Are you ready for the era of the dictator President?

hillary dictator

Barack Obama has trampled the Constitution both literally and figuratively. He is the closest thing to a dictator of the United States we’ve seen in a very long time. President McStompyfeet has a hissy fit every time Congress doesn’t obey him exactly as he demands and he then sets off on an uncharted course, bending every conceivable law to its limit to satiate his wants.

Congress isn’t jumping to act immediately following the Oregon shooting of nine white people by a black man and so it’s Executive Action for our Chavez/Maduro wannabe.

In response to the latest mass shooting during his presidency, President Obama is seriously considering circumventing Congress with his executive authority and imposing new background-check requirements for buyers who purchase weapons from high-volume gun dealers.

Under the proposed rule change, dealers who exceed a certain number of sales each year would be required to obtain a license from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and perform background checks on potential buyers.

As the president heads to Roseburg, Ore., on Friday to comfort the survivors and families of those killed in last week’s mass shooting at Umpqua Community College, the political calculus around his most vexing domestic policy issue is shifting once again.

Barack Chavez has only until January 2017 to inflict more of his version of social justice on this country and he’s got a lot of work in front of him.

Now Hitlary Hillary Clinton wants in on the action. Clinton already thinks herself better than anyone and truly believes rules are not for her. Fortunately, people are beginning to see it.

The response from the focus group was so negative Morning Joe had to cut parts of it out so the liberals on the show would not have tantrums.

Yes, Hillary’s a bitch. But it promises to get worse. If elected, Clinton would be a dictator bitch- a worthy successor to the wannabe dictator we’re saddled with now. According to Vox, it’s want democrats yearn for:

Hillary Clinton knows what Democrats want from their next president: someone who uses the bulked-up power of the presidency to drive a progressive agenda.

From closing the gun show loophole to tightening the “Volcker Rule” to cut down on risky speculative investing, Clinton is crafting plans to go it alone in major policy areas. That’s important because in an era in which Congress can’t function — particularly when power is closely divided between the parties — the executive actions a president takes unilaterally are among the most consequential policies enacted.

Sure, there are some Democrats who chew their nails when thinking about Clinton’s Machiavellian side, but most are nonetheless glad to see signs that she’s not going to get rolled by a Republican Congress. The scope of what she’s promising to do by herself is unprecedented from a top candidate for the presidency.

Barack Frankenbama got elected promising to be exactly the opposite of what he really is. He promised to be a uniter. He promised not try to go around Congress or the Constitution. He was against the personal mandate. He made a lot of promises and none of them were honest. He really is the most dishonest person any of us have ever seen. He even knocked over a country to help Clinton and her pals with business ventures. Even the twits at Vox note:

Obama, who criticized President George W. Bush’s use of signing statements, went on to use a full panoply of executive powers — including memoranda, orders, and actions — to enact the policies he wanted. And that didn’t always sit well with liberals: His justification for killing Americans suspected of terrorism abroad and military action in Libya were among the uses of power that made them uneasy.

In that regard, Clinton is more honest. She plans to be a dictator and makes no bones about it.

Clinton has latched on to some of them. She says she’ll appoint Supreme Court justices who would overturn the Citizens United decision that ushered in a new era of soft money in politics and force government contractors to disclose political donations. She says she’ll make sure her Homeland Security secretary is more lenient about deportations, and that she will close the “gun show loophole” by requiring private gun sellers to register as licensed dealers. The rest of her policy on guns, which follows on 23 executive actions taken by Obama in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in December 2012, matches up well with proposals from gun control advocacy groups such as Everytown for Gun Safety. She’s got her party behind her on that and the mechanics of using a voter mandate to implement the rest of her agenda.

So the left is all fired up for a dictator President. Thing is- what if a Republican wins? Will they be so enthusiastic about a strong conservative agenda powered by Executive Actions?

Rhetorical question- would the left whine like stuck pigs were that to transpire?

They’re all for a dictator-as long it’s their dictator.

Clinton shows that her principles are firmly planted in jello when she turns against the TPP after publicly supporting it 45 times. She has referred to the TPP as one of her “achievements” as SoS. Her words mean absolutely nothing, just as Obama’s do. Her email scandal proves that the rules don’t apply to her.

George Bush wanted to reform social security but dropped the notion when he could not get bipartisan support. democrats have killed the notion of bipartisanship. Killed it and buried it. They’ve served notice that that is not about to change. Clinton is not running for President. She’s running for dictator.

A benevolent dictator is a still a dictator. The fruits of dictatorship are available for all to see in Venezuela.

So- are you ready for a dictator?

they see the republic becoming a sovereign democracy.

According to Surkov, sovereign democracy is:
a society’s political life where the political powers, their authorities and decisions are decided and controlled by a diverse Russian nation for the purpose of reaching material welfare, freedom and fairness by all citizens, social groups and nationalities, by the people that formed it

i often see them following the russian constitution more than the US one, but then again, they have indicated that that is the politics that they think is best… just read hillaries paper from weslyann…

Sovereign Democracy in Russia was realised in the form of a dominant-party system which was put into place in 2007 when as a result of the Russian legislative election of 2007 the political party United Russia, headed by president Vladimir Putin, without forming a government, formally became the leading and guiding force in Russian society not unlike the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Concrete priorities and orientations of Sovereign Democracy were conceptionalized in Prime Minister Putin’s Plan.

Obama’s big grandstanding EO for “common sense” gun control? Force those who sell 50 or less guns a year to conduct background checks. Well, there you go. Finally, the problem has been identified and solved. I have a whoo and a hoo.

No doubt he will grandstand this, if he executes it, to no end and, lo and behold, gun crimes somehow continue. So, what’s next? Gosh, if addressing a non-problem that has been a factor in absolutely ZERO of these killings, doesn’t stop the madness, what must be done?

YOU know what must be done. And only a dictatorship is capable of it.

From the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll……….
Clinton’s support among Democratic voters fell 10 points within less than a week.
From October 4 to October 9, Clinton saw her support tumble from 51 percent of Democratic support to just 41 percent.
Her nearest competitors, Vermont Senator Sanders and Vice President of the U.S. Joe Biden, who has yet to decide whether he will run, both made gains.
Support for Sanders jumped from just over 24 percent to 28 percent, and Biden rose from 16 percent to a even 20 percent in the same time period.
Since Biden hasn’t even joined the race, we should erase him from the poll.
If we do Bernie is way ahead of Hillary.
Perhaps the voters on the Left really want to have an elite over them, ”equalizing” everything for them, taking 90% from everyone.
It’s when she tries to keep up with Bernie by moving harder Left that Hillary loses the most support.
Only 41% of Dems even want a ”moderate” Dem.

Slightly O.T. After the MSNBC video plays, there is a video of Claire McCaskill on MSNBC that is pure, uncut Hillaroid hackery on display. This whining, lying hack drones on for ten minutes about ‘fairness’ toward Hillary, and the emasculated Scarborough can barely respond.

They’re creeping toward universal “background checks” because they can turn that into universal registration with one more wave of the dictator’s wand.

But y’all knew that.

only 12 months left until the election, the GOP is sadz

Dr J please tell us how many more Executive Actions Obama has done than the last 3 POTUS
Then explain how this means he is a dictator. As for the Hitlary crossout
American Jews overwhelmingly vote Dem. They know what the Cons did to them and their European familes in the past.

@john:

Dr J please tell us how many more Executive Actions Obama has done than the last 3 POTUS

You tell us how many Presidents enacted laws by Executive Order that had been voted down in Congress… twice. Tell us how many past Presidents used an Executive Order to take action even he himself had previously declared was un-Constitutional.

American Jews overwhelmingly vote Dem. They know what the Cons did to them and their European familes in the past.

Two things here; one, after kissing Iran’s ass while he hands them nuclear weapons, yo might want to take the temperature of the Jewish electorate again. Secondly, as previously pointed out, you are a dumb ass and have no idea (like most liberals) what you are talking about.

@Bill: Did obama make his surrender to Putin unconditional or is he still trying to surrender more than he already has? This is officially the first surrender of the US in our history. And to a 2nd or 3rd rate country. Ain’t he proud?

Bush issued more executive orders and he had both Houses in his pocket. Losers.

@Redteam:

@Bill: Did obama make his surrender to Putin unconditional or is he still trying to surrender more than he already has?

I thought he was working FOR Putin — remember the “Tell Vlad that I’ll be more flexible after the election” caught on open mike to Medvedev?

I don’t know if “Reem” or the other Hilleroids here are just dense or they’re dishonest, but it’s funny to see him point to the numbers of executive orders and actually think that’s what matters–it’s like saying “That guy shot thirteen bullets, that other guy shot thousands, losers” but the first guy shot those thirteen into humans, and the other into cans on a practice range.

As others have pointed out, Obama has used executive orders to alter his own passed legislation–he has changing the laws AFTER Congress has made them laws. If a Republican altered Obamacare the number of times Obama did AFTER it became law, he would be impeached. He also used executive actions to prevent congressional actions as in the “Dream” bullshit.

So, yes, we are all losers, because we are living under a guy who criticized others for using executive actions, but he uses them freely to go around the legislative process, because he just doesn’t like it.

Here that rightwing rag the Washington Post clarifies some things for the liberal losers among us, showing how Obama gets around that ‘democracy’ you guys claim to be so into:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/wp/2014/12/31/claims-regarding-obamas-use-of-executive-orders-and-presidential-memoranda/

Now I see where the Obama losers screwed up–they keep quoting Obama!

Here ya go, little losers, this’ll explain it to ya–“executive orders” are shorthand for both kinds of, well, executive orders:

http://www.dcclothesline.com/2015/02/17/obama-issued-executive-orders-u-s-president-history/

When these two forms of directives [executive orders and executive memos] are taken together, Obama is on track to take more high-level executive actions than any president since Harry Truman ….

Obama has issued executive orders to give federal employees the day after Christmas off, to impose economic sanctions and to determine how national secrets are classified. He’s used presidential memoranda to make policy on gun control, immigration and labor regulations. Tuesday, he used a memorandum to declare Bristol Bay, Alaska, off-limits to oil and gas exploration.

Like executive orders, presidential memoranda don’t require action by Congress. They have the same force of law as executive orders and often have consequences just as far-reaching. And some of the most significant actions of the Obama presidency have come not by executive order but by presidential memoranda.

Obama has made prolific use of memoranda despite his own claims that he’s used his executive power less than other presidents…. Obama has issued 195 executive orders as of Tuesday. Published alongside them in the Federal Register are 198 presidential memoranda — all of which carry the same legal force as executive orders….

Obama is not the first president to use memoranda to accomplish policy aims. But at this point in his presidency, he’s the first to use them more often than executive orders…even as he’s quietly used memoranda to signal policy changes to federal agencies….

While executive orders have become a kind of Washington shorthand for unilateral presidential action, presidential memoranda have gone largely unexamined. And yet memoranda are often as significant to everyday Americans than executive orders.

@john:
John
Would you kindly remind us which President promised not to use them at all?

@Reem: Bush NEVER enacted a law that had been voted DOWN by Congress (the PEOPLE). That, dumbass, is a DICTATORSHIP.

If Bush had begun bombing Libya, for no reason that affected our national security, on his own and without Congressional approval (and, as we know now, recommended by Hillary to benefit her and her buddy Blumenthal) you would have a different view. You have nothing but a partisan view of the entire country.

@Budvarakbar: I

thought he was working FOR Putin

he is, the surrender was part of it.

One mistake — it is not “He” — it is the NWO demo-COMMUNIST cabal — anyone out there remember how many “Czars” these rats have burrowing away in the background — these bastards along with the Iranian/Russian cabal in the WH are the puppet masters. Let me know when you find Obie’s Baptism Cert — from a “REAL” church and his academic records from Columbia and several people who knew him there — one astro-turfed ‘feighnter’ wouldn’t count!.

Let me help out our Obama fans in answering a question posed above, since they seem awfully SHY all of a sudden.

“The biggest problems we’re facing right now have to do with George Bush trying to bring more and more power in to the executive branch, and not go through Congress at all. That’s what I intend to reverse when I’m president of the United States of America.”

From the piece linked below:

“Here is a man whose administration has made more than two dozen on-the-fly changes to a law duly passed by Congress, without offering even the faintest sniff of a compelling legal justification for some of the most brazen alterations. Here is a man who asked for new lawyers when he didn’t like his team’s legal analysis regarding the limits of his power in unilateral foreign interventions. Here is a man who ordered an executive action for which he’d explicitly stated he didn’t possess the authority 15 months earlier. This is a man who leftist law professor Jonathan Turley describes as “the president that Richard Nixon always wanted to be.”

@JSW: Aw… That’s just the kind of stuff liberals say to get power. They don’t actually MEAN any of it.

Here Are The 23 Executive Orders On Gun Safety Signed Today By The President

…all of which make perfectly good sense to any intelligent person who bothers to read and think about them, and none of which exceed the authority of a president to order.

The fact that we’ve got a worse-than-useless republican-majority Congress incapable of accomplishing anything even remotely constructive doesn’t mean the democratic President currently occupying the White House has to follow suit.

@Greg: #4 has all kinds of room for abuse. Otherwise, none of it addresses the issue of criminals with guns committing crimes.

Either Obama carefully considered taking extra-Constitutional actions or he just wants to say he issued 23 more executive orders to show “how hard he tried”.

I notice nothing addresses left wing rhetoric that incites violence, such as the recent vitriol from the Million Man March.
