Petulant Obama Refuses To Congratulate Israeli Prime Minister

Obama’s refusal to congratulate the reelected Benjamin Netanyahu is shameful, but not unexpected, from the petulant immature little boy we call President. Instead of congratulations he makes sports picks:

Obama had no problems congratulating radical Islamist Tayyip Erdogan, radical Islamist Hassan Rouhani, Communist Vladimir Putin, Communist Xi Jinping, and Radical Islamist Mohammed Morsi. But Netanyahu? No call.

Probably adding to Obama’s petulance is the fact that the outside influence that he and his pals brought to bear in Israel, as well as his support of Iran, more than likely helped Netanyahu get elected.

President Obama, friend to tyrants…

GREG ; If you agree with that premise than waiting two days without using other channels of diplomacy and myriads of allies to put pressure on a rival is poor diplomacy and the resultant tag of being petulant is justified.

To the second point: If an English Colonist came to the Atlantic Coast, the Religious component is a subset of being English. However, if a Moslem comes to the New World ,his religion is primary and his place of origin is non-existent.
No one is saying one group has special claim to the “American Identity” yet those Moslems who came to our shores were from some distinct tribal group that was erased by using the Moslem title.

Obama is only FAUX irritated with Bibi N. because he is hoping Bibi won’t out Obama’s leaking to the Israel press this:
Less than two weeks before the election, a major Israeli newspaper published a document showing that Netanyahu’s envoy had agreed on his behalf to an American-proposed framework that offered substantial Israeli concessions that Netanyahu publicly opposed.
This caused Bibi to start losing his most conservative supporters.
He re-iterates his public stance that, as things stand (with no leadership on the other side capable of making a viable agreement) there can be no possibility of a Two-State Solution during his next term in office.
Well…..Duh!
Obama is pretending to believe Bibi is inflexible although Obama knew it was Bibi who had already been more flexible in private talks!
Obama is trying the Muslim ploy of manufactured outrage at Bibi.
Obama is many things:
Petulant, Petty, Vindictive, Small, Shallow.

@Nanny G:

Obama is trying the Muslim ploy of manufactured outrage at Bibi.
Obama is many things:

And more!

Three facts:

1. The United States has been committed to the military defense of Israel for well over half a century.

2. The Prime Minister of Israel is in a position to unilaterally initiate military actions that could result in retaliatory attacks by Iran and/or a number of other nations. Such actions could easily draw the United States into war.

3. Netanyahu, who is currently the Prime Minister of Israel, has clearly demonstrated to the President of the United States that he can’t be personally trusted.

This creates an enormous problem that goes way the hell beyond a president being touchy or petulant. The nature and seriousness of the problem shouldn’t be difficult to understand. In spite of that, the right doesn’t seem to get it.

This is just another manifestation of an obsession with Barack Obama that has become so extreme it prevents clear thought about anything outside of that context. In this case, it actually renders some people blind to a potential danger that to others is obvious.

@Greg:

1. The United States has been committed to the military defense of Israel for well over half a century.

That came to a screeching halt, apparently, January 20, 2009.

2. The Prime Minister of Israel is in a position to unilaterally initiate military actions that could result in retaliatory attacks by Iran and/or a number of other nations. Such actions could easily draw the United States into war.

Israel is going to do what it feels it has to in order to protect its existence. Obama stupidly trusting (or colluding with) the Iranians puts the Israelis in the precarious position to take the measures they feel they must for national protection.

3. Netanyahu, who is currently the Prime Minister of Israel, has clearly demonstrated to the President of the United States that he can’t be personally trusted.

Absolutely true, but it was already clear Obama could not be trusted. He lies more often than he speaks truth.

This creates an enormous problem that goes way the hell beyond a president being touchy or petulant. The nature and seriousness of the problem shouldn’t be difficult to understand. In spite of that, the right doesn’t seem to get it.

True. It creates the problem that because the arrogant Obama doesn’t get his way, he threatens allies and exposes their classified data. Allies can no longer trust the US when some spoiled infant can be elected and abandon allies in a juvenile tantrum. It will take decades to repair the damage this idiot has wrought.
