Obama administration partners with Brett Kimberlin [Reader Post]

Who is Brett Kimberlin?

Brett Kimberlin, also known as the “Speedway Bomber,” is the infamous male who set an Indiana town ablaze with a series of coordinated bombings in 1978.

The man behind the madness was also convicted of thirty three additional crimes, including illegal use of a Department of Defense insignia, and the Presidential Seal, both of which were used to procure the hard-to-come-by explosives used in the bombings.

As a result, Kimberlin served a 17 year prison sentence, in which time he mastered his skills of persuasion by earning a law degree, which he reportedly uses routinely.

A man who committed suicide his limbs were irreparably damaged after one of the explosions that Kimberlin was responsible for, left behind a wife that sued him several years later, winning a civil judgment in which she was awarded $1.6 million.

As Brett Kimberlin has recently been released from prison, his unique story is beginning to surface, as well as the motive behind the explosions and his twisted lifestyle.

Please read it all for a complete picture of Kimberlin.

Kimberlin also has developed something that become known as “SWATting.” Patrick Frey of Patterico was the first victim of this nastiness:

At 12:35 a.m. on July 1, 2011, sheriff’s deputies pounded on my front door and rang my doorbell. They shouted for me to open the door and come out with my hands up.

When I opened the door, deputies pointed guns at me and ordered me to put my hands in the air. I had a cell phone in my hand. Fortunately, they did not mistake it for a gun.

They ordered me to turn around and put my hands behind my back. They handcuffed me. They shouted questions at me: IS THERE ANYONE ELSE IN THE HOUSE? and WHERE ARE THEY? and ARE THEY ALIVE?

I told them: Yes, my wife and my children are in the house. They’re upstairs in their bedrooms, sleeping. Of course they’re alive.

Deputies led me down the street to a patrol car parked about 2-3 houses away. At least one neighbor was watching out of her window as I was placed, handcuffed, in the back of the patrol car. I saw numerous patrol cars on my quiet street. There was a police helicopter flying overhead, shining a spotlight down on us as I walked towards the patrol car. Several neighbors later told us the helicopter woke them up. I saw a fire engine and an ambulance. A neighbor later told me they had a HazMat vehicle out on the street as well.

Meanwhile, police rushed into my home. They woke up my wife, led her downstairs and to the front porch, frisked her, and asked her where the children were. Then police ordered her to stand on the front porch with her hands against the wall while they entered my children’s bedrooms to make sure they were alive.

The call that sent deputies to my home was a hoax. Someone had pretended to be me. They called the police to say I had shot my wife. The sheriff’s deputies who arrived at my front door believed they were about to confront an armed man who had just shot his wife. I don’t blame the police for any of their actions. But I blame the person who made the call.

The story is absolutely appalling.

Next on the terror list is Stacy McCain:

Exactly…Brett Kimberlin knows where I live; it’s an implicit threat. You can look at Brett Kimberlin’s record as a convicted terrorist. He conspired to kill the prosecuting attorney and at least one key witness in the case against him. That’s according to the Indianapolis Star. You can look it up. You know these are facts that are unrefuted. When someone like that indicates that they know where you live, the threat is implicit. I’m not going to be there anymore. I mean we’re gone. We’re history. We’re out of there.

McCain's crime was discovering who was funding Kimberlin. Among the notables is George Soros, Teresa Heinz-Kerry and Barbra Streisand. And that's before Kimberlin's heiress aunt.

A hoax call similar to the one that victimized Frey also was visited upon Erick Erickson.

But now we find out that Barack Obama's administration is likely partners with Kimberlin.

From UnitedLiberty.org

If you follow the blogosphere, you’ll know that bloggers who criticize left-wing activist and convicted bomber Brett Kimberlin have been harassed. While doing some research on Mr. Kimberlin, I discovered he runs a group called Justice Through Music, which has received money from Soros and other rich progressives. Looking on JTMP’s front page, I discovered this interesting little bit of information.

MAY 24, 2012 – JTMP has been a participant in the State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program for 3 years now, where citizens from around the world involved in the arts get to come to America and visit to learn about the role of arts in the US. This year we had visitors that came from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan and Tunisia to see how Justice Through Music Project uses art to raise awareness on issues, and to bring about social change. This year’s contingent had musicians, playwrights, and people involved in art production. We gave them a presentation and showed them many of our musical art videos that deal with politics and issues, while we spoke about how we operate and produce our art videos. We then showed them how we use this art on our website and YouTube channel to raise awareness on an issue to help bring about positive social change

This is atrocious as Kimberlin's actions are probably illegal, opines Christian Adams:

18 USC 241 prohibits intimidation against Americans for exercising free speech rights. The statute says:

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Yet it would not in least surprise many of us that Barack Obama would stoop to something this low given his history of coming into possession of sealed documents.

In addition to clinical practice he has done extensive research and has published widely with over 70 original articles and abstracts in the peer-reviewed literature. DrJohn is well known in his field and has lectured on every continent except for Antarctica. He has been married to the same wonderful lady for over 30 years and has three kids- two sons, both of whom are attorneys and one daughter on her way into the field of education. DrJohn was brought up with the concept that one can do well if one is prepared to work hard but nothing in life is guaranteed. Except for liberals being foolish.

I don’t believe that this story—designed to make living martyrs out of some right-wing bloggers—is now being suggested as linked to President Obama, without evidence: “Yet it would not in least surprise many of us that Barack Obama would stoop to something this low given his history of coming into possession of sealed documents.”

Is this piece of nonsense now to be the replacement for the Trayvon/Zimmerman story?

I appreciate how much of a puzzle these events are, given the time-span and the expanding circle of perpetrators and victims, but I’m commenting to let you know that it was Mike Stack, a client of Aaron Walker’s who was first SWATed last year:
    http://cryingwolfe.wordpress.com/2012/02/02/the-swatting-wolfe-gets-swatted-police-report-6232011/

@Liberl1, the connection to Obama directly is not what was stated: it’s to the administration itself. Read this – or don’t, since your comment reflects little but dismissal of the facts and derision in general.

Whoever made these calls should be prosecuted. Is there a direct link to Kimberlin?

@Liberal1, why do you dismiss everything out of hand? It seems you’ve made up your mind on every topic and won’t look at facts. Maybe I’ll change my mind as I read more of your posts, but at this point, your posting history speaks for itself.

Crkiey, even I can’t keep it straight. Seth Allen was Aaron Walker’s client.
    Sorry ’bout that.

Kimerlin’s Justice Through Music must be a front for getting spies into the USA from all over the Muslim world.

    Why do I think that?

All kinds of music, with the exception of folk music and in very specific occasions, are banned in Saudi Arabia. Conservatives argue that music and singing are forbidden in Islam and that this not only applies to public performances, but even inside homes.

In Bahrain music used to be legal but now all references to music have been removed.
    No punishments are publicly noted.

Syria allows music and singing (or it did before the revolution) but Syrian singers are in danger of arrest when they travel elsewhere in the Muslim world.

In post-Saddam Iraq singing and music are going the way of the dodo bird.
A bit of orchestral music is allowed if tightly controlled but no singing and NO dancing!

Egypt’s Arab Spring had its rappers, but we still don’t know how the gov’t coming in is going to go.

Jordan is big on music and singing still.

The Tunisians kept their Spanish-rooted music after being routed from Spain.
A more modern version of this is played by little orchestras and a few singers.

    @drjohn, #2:

Your not believing it doesn’t change it.

That sort of argument cuts both ways.

There’s not a shred of evidence that the Obama administration “partnered” with this creep. Kimberlin went after people who criticized Kimberlin.

    @Greg:

Are you calling Kimberlin a liar, Greg?

JTMP Meets With International Visitors through State Department International Visitor Leadership Program

MAY 24, 2012 – JTMP has been a participant in the State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program for 3 years now……..

Gee….3 years…..How long has OBAMA been in office?
    A bit over 3 years.

    Is the Examiner also lying?

Wish I had made a screen capture of back when his org was still linked on the US State Dept’s page.
    Hope someone did that.

Are you suggesting that he isn’t?

My assumption is that the man is a pathological liar. I wouldn’t believe a word he says.

Gosh, before all this horrible Kimberlin stuff, the thing about Barbra Streisand that drove me the nuttiest was “The Way We Were.” Oh, and “Yentl.”

    Sweet!

And so has Conservative Treehouse AKA The Last Refuge, vaulted to popularity for having the BEST Martin/Zimmerman coverage anywhere.

And so has Breitbart! Polurls is my first click in the morning, and again after work. (It also has a “blue” side, containing the “best” Lefty blogs, and a “purple” middle, if you can stomach them.)

So, you don’t see the problem with bloggers getting harassed by the police, who are being prompted to act as a result of phony calls – which, by the way, are illegal and distract law enforcement from real problems? Apparently you don’t, given your word choice.

Someone championing themselves as a liberal that later disregards the principles of free expression when a politically opposed person sees those rights threatened? Why, what a surprise.

Is this piece of nonsense now to be the replacement for the Trayvon/Zimmerman story?

You’re complaining about a lack of evidence in one story and then invoke the Trayvon/Zimmerman story? Considering many liberals like yourself blindly disregarded actual facts and trumpeted whatever tampered evidence the left-wing media threw out, you might wanna be careful invoking that story.

Everbody talks about what type of a terrorist Brett Kimberlin is. I knew him when I was in prison. In all respects, I was a worst terrorist. When I was on the streets, I wore a black leather jacket and randomly hit people in the head with a ball-peen hammer and got my nuts off from that.
