The Lebanon Road Surgery Center in Sharonville, Ohio, was targeted for closure in November 2012, a move upheld by an Ohio Department of Health hearing officer in the fall and ordered on Friday by State Health Director Ted Wymyslo effective Feb. 4.
The Sharonville clinic was shut down because, like the Toledo center and the other Cincinnati facility, it does not have a valid transfer agreement — a pact required of all Ohio ambulatory surgical facilities with a local hospital to accept patients if medical help is needed.
Also, Wymyslo criticized the clinic for bringing two new backup physicians on board without informing the health department of “credentialing and disciplinary issues,” which he said caused him “serious concern.”
The clinic did not check one of the doctor’s license profile with the State Medical Board and never verified one of the backup’s admitting privileges at the local hospital.

The irony is in the opposition’s rhetoric, which would be PERFECT against everything Obama’s been doing for 5 years…..
Jennifer Branch, atty for the clinic, called the state’s action “unprecedented” and part of “a regulatory witch hunt.”

Insurance companies working under the Obamacare umbrella have secretly added a surcharge to cover the cost of abortions, an apparent violation of federal law that forbids the practice, congressional leaders charge.

Consumers signing up for insurance in an Obamacare exchange won’t find a single sentence telling them that they will pay at least $1 a month to fund abortions.

Just like Obama’s $400 a bottles of wine he thinks that keeping it a secret makes us all forget it happens every day.

[A] House bill will be introduced this week to demand full disclosure and a separate itemized premium. It also will prohibit federal subsidies for Obamacare insurance plans that cover abortion. That bill, HR-7, or the “No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act,” will be introduced by House Majority Leader Eric Cantor.

On Oct. 9, Rep. Chris Smith, R-NJ, introduced a bill on the disclosure issue, which now has been folded into the broader HR-7.
