart or your dink gives out.

@Greg: We’ll soon see. I say that Crooked Hillary will absolutely refuse to debate Trump.

Slick Willy should have titled his book MY LIES it would have been more approprate and hillerys book titled ITS TAKES A VILLIAGE OF IDIOTS and gore wrote another book with the rediculous title of ASSUALT ON REASON its that Gore idiot who is unreasonible a total blabbering idiot

She won’t be indicted. Knowledgeable legal sources have opined from the beginning that it appeared unlikely any rules, regulations, statutes, or laws that existed at the time had been broken. In recent weeks, there have been reports from sources close to the investigation indicating no evidence supporting an indictment had been found.

Likely there will soon be an official announcement. At that point the rumor mill will collide with reality, and reality will win. No one who has been separating established facts from unsubstantiated claims all along is likely to be the least bit surprised. You can’t indict unless there’s specific evidence establishing that specific violations of specific laws have occurred. People aren’t charged with crimes based on rumors, conspiracy theories, or negative opinions. So far as the law is concerned, what people believe happened doesn’t matter. What matters is what actually happened.

On the right, this has never really been about the law. If it were, fact that Clinton’s predecessors also made use of non-governmental servers and email channels would be an issue; the Bush administration’s extensive use of RNC servers for official business, and the fact that millions of emails mysteriously vanished with them in the midst of multiple investigations would be an issue. They’ve never given a doodly-damn about any of that, because that’s not really what it’s about. This has all been about manipulating what people believe, and using investigative powers as as a means of altering the outcome of an election. They won’t accept the findings of a lengthy, in-depth FBI investigation any more than they’ll accept the findings of 8 Congressional Benghazi investigations. Instead, they’ll expand the conspiracy theory, alleging fixes and cover-ups. They’ll assert that the lack of any evidence is proof of additional crimes.

The irony is that all of this is now in service of the objective of putting Bozo the Clown in the White House, which would likely finish off the GOP once and for all. It would go down in a heap of maximized governmental dysfunction, taking a lot of other things with it. And then would come the political backlash, probably with the next mid-term election 2 years later.

@Greg: What flavor is that Kool Aid?

1. Yes, Hillary broke the law

Yep, she broke the rules.

While, under the Obama regime, there can be ample doubts that Hillary would be indicted, there is really no doubt that laws were broken and ignored and that Hillary jeopardized national security. Really, Greg. Open them eyes.

@Redteam, #36:

Reality flavor.

@Bill, #37:

1. The New York Post has been a tabloid bird cage liner since it was taken over by Rupert Murdoch. Aside from that, what item on Clinton’s server meets all of the criteria in the statue the author quotes? Classification of certain documents took place retroactively, when it became the only means of preventing any and every email from being released for public inspection. I’ve yet to see any evidence that anything other than that is involved. I’ve only heard allegations.

2. “State Department audit faults Clinton on emails, says she broke records rules,” says the FOX News article title. “The report specifically accused Clinton of violating department policy by not giving over emails when she left office.” Violating department policy? Sorry. That’s not the same as a criminal violation of law. You can’t criminally indict a Secretary of State for failing to comply with a department rule or a policy. You can criticize. You can only bring charges when a law has been broken.

3. Does the site name “Hot Air” not provide a clue about what the site is blowing?

“If they can’t, turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure.” That’s an order to violate the laws handling classified material.

Really? The identifying heading might well have been the only thing that could render the information being transmitted sensitive. For example: “Here’s the schedule for the event we talked about yesterday,” followed by beginning and ending times. Are you going to have a secret meeting with the Russian ambassador, or is this when they’re going to wash your office windows? Hot Air assumes it’s readers aren’t smart enough to realize that. Maybe they’re right.

4. This is the same b.s. as in item 1. A retroactively classified document doesn’t mean squat. There’s no reason to assume it should have been classified to begin with.

5. “Clinton Signed NDA Laying Out Criminal Penalties for Mishandling of Classified Info”

She and everybody else handling classified information signs such a document. That’s not relevant unless you first demonstrate that she actually criminally mishandled information. You’re assuming what you want to prove is true.

6. “The internal emails, which were obtained by Citizens United through the Freedom of Information Act, have since been classified. They were passed to the Clinton Foundation by Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s former chief of staff.”

The same b.s. as items 1 and 4. Retroactive classification doesn’t mean squat. It doesn’t demonstrate that classification was appropriate in the past. It demonstrates that some context now exists that has given the State Department reason to want to withhold the information. Once the F.O.I.A. decision was issued, classification became the only available means to keep something from becoming public. Thank Citizens United for a situation that threatened to give foreign intelligence agencies the opportunity to data mine every bit of a Secretary of State’s unclassified-but-official internal correspondence.

7. This doesn’t have anything to do with the classified document issue. Basically, Bill Clinton sought the State Department’s consent to deliver a couple of speech that would raise a very large sum of money for the Clinton Foundation. He didn’t get such consent. So, what’s the problem? Was some law broken?

@Greg: from what type of mule?

@Greg:

She and everybody else handling classified information signs such a document. That’s not relevant unless you first demonstrate that she actually criminally mishandled information. You’re assuming what you want to prove is true.

She didn’t have to have criminal intent. She only has to be proven to have violated the terms she signed off on. Stupidity is not a defense.

Retroactive classification doesn’t mean squat.

Well, yes it does. It was retroactively classified because they did not have access it to it before it turned up on Hillary’s unsecured, private, secret email server. There was still loads of classified information on her server. Keep in mind, there would have been NONE on it had she not decided to violate the rules so she could randomly delete any information she deemed unsavory to her career without fearing FOIA requests. The unsecured, secret server was only revealed because a HACKER found it.

Reality flavor.

You shouldn’t have chosen one that was artificially flavored. No one actually doubts she is totally guilty. However, liberals are willing to overlook the most heinous crimes, lies, corruption and incompetence for the promise of a free ride while others pay the fare. This is NATURALLY flavored; REAL reality, not liberal alternate reality.

@Bill, #42:

Stupidity is no excuse.

Be sure to bear that in mind, if the consequences of putting a clueless reality TV show host in the White House turn out to be something other than what you imagined.

There are a few clues about Trump:

He’s held a consistent position about nothing.

He hasn’t provided a detailed explanation concerning anything.

He’s piled up more lies during the course of a single campaign than Clinton has over the course of her entire career.

His ego is the size of a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon. It’s far too big to fit on Air Force One.

He’s rude, he doesn’t understand that words have consequences, and he’s dangerously impulsive—not the sort of guy a reasonable person wants to be making quick decisions during an international crisis.

On the plus side, he has impeccable tastes when it comes to interior decorating. The White House is in desperate need of gold paint, cheesy statues, gaudy chandeliers, and mirrors on the bedroom ceilings. He’s your classic case of a man who knows the price of everything, but the value of nothing.

@Greg:

Be sure to bear that in mind, if the consequences of putting a clueless reality TV show host in the White House turn out to be something other than what you imagined.

How about the consequences of putting a clueless, leftist, community organizer in the White House? .7% growth, lowest labor participation in recent history, racial tension, increased poverty, ISIS, world-wide decline in prestige… all the result of having a left wing ideologue with no real-world experience (only Saul Alinsky experience).

At least Trump has WORKED. Even a reality television host is a JOB. But, Trump has accomplished much more than that; he has developed businesses and created jobs… and WEALTH. He has lived on his own success, not off the government teat as Obama has done his entire life.

You are going to exhaust yourself trying to justify failure by criticizing success. It can’t be done.

@Greg:

There are a few clues about Trump:
And there are a few clues about Hillary.
He’s held a consistent position about nothing.
And Hillary’s ‘consistent’ position is?
He hasn’t provided a detailed explanation concerning anything.But of course Hillary has explained ‘everything’? Then why was she questioned by 8 FBI agents for hours just yesterday?
He’s piled up more lies during the course of a single campaign than Clinton has over the course of her entire career.Well, at least we know she’s trustworthy. Ask Vince Foster.
His ego is the size of a Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon. It’s far too big to fit on Air Force One.Well then Hillary can just fly on Lolita One with Hubby Bill.
He’s rude, he doesn’t understand that words have consequences, and he’s dangerously impulsiveRude? Hillary invented that word didn’t she? again check with Vince.—

Some things are too funny.

@Bill: Bill, why would Obama WANT anyone to work? The only job he’s ever had is president. He tried to be a community organizer but was never able to get anything organized. If unemployment was good for him, then it’s good enough for others. Right?

@Greg:

He’s rude, he doesn’t understand that words have consequences, and he’s dangerously impulsive—not the sort of guy a reasonable person wants to be making quick decisions during an international crisis.

You mean, of course, like the quick decisions Hillary and Barack made when they could not get even one vehicle headed toward Benghazi within the 13 hours the attack was underway? Not one person or vehicle even headed that way. Now that is the kind of action the Alinski’ites want.

@Redteam: Greg thinking original thoughts was just a rumor.

@Redteam: “Community organizer”; someone that convinces people they are victims and stirs up trouble in order to promote their own popularity.

@Bill: Yes, but Obama had two different organizations that hired him to organize ‘the community’ and he failed on both jobs. Nothing materialized. Just like the last 8 years. But at least, as soon as he gets out of office he can say it was his fault. according to him, all his failures have been the president before him, so now it’ll be his turn.

Final word: HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON IS GUILTY. She will be indicted, will face trial, will be convicted, and will serve federal prison time. IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE.

Hillary Clinton is the Martha Stewart of the Democrat Party.

And, by the way, not only is Obama the worst there has ever been in the White House, he is a horses ass, a scuzzy sewer rat on legs. Obama should now be impeached. His being a lame duck is not enough. Obama must be removed from government.
