OHIO EARLY VOTE: In Obama’s 10 best counties, turnout is down -6.5% vs. ’08. Everywhere else, turnout is up 10.5%
Turnout in VA’s Obama counties 83.3% of ’08, VA McCain 86.7% (3.4% gap). OH’s Obama counties 96.7% of ’08, OH McCain 114.4% (17.7% gap).
OHIO EARLY VOTE: In 2008, Dem counties cast 417,581 more early votes than GOP counties. In 2012, Dem counties cast only 295,510 more.
VA EARLY VOTE: So good news for Obama is that early voting still higher in Obama counties, bad news is the gap much smaller than in ’08.

I might have voted for Tim Pawlenty. My big issue is health care. Pawlenty agrees with me (and Obama). The way to control health care costs is to base reimbursement on outcomes, rather than procedures.
But Pawlenty was a wimp. He dropped out after losing the Iowa STRAW POLL!
The guy who won deserved to win.
Guy who figured out how to get into Columbia.

Turned down the opportunity to make megabucks in a mega law firm to work as a community organizer.

Unless FL can grow a couple more red counties….Romney isn’t going to win. Broward and Miami Dade both still have huge obama votes coming in (Miami only 1/2 done, 20% left to count in Broward). That will ad 100k or more to Obama’s total. Most RNC counties are already counted (100%). The RNC counties remaining are tiny. So, it’s not going to add much to Romney’s total….or not enough. He’s gonna loose FL by 20 or 30k votes.

Per my comments in #24, I believe Obama’s victory is a combination of the country’s political leanings shifting left as well as the addition of millions to the government welfare rolls. People aren’t going to bite the hand that feeds them. At least we don’t have to listen to anymore political ads. They were exceptionally annoying this year. I will probably go to Dick Morris’s web site and tell him how full of shit he is.
Romney campaign is saying that the Ohio count is still in question. There are outstanding GOP counties still coming in, they do not conceded Ohio yet.

I am so proud to be your countryman. I honor your service. I still have guilt for drawing a lottery number above 250, the year I was IA, circa Vietnam.
I’ve been to Washington DC more than 10 times, since the 2 years I lived there when I trained at the NIH in Bethesda. Every time, I went to the Vietnam memorial, looked at all the names, and thanked God for the sacrifice of those incredible heroes, including some of my high school classmates.
All I can say now is — thank you for your service and for being such a decent person.
I’ll never be able to repay you for what you did on behalf of me and my family.

65% of Protestants voted for Romney. 50% of Catholics voted for Obama. and 50% voted for Romney. I think that this is just beautiful.
Conservatives like you. Progressives/liberals/socialists (I’ll let you choose the descriptor) like me. I know in my heart that two of the three priests who administer the sacraments in my parish voted as did I.

You went to great lenghts to defend Obama and Sebilius on the HHS mandate that the Catholic organizations provide birth control/abortions to the people who work for Catholic organization. You did not see the problem with that because, in your mind, Obama and Sebilius were not copable because they had taken the advise of a 15 member, highly partisan, IoM panel. It never seemed to dawn on you that Kathleen Sebilius was not elected to the Secretary of HHS, and that Obama, under our Constitution, did not have the authority to make that law.
Our nation, until now, has had three co-equal branches of government. That is the way it was designed, and for 150 years, until the advent of Woodrow Wilson, that is the way it worked. The legislature, which by design, has the only authority to write law, was never consulted, nor did they vote, on the decisions of Sebilius and Obama.
Perhaps you are getting the government you want, but I can promise you, it is only because you have never had to live under the type of government you are going to get. Unfortunately, those of us who believe in our traditions, will bear the burder of your lofty ideology and by the time you realize that the pretty package neatly tied up in a shiny bow contains a snake, it will be too late.
Four dead Americans wasn’t enough for you. Secret talks between Valerie Jarrett and Iran wasn’t enough for you. The EPA feverishly working to shut down 31 coal mines and cripple the power industry wasn’t enough for you. Millions of dead babies, mostly minorities, wasn’t enough for you. Double gas prices wasn’t enough for you. Higher food costs wasn’t enough for you. Union thugs beating up a black man in St. Louis just because he held a Gadsten flag wasn’t enough for you.
Do not insult me by calling yourself a Catholic. You are in no way a true Catholic as long as you support those who murder the unborn, who try to control our lives, who support sodomy.
