Now, these are the folks who are lecturing us on fiscal responsibility. The same folks who refused to pay for two wars, two tax cuts for the wealthy, left me a $1.3 trillion deficit all wrapped up in a bow when I walked into the Oval Office. Now they want to spend another $700 billion that 98 percent of Americans will never see. I believe we need a serious plan to reduce our deficit.
And we all know how serious this man is about reducing the deficit right?
So serious he puts Rep. Jan Schakowsky, another Socialist crony of his, onto a panel designed to reduce the deficit.
That’s right….reducing our nations spending spree will turn us into a third world country.

He lies everytime he opens his mouth. There isn’t really any question about it and every knows it. The last Republican budget had unemployment at 4.6 and the deficit was at 167 billion. It was 2006. In 2007 the democrats took over the budget and unemplyment started to rise and spending started to shoot up. They wrote the ever expanding budget in 2008 and in 2009 Bush never even SAW the budget because the democrat congress didn’t want the public to know the details of the budget before the election so they with held the budget vote until after the election. So Obama signed the 2009 budget because by the time congress moved on it Bush was not even in office anymore. So we are in the end of the fourth year of democrat budgets and after four years look what we have; the deficit is near 2 TRILLION and real unemployment is above 16%.
Obama knows this; he signed the 2009 budget and was in congress during this period. He did not ‘inherit’ the mess. Democrats have created this mess on purpose in order to expand their elitist power. And they want to take your money and send it overseas. THey want to destroy jobs by a drilling moritorium in the gulf and a fresh water moritorium in the San Joaquin valley. The only reason for these job killing policies is that Obama is lying. He does give a damn about you or your job. He wants to turn our capitalist system into a socialist hell hole like Cuba. That is his fondest dream and he wrote about it in his book.

its funny but in 2008 we were certainly not a third world nation … so returning to 2008 spending levels would turn us into a 3rd world nation ? Wow …
Hussein is well aware of the destruction he is quite DELIBERATELY causing. He may well be–and probably IS–utterly devoid of economic intellect or understanding. But he certainly sees the “positive results” of his agenda….10% unemployment, constriction of the economy and the like. And fewer people are buying his scam.
Liberalism in action. No failure is because their beliefs are wrong. It’s because it wasn’t “big enough.”
Not a big enough amount of govt. control.
Not a big enough amount of taxpayer money spent.

General Motors became Government Motors under Obama.
In order for the United States to recoup all of its $50 billion investment in General Motors, it must sell its ownership stake at $134 a share, according to the special inspector general of the government’s bailout programs.
Guess what shares of GM are actually selling for?
Today, as the market closed it had been sold for 69 cents a share.

So, what did Obama do to try to help GM?
He insisted on their building the VOLT.
At first GM claimed the VOLT could get 40 miles per charge.
But today, news broke.
Now GM says it might only get 25 miles before needing to switch over to its gas engine.
Then it gets 300 miles per tankful.
I guess there are just a whole lot of liberal, Obama-supporting drivers waiting with money in hand to buy this turkey……or not.
The VOLT carries a price tag of $41,000.
