Not long ago Barack Obama revealed to Steve Kroft that he saw himself as a President of historic proportions– behind only Lyndon Johnson, FDR and Abraham Lincoln.
“The issue here is not going be a list of accomplishments. As you said yourself, Steve, you know, I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president — with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln — just in terms of what we’ve gotten done in modern history.
The malignant narcissism that infects Obama is metastasizing and growing. He now sees himself as part of the pantheon of worldly historical personalities:
“The civil rights movement was hard. Winning the vote for women was hard. Making sure that workers had some basic protections was hard,” President Obama said at a fundraiser while talking about how difficult it is to bring about “change” in politics.
“Around the world, Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, what they did was hard. It takes time. It takes more than a single term. It takes more than a single president. It takes more than a single individual,” Obama said.
“What it takes is ordinary citizens who keep believe, who are committed to fighting and pushing and inching this country closer and closer to our highest ideals. And I said in 2008, ‘that I am not a perfect man and I will not be a perfect president.’ But I promised you, but I promised you, I promised you back then that I would always tell you what I believe. I would always tell you where I stood,” he also said at a fundraiser in NYC.

DrJohn has been a health care professional for more than 30 years. In addition to clinical practice he has done extensive research and has published widely with over 70 original articles and abstracts in the peer-reviewed literature. DrJohn is well known in his field and has lectured on every continent except for Antarctica. He has been married to the same wonderful lady for over 30 years and has three kids- two sons, both of whom are attorneys and one daughter on her way into the field of education.
DrJohn was brought up with the concept that one can do well if one is prepared to work hard but nothing in life is guaranteed.

This post makes no sense and is beyond dishonest. First off (this is just basic integrity) you shouldn’t use quotes around a sentence that you made up and attributed to someone. That’s lying. Secondly, nothing that Obama said is even remotely close to the credit grad you imply. Did you even read the quotes you posted? He said ” It takes time. It takes more than a single term. Let’s give credit for what Obama has accomplished. Unfortunately, all of the accomplishments are hurting the USA, and even causing the USA major problems. So, Obama has accomplished a lot. Most of it destructive.
Remember how he received the Nobel Peace prize? The nominations closed 10-11 days after he was president, so he must have done a lot in those few days. I guess if he can get a Nobel Peace prize in a few days, he can end the world’s problem in just a few years.

You won’t find very many conservatives saying ANYTHING bad about a liberal a few days after they die or are in the hospital. I can’t remember any conservative wishing any liberal would die. Not so with your group. Over the years I have heard many liberals wish a conservative dead or were glad when they died.
How would you feel if one of your loved ones dies and others started telling you haw glad they are they died and all the things they didn’t like about them.
Maybe there should be an agreed time of morning allowed after someone dies before anyone starts rejoicing in their death or hospitalization. Would you go along with such a mourning time? If so, how long?

I didn’t know very much about Breitbart. I went to one or two of his blogs once-in-a-while. Anyone who puts down anyone right after their death loses a lot of my respect. Kennedy was a drain on society, but the family deserves a grieving time when they are left alone. The conservatives do a much better job of this than the liberals.

I don’t think he has figured out what the dotted red line under a word means. I can’t fault anyone on their spelleng. I see more of those “underlined” words than I want to. What’s really frustratin is when I can’t spell the word close enough in the dictonary for it to display the right word in the list of words it displays.

When I was a truck driver, I joined an organization called Trucker Buddy. It matched drivers up with grade school teachers. The kids and I wrote each other. I mostly used my laptop. I upgraded one time and my word processor had the first spell checker I ever had. I couldn’t believe how many four and five letter words I was misspelling.
I was typing in a letter, and a message appeared that said, “You don’t normally start a sentence with the word And.” I didn’t know that. I thought it over for a short time, and figured I wanted a longer pause than a comma would give, so I Wrote it my way anyway.
When I got my next batch of letters from the kids, the first sentence from one of them was, “You don’t normally start a sentence with the word And.” The exact words the the Lotus spell checker had. My first thought was that here is a 5th grader telling me how to write. GREAT!!!
I didn’t learn what adjectives or adverbs were until Mad Libs came out. The public school I went to let me just slide through with my ambition to get out of school. That was my goal, and I made it.
I’m not referring to you, but I have a problem with people who put others down because of their looks. The liberals love to do this, but I have heard or read conservatives that do it too if they don’t like the person. Why condemn someone because they didn’t get to choose to look as good as the other person wants them to.

MINOR ERROR
Cut-and-paste means you have deleted the text, then pasted it. Copy-and-paste is what you meant. The hyphens between the letters are optional. I’ve been calling it that for many years and still do some times. The only reason I mentioned it is if you tell someone to cut-and-paste something, they will delete that item from where it was if they don’t know what you meant.

My WWII Veteran Father drove a truck for Ashland Oil for over 25 years because it had excellent health insurance which paid for nearly all of my many, many health care expenses related to my heart condition. He always said that when he retired he was going to take his pension in the form of one of Ashland’s trucks, park it in his backyard and throw rocks at it all day! (I’ve always loved that joke!)
My Uncle on my Father’s side was a Greyhound bus driver before they busted the unions there and my older brother was also a truck driver, so truckers are near and dear to my heart.
When I reply to folks online, here at FA and at the Conservative site I am an administrator on, I try to have a modicum of restraint. However there are times when my patience runs thin and I use my wit and sarcasm to get my point across.
