USDA Plans to Implement Mandatory RFID Biometric Tracking Systems [Reader Post]

Loading

The history of Socialists leaders is not a good one in regards to placing tracking numbers on people, why should we expect it to be any better when at least 1-in-6 Americans can be “chipped” and tracked simply by passing in the proximity of a RFID Sensor?

From the USDA’s own webpage, we know that they have been interested in the use of Biometrics, including fingerprint and facial recognition: Use of Biometric Identification Technology to Reduce Fraud in the Food Stamp Program

Biometric identification systems are currently operational at some level in Arizona, California (under county initiative, first by Los Angeles County), Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. Finger imaging is the principal form of technology used in all eight States, though alternative technologies have simultaneously undergone trials in Massachusetts (facial recognition) and Illinois (retinal scanning). By the end of 2000, new systems are expected to be in place in California (statewide unified system), Delaware, and North Carolina. Other States are currently in the initial planning stages, including Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.

And: Introduction to Biometric Identification Technology: Capabilities and Applications to the Food Stamp Program

In recent years Graficas Impactantes. 70% Comisiondent-monitoring/”>Schools around this nation have required RFID chip embedded ID’s to track Students anywhere on (and when they go off) campus.

The Food and Drug Administration in the US has approved the use of RFID chips in humans.

Maybe Obama should have told Americans about this before the Food Stamp Program reached a total of 50,000,000 Americans being enrolled in the program. Or may be that’s part of the agenda. It wouldn’t surprise me at all for Democrats to sneak through and RFID requirement on drivers licenses and ID’s. (Sarc-on) Although they would very likely even then fight to keep RFID technology to be used for voter identification. Sarc-off) .

RFID injectable transponders are also available with the AIN number for certain species.

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) “In an effort to make passports more secure, several countries have implemented RFID in passports.”

Washington Post 2010: “Human microchips seen by some in Virginia House as device of antichrist”

“Several states, including Wisconsin, have approved bans such as the one Virginia is proposing, and the Georgia Senate passed a similar bill last week.”

Oh, and in fairness, Bush supported Varichip too. Knowing all the things Democrats snuck in Obamacare, maybe we should see if RFID’s are in there.

Have I made you paranoid yet?

No. I am paranoid, but you didn’t make me that way.

And verification of voter ID is a bad idea????

@Dreadnought:

(facepalm)

If you have to asky why this is bad, you will NEVER understand.

This part of the article struck me, other parts made me cringe…

“The use of Biometric Identification Technology to Reduce Fraud in the Food Stamp Program“…

Well I’ll be damned…

To hear the Left talk – “no one, but no one!!… in the Welfare program/on the Government dole is a [cheat/fraud/moocher]” and how dare those [Right wing extremists], Conservatives, haters, racists…’even think’ that?!!? How dare they think [many] people on welfare are [moochers, gaming the system, stealing from the taxpayer…] cheaters!! …

yea, whatever….

I guess this article unravels that Liberal myth and blows their arguments right out of the water…huh??

Seriously, why even implement or consider implementing a monitoring program for those on Government assistance like this “if” IF …” [many] people on welfare/receiving Gov’t assistance are on the up and up” … not moochers, not cheating, not frauds and not stealing from the taxpayer ???

This is what happens when there is a moral decay in society….and in Government – for perpetuating it…

…how long will it be when the Government comes up with a reason, [because of liberal ass hats, terrorists and frauds] that “we all” need to be under the scrutiny of Government tracking devices?

Good bye Freedom? Good bye Liberty? Bye, Bye Miss American Pie?? … and hello socialism and forward to communism and Government control…Yea, ONLY IF WE ALLOW IT!!

BTW – This is not to say there are not those on welfare who [truly] do need the help…

They will chip me over their own dead bodies. While it’s tempting to say it would be good to reduce fraud, there are other means of identifying that don’t lend themselves to a big brother tracking state…fingerprints seem to work just fine for all those who have fingers, and who’s to say we wouldn’t pull some wanted criminals and deadbeat dads in if you had to be fingerprinted to pick up your foodstamp check…

The mere indignity would be an added incentive to get a frikkin job as well…if someone has no fingers or toes, an iris scan would do. If you haven’t got either fingers, toes or irises, I’d be willing to exempt you from the test…

RFID would tag you as belonging to the US Government, no longer a citizen, but a steer…branded…
Remember the last outfit that tattooed numbers on peoples arms for the convenience of management…Auschwitz, Dachau, and the rest of those resorts of last resort.

RFID is cool but requiring drug testing for welfare recipients is not? Again, how convoluted can the progressive mind get?

I think most welfare fraud, getting benefits to which the recipients are not entitled, would happen with or without a chip. For one reason, that fraud often happens with tacit approval of the bureaucracy. Multiple false claims could be targeted, but that is only part of the fraud problem. I think they go after multiple claims, mainly because they figure one pail of free stuff per customer should be quite enough to buy their loyalty. No point wasting vote-purchasing resources.

The real purpose of chipping subsets of the population is to lay the groundwork for ultimately chipping everyone. It is reported that mining of Google and Facebook user data was used by Obama campaign consultants to micro-target millions of individuals in get-out-the-vote efforts. It’s just the beginning. Information is power. This is a tightening noose supposedly placed around our necks for our own good. If they know every minute where everybody is and what everybody is doing, then as a practical matter we will not be a free people. This is their goal. No government in history has ever engaged in long term, widespread spying on their citizens’ private lives for the good of the citizens.

I hope nobody shows up to this conversation and tries to tell us that we can count on the government being full of well-intentioned honorable people. Our Constitution certainly does not assume that.

THEY DON’T NEED THAT TO FIND FRAUD, there is so many agencies and sub agents working for the WHITE HOUSE, THEY JUST HAVE TO GO AFTER IT TO FIND IT,
that’s why they get pay for, but their enemies are not the frauds or the criminals or the gansta,
they localize their enemies among the good families in the TEA-PARTY, AND THE CONSERVATIVES AND THE REPUBLICANS PARTY, ALL THOSE WHO ARE PREVENTING THEM TO ABUSE THEIR SOCIAL COMMUNIST AGENDA TO ADVANCE as fast as they want to,
THEY took the ELECTION HOSTAGE , they did not win it

@Dreadnought:

I’m all for Voter Identification. What I’m not in favor of is that ID having a trackable RFID embedded in it. The point was that seeing as Democrats are against voter identification of any kind, I doubt that they would approve of an RFID to verify a voter is eligible to vote.

The military is now using Biometric Tracking Systems on military ID’s and base passes. You have to wonder if someone has their head up their butt by having RFID tracking chips on our military. What’s to stop this same tracking technology from being used by an enemy to locate American troops?

Ditto
you have a good point there, how come they did not think of it?
this is very possible to see happening,

RFID has a very short range, so it couldn’t easily be used to track troops unless there’s a sensor along the trail or road…but it’s still and always a bad idea. It’s primarily for control and intimidation, so you will have no expectation of privacy when going to, say, a forbidden Tea Party meeting…and they can quickly look you up to see if you’re friend or foe of the regime, where you live, who your family members are, how much you pay in taxes, and eventually down to your frequent shoppers card and library card so they can know if you bought ammunition or fertilizer or are out of your normal area and therefore suspicious.

This is not paranoia…this is the way it will be if we dont stop it.

@Kalashnikat:

RFID has a very short range…

“Some RFID systems will only work over a few inches or centimetres while others may work over 100 meters (300 feet) or more. ”

I don’t see any reason why a terrorist couldn’t use an RFID detector to trigger an IUD.

This is not paranoia…this is the way it will be if we dont stop it.

Which is exactly why I wrote this article. We have to rely on ourselves to inform each other because we certainly can no longer count on the MSM or politicians to tell us.

@retire05:

Hey, if you think that’s a twist, try believing that “fur is dead” and “meat is murder” and animals should not be killed or caged, but at the same time being “pro-choice”…cutting up helpless human babies in the womb…

Liberals…you can’t live with em, you … well. I guess we could live without ’em…

@Ditto:

thanks, I stand corrected, Ditto! 🙂

Technologies can have unanticipated uses, like cell phone cameras being used by jihadis to tell when they’re been painted by IR lasers at night…. As 9/11/01 proved, stone age people can use space age technologies to harm us all…

Kalashnikat
yes and on a minor but deadly point
those EID, THEY BLOW UP BY REMOTE CONTROL,
and their rocket taking down an helcopter with a calculated precision learned on computer,
they surely don’t stay idle, and learn more of the tecknology, and right here in the GOOD USA,

An implanted RFID would be easy to foil. It would be easy to know the injection site- x-ray or an RFID scanner could find it, assuming you didn’t know where they injected it. Then just cover the area with the proverbial tinfoil, and you’re invisible. 😉

Jim S
and if you don’t know, you cover the whole body with TINFOIL,
That I would like to see, a man coming home and once they get to bed,
how enlighten they can be to unwrap it,
oops
bye

@Jim S:

The foil trick is more of a maybe than a certainty. It might work it might not, but it would be noticeable that you’re wearing foil (which is extremely uncomfortable next to the skin.)

As for the injected type, You would have to “know” that it was injected and it may not be that easily or safely removed, depending on where it was injected. Injected RFID’s are pill-shaped and only slightly larger than a grain of rice.

If they injected one, they could for good measure inject two. In a near future Democratic-socialist USSA, Amerikans could have one varichip implanted by their parents at birth, another on school registration as a requirement by the public education system, another when they get their drivers license, another when they sign-up for selective service, and anytime after that by some other government entity. It wouldn’t surprise me at all for Obama to push for a law where members of “radical hate groups” like the Tea Party. And Democrats would whole-hardheartedly stand behind a law requiring “Chipping” of anyone who purchases a firearm or weapon.

Should this all come about, it would be interesting to find out if Democrats would allow the “chipping” of rapists, child molesters, murderers and violent offenders. What about immigrants (legal and otherwise), Would Dems support them being RFID’sd? And would Dems support RFID to verify that voters are eligible to vote, and has only voted once? Given their current affront over states requiring simple ID at the voting booth, I would be certain that they would block that because it might “disenfranchise” those few people who haven’t been chipped yet.

Ditto
hi, I had my two GERMAN SHEFFARDS INPLANTED WITH SOMETHING SIMILAR,
they said in case they are lost it’s easy to chech them and thru the vet where they where inplanted they find their home, the showed me with a scanner how easy they find the chip, that was located at the shoulder,
so if they implant the human , there must be a person who take the same position as the vet
which is keeping the data of those he gave the inplant, is in it dangerous? it seem like he has a duplicate of the implant,if that person is of dubious moral, he can do wrong at will to the ones by any means he can think of,
that is a delegation of power over humans from other humans,
now think HITLER’S PASSION TO CONQUER THE WORLD,
OKAY now think of a muslim radical or to become who is in the GOVERNMENT NOW TO GET THIS JOB OF INPLANTING AMERICANS, all those who come and claim to be peacefull
and as soon as they took their coat of, they start the indoctrination of people young or ignorant they thrive on prisoners also, and they search for a job of having power,
police officer, first engineer on aviation in charge of the maitenance of planes, or government jobs like security
could be FBI OR CIA, OR TRANSLATER ARABIC LANGUAGE,
OR EVEN THE WHITE HOUSE HIGH POSITION YOU LEARN ONLY LATER AFTER THE JOB IS DONE TO DESTROY AMERICA,
so those implants should never be on humans
HOW DANGEROUS IT WOULD BE,
the now AMERICA CANNOT AFFORD TO BE GULLIBLE TO
WHAT IS TAKING POWER OVER THEM LIKE AN IMPLANT.

@Wm T Sherman:

Was going to say the same thing.

Ditto didn’t make me paranoid; Barack Obama did.

But Ditto’s probably not helping matters.

I don’t see any reason why a terrorist couldn’t use an RFID detector to trigger an IUD.

This typo cracked me up. The implications are …. weird.

When you notice the mistake, you’ll laugh too … or maybe I just have an odd sense of humor.

@Yuri:

LOL. Oopsy. I meant IED of course.

@ilovebeeswarzone: the old “curses! foiled again!” exclamation comes into play once more. 😉

@Ditto: The foil doesn’t have to be in contact with the skin… just has to cover the area where the tag is to prevent the RF from the scanner penetrating. I can’t imagine them “chipping” people with multiple chips, it would make more sense just to use one and tie it to all those other applications.. voting, school, draft, etc. But then we are talking about the gov, here. ;-/ I also can’t conceive of any sites where a tag could be injected safely, that couldn’t be removed safely.

Jim S
I was just joking, do I need an exclamation for a joke,
bye

@Jim S:

Aluminum Foil Does Not Stop RFID but does seriously inhibit it.”

Flesh is not a reliable insulation to radio waves, simply covering the area with foil is not sufficient. The concept of using foil is that it acts as a Faraday shield. A Faraday Shield is only as good as the materials used and it’s completeness. (For example of the protection of a Faraday Shield; semi-conductor electronics can only be completely protected from a radio waves and EMP pulse, if they are contained within a full Faraday Shield. If there are wires coming out, or there are any openings in the Faraday Shield, there is a possibility for the signal to get through. The wires themselves can serve as antenna, which is why optical transmission is the best choice for inter connection for radio-wave isolation.

I also can’t conceive of any sites where a tag could be injected safely, that couldn’t be removed safely.

Well, I could quote Murphy’s Law and all it’s variations, but I think simply mentioning it is enough. You assume that those injecting said RFID’s will be medically trained and continually paying attention to what they are doing. Anyone can make a mistake.

Incidentally, those credit cards residing in your purse or wallet, which criminals can scan at a distance while you are blissfully unaware, are using RFID’s. Additionally, some RFID’ are passive (proximity sensor scannable), while others are active (transmitting).

Ditto
is that possible that the clerk at my big grocery store can get my info when I pay with my newest up to date credit card with a chip on it?
bye

@ilovebeeswarzone:

Not just the clerk. Anyone in range with a hand-held proximity RFID scanner can acquire the RFID information from those types of credit cards. This type of theft is on the rise. There are precautions you can take to limit your risk, (such as having the card in an RFID blocking wallet,) but the moment it is exposed, it is vulnerable.

Ditto
so that’s what RFID MEAN, I was trying to figure it at the beginning,
wow that is dangerous, from what distance can one is able to scan my card
when it’s in the machine at the cash?
if so THE BLACK FRIDAY PEOPLE ARE AT RISK ALL STUCK ON EACH OTHER
DON’T THEY WHEN THEY PAY
