Ann Romney says the Obama campaign’s strategy for this race is: “Kill Romney.”
She’s absolutely right.

The press is now in full “Kill Romney” mode. There is no reporting. There is harassment, there are insults and there is derision and scorn.
Washington Post, NY Times, CNN and of course MSNBC/NBC are all in the tank for Obama. And they’re gonna need a bigger tank.

The press harassed Romney in Europe. It was so disrespectful that a Romney aide told them to “shove it.” But check out how it is reported:

This warped, overtly biased media has no interest in reporting. They are out to Kill Romney.

In addition to clinical practice he has done extensive research and has published widely with over 70 original articles and abstracts in the peer-reviewed literature. DrJohn is well known in his field and has lectured on every continent except for Antarctica. He has been married to the same wonderful lady for over 30 years and has three kids- two sons, both of whom are attorneys and one daughter on her way into the field of education.
DrJohn was brought up with the concept that one can do well if one is prepared to work hard but nothing in life is guaranteed.

Mr. Romney is not cultivating a useful and open relationship with the media. He evades answering important questions and increasingly limits press access. Even Fox’s Greta Van Susteren has noted this. When the press manifests its growing frustration, the Romney campaign reacts with open hostility.
This is not the way you win elections.

All attempts to get the press to produce their lists of “gaffes” have been met with silence.
Some things at the Olympics were disconcerting? How about the Lord Mayor dangling from a zip wire?
How about the lost keys to Wembley Stadium?
What about the empty seats to venues, which venues were unavailable to ticket purchasers?
And as for Jerusalem, now. Clinton seemed to think Jerusalem was the capitol of Israel.
Only Huma Abedin (D, Muslim Brotherhood) disagrees with Clinton and Obama.
And as for the desecration at the Polish Memorial site. That speaks for itself.
Try to get your news from someone other than Axelrod, my man.
Romney’s strategy in the primaries was to “kill” his opponents. What goes around comes around. Romney is a big boy. He can take it. At least he better be able to or we are in a greater world of hurt.
I suppose a list of recent gaffes might include the embarrassing London Olympics comment, or his glowing appraisal of the Israeli health care system–which is actually about as socialistic as it’s possible for any health care system to get.
Since the Lord Mayor of London isn’t running for the presidency of the United States, the angle of his dangle is more a matter of amusement than serious concern. Granted, it was a bizarre display, but after the odd business of James Bond and Her Majesty’s arrival by parafoil, Londoners can probably overlook his eccentric performance with little Union Jacks and a clothesline.
Romney is an advocate of spreading jobs to authoritarian capitalist countries like China and Vietnam.
There’s nothing to ”get” on Romney.
Obama has had his most enthusiastic supporters out looking.

They were not “gaffes.” They were the exact same observations that the British Press had been voicing prior to Romney’s visit. As someone with experience on managing an Olympic event, Romney is fully qualified to voice his concerns. If this is an embarrassment to the officials managing the Olympics, that is their fault not Romney’s. Asking Romney questions about presumed “gaffes” that were not gaffes, but a simple honest professional opinion, is argumentative rhetoric and little different than asking a candidate “when they stopped beating their wife”. In other words, such questions are not worthy of answer.
If this hostile MSM Press wants more answers and interviews with Romney, they should put aside their own partisan bias and treat him with the same respect they give Obama. The MSM interview style used on many Republicans, is not all that different that that of the “Asshat” haranguing of the drive-in window Chick-Fil-A worker.

Obama has been an epic failure as POTUS. By ANY economic measure one would have to be diluted to vote for this disaster in November.

This morning I happened to turn in to the “news” at NPR. What a hoot! It’s all minority, women, and homosexuals most affected…no matter what the current economic disaster. The GOP and Romney are attacked throughout.
Next year when the GOP has both house of congress their first order of business should be to defund NPR.

Then there’s the matter of U.S. corporate profits. Are republicans complaining about the 40 consecutive months of strong gains?
Considering the deep hole that the U.S. economy had fallen into before Obama took office, it might be argued that he’s done a very good job. There’s nothing that constitutes “an epic failure” on any front.
If you want an example of an “epic failure”, consider the current republican majority House. They’ve piddled away nearly all of their time now, doing pointless if not outright counterproductive things, while failing to complete even the most routine business at hand. Not to mention their failure to address looming budgetary issues of monumental importance.
In a few days they’ll all scurry home to try to lay the blame on someone else.
