The Left Excuses Sexual Assault By The Global Warming Hoaxster [Reader Post]

Al Gore feels the temperature rising

Al Gore gets friendly during a massage and a woman thinks he is trying to rape her.  Her friends encourage her to suck it up and forget the incident or otherwise the planet will burn up from Global Warming, leaving Bill Clinton jealous of Gore’s leverage.

The police report of the masseuse’s complaint is 73 pages long and extremely detailed. According to the document, she got a call from the front desk of the trendy Hotel Lucia on the night of Oct. 24, 2006. The hotel had a special guest. Could she come at 10:30 p.m.?

She went to Gore’s room carrying a folding massage table and other equipment. Gore, whom she had never met, greeted her with a warm embrace. “The hug went on a bit long, and I was taken just a bit aback by it,” the masseuse told police. But she went along because Gore “was a VIP and a powerful individual and the Hotel Lucia had made it clear to me by inference that they were giving him ‘the royal treatment.'”

Gore said he was tired from travel and described in detail the massage he wanted. It included work on the adductor muscles, which are on the inside of the thighs. “I mentally noted that a request for adductor work is a bit unusual,” the masseuse told police, because it can be “a precursor to inappropriate behavior by a male client.”

Gore also requested work on his abdomen. When that began, “He became somewhat vocal with muffled moans, etc.,” the masseuse recounted. Gore then “demand[ed] that I go lower.” When she remained focused on a “safe, nonsexual” area, Gore grew “angry, becoming verbally sharp and loud.”

The masseuse asked Gore what he wanted. “He grabbed my right hand, shoved it down under the sheet to his pubic hair area, my fingers brushing against his penis,” she recalled, “and said to me, ‘There!’ in a very sharp, loud, angry-sounding tone.” When she pulled back, Gore “angrily raged” and “bellowed” at her.

Gore seems to have a magical ability to transform his personality from a sanctimonious crusader for mankind to a pathological rapist (Think Ted Bundy) in seconds.

Then, abruptly, the former vice president changed tone. It was “as though he had very suddenly switched personalities,” she recalled, “and began in a pleading tone, pleading for release of his second chakra there.”

At that moment, the masseuse brought up Gore’s long marriage. “How do you rectify this with your wife?” she asked. That brought on another “quick shift” in Gore’s mood. “I never saw anybody’s moods just go like this,” the masseuse told police, snapping her fingers.

“Chakra,” in Gore’s new-agey jargon, refers to the body’s “energy centers,” which the masseuse interpreted as having a specific meaning. “This was yet another euphemism for sexual activity he was requesting,” she told police, “put cleverly as though it were a spiritual request or something.”

She wanted to end the session, but Gore “wrapped me in an inescapable embrace” and “caressed my back and buttocks and breasts.” She tried to get away — in the process calling Gore a “crazed sex poodle” — but the former vice president was too strong for her.

A little later, she said, Gore produced a bottle of brandy and mentioned there were condoms in the “treat box” provided by the hotel. “He then forced an open mouth kiss on me,” she said.

Apparently, the sanctimonious crusader is turned on by criticism of George Bush.  He told the woman he wanted her to listen to a song that attacks George Bush, titled “DearMr Preident”, by “Pink” and became violently and sexually aroused by the music.

“As soon as he had it playing, he turned to me and immediately flipped me flat on my back and threw his whole body face down over atop of me,” she said. “I was just shocked at his craziness.”

“He pleaded, grabbed me, engulfed me in embrace, tongue kissed me, massaged me, groped by breasts and painfully squeezed my nipples through my clothing, pressed his pelvis against mine, rubbed my buttocks with his hands and fingers and rubbed himself against my crotch, saying, ‘You know you want to do it.'”

Finally she got away. Later, she talked to friends, liberals like herself, who advised against telling police. One asked her “to just suck it up; otherwise, the world’s going to be destroyed from global warming.”

She got a lawyer and made an appointment to talk with authorities. She canceled and did not tell police until January 2009 and even then did not press charges.

In 2007, a Portland paper learned what had happened. Gore’s lawyers called the story “absolutely false,” and it wasn’t published.

It is humorous that Liberals who have backed the call for feminism and feminists themselves consider the indiscretions of a Leftist Leader to be excusable as long as the perpetrator stands for the “Part Line”.  Such passions are to be expected by powerful men and women should just accept being raped if it is in the best interests of the party, after all they are great and powerful men.

I guess listening to anti-Bush songs releases Gores first chakra

I believe her – worked with sexual assault victims – nobody wanted to speak out because they are immediately attacked – acused of “asking for it”, ‘wearing provacative clothing’, etc. – is this why the goreacle & tipper put all their properties including the new mansion into a LLP prior to the divorce announcement of course – hmm hmmm – divorce reason?

hate to say it but Nat’l Enquirer seems to be the only media (fox exception) that wasn’t part of the Journolist group………………………………….

“NOW, Hagerty has bravely gone public – AND on the record – only to The ENQUIRER – to demand police launch a full investigation.”

http://www.nationalenquirer.com/new_evidence_gore_sex_scandal_exclusive_interview_masseuse_/celebrity/68913

“FOR THE FULL STORY WITH ALL THE DETAILS it’s ONLY in the new ENQUIRER – on sale NOW!”

American investigative journalism at it’s finest, at only 3 bucks a copy…

Yeah Greg…they never get anything right

Tipper in case you missed the news today, TIGER WOOD’S WIFE JUST SETTLED FOR $750,000,000. That’s more than a bizillion. She gets the kids, no mention of child support. But holy coy manbearpig Seven hundred and fifty million.

How long did this go on? I have trouble understanding why she couldn’t get away. This must have lasted at least 30 minutes.

Obviously she was overcome by the masculine power aura and hypnotic gaze of the sex-crazed Love Poodle (registered trademark) and entirely lost her ability to exercise free will.

Greg,

Don’t you have some newspapers to deliver?

Um, he played on her fears… and got away with it since what, 2007? I think this story has legs.

Calling Elisabeth Edwards,….

I see greg supports sexual assault when it’s committed by dems.

@Hard Right:

Now, now….

It’s never assault when a Dim does it…cuz, you know, de wimmen folk just love dem some Dim men….and anyting that mighta happen to her…well its cuz she wanted it…or dressed for it, etc etc etc….and she coulda always runned away.

As with the Clintons, it would be a crime if they’d done it but they didn’t do it.
When they got busted good, or admitted it, it wasn’t a crime.
Special dispensation for dems.

“Um, he played on her fears…”

Think so? If you can catch the interest of a publication like the Enquirer with a tawdry celebrity tale that sounds halfway plausible and is hard or impossible to disprove, it’s usually not the teller of the tale who has the most to fear. Such stories often have legs simply because there are a lot of readers who like other people’s dirty laundry. The Enquirer makes their money whether they finally prove out or not. Even when they don’t, the damage done to reputations is often permanent.

Remember the Enquirer’s exposé of Sarah Palin’s extramarital affair with Brad Hanson?

http://www.nationalenquirer.com/celebrity/65481

It’s the same sort of Enquirer exploitation. All such stories should be considered total bullsh-t until proven otherwise.

Greg is okay with Gore committing sexual assault and unwanted sexual advances. This is very telling.

Greg, the more you post, the more you reveal yourself. Oops, your Marxism/liberalism/far left ideology is showing…

All such stories should be considered total bullsh-t until proven otherwise.

And how would you go about proving this? They were the only two people in the room. She gave a statement to the police, he has the chance to give his side. So tell me, how would you prove that this isn’t bullshit?

“Greg is okay with Gore committing sexual assault and unwanted sexual advances. This is very telling.”

What I consider to be telling is that anyone would be totally convinced something actually happened, based only upon their political opposition to and personal dislike for Al Gore, and a lurid account that appeared in the Enquirer.

That I am inclined to think that someone might be innocent until proven guilty doesn’t mean that I condone the behavior that person has been accused of.

It’s a good job Republicans never get caught in scandals – always putting family values first.

http://www.republicansexoffenders.com/

btw I wonder how many of you who believe Gore is guilty also think Republican Nevad Governor Jim Gibbons is innocent of an sexual assault that he is accused of?

What is telling about you greg is only when it became clear you were ok with what gore did and were called out on it did you try to backtrack.
Usually we don’t believe the Enquirer either, but this certaily appears to be another blind squirrel situation on their part. The woman is looking rather credible and your desperate attempts to protect one of your heroes only makes you look like the mindless liberal drone that you are.

Gaffe UK, you know what is hypocritical? Claiming to be for women’s rights/protection then looking the other way when a lefty sleazebag with views like yourself assaults them.

A redhead just told her blonde sister that she’d slept with a brazilian

The blonde replied… “You slut! How many is a brazilian?”

Donald 19
“You slut! How many is a brazilian?”
Almost as much as Tiger’s wife settled for.

@Gaffa and Greg

We don’t necessarily discount any sexual offenses by GOP members, it’s just that we find it a little funny, and somewhat disheartening when a scandal involving a liberal comes to light and the number of people who come to the defense of that person. Should it even be asked where your stance would be if it was someone like Rumsfeld instead of Gore? No, because we know you would be at the forefront of attacks against him, regardless of verifiable facts presented.

@Helene:
[How long did this go on? I have trouble understanding why she couldn’t get away. This must have lasted at least 30 minutes.]

Helene, I’m not meaning to target you for your comment, but this is a question that I am hearing in the comments of different blogs, and wanted to address it and the one about why she didn’t say anything right away, and her timing to come out right now.

Miss Hagerty, (who voted for Gore in 2000, by the way, so was no Gore-hater), explains the reasons why she didn’t just frantically run out of the room that night, and why she waited to discuss it publicly in the almost 2 hour audio interview below. I know it’s a long time to listen to any audio, but it confirmed to me that, at the very least, her story is quite plausible as her explanations on those two questions make total sense if you understand abusive situations. One thing that really rang true is when she said she was trying to talk and act “normal” when he was being more and more aggressive with her. That is exactly what happens in those situations as the victim has a legitimate fear of exasperating the perpetrator’s anger and violence, so has to play a mind game with them, so to speak. The goal of the victim is to get out of the situation as unscathed as possible.

One answer to her not saying anything immediately afterwards, she said, was that she was concerned about how it would affect her livelihood as her line of work is very competitive, she said, and was afraid if she said something to the hotel, they’d think she’d be bad publicity for them ever after (and any other hotel) and lose jobs because of it. And, the other was that she was concerned about her being accused of her doing something wrong pertaining to Al Gore, period. She stated how she was worried about her exposing this person who was so respected as a global warming guy, and if she said anything, she’d feel responsible for the disillusionment of millions of people. Also a common fear with victim’s of abuse…being blamed. Which is why so many women stay in those situations and don’t say anything to anyone.

Just my two cents…

I bet that the Enquirer has a tail on Barney’s Frank.

Donald Rumsfeld had supposedly authorized the rape of children detained in Iraqi prisons.

Here it comes- deflection, projection, and protection.

I see the Portland Police have now reopened their investigation, so we can probably expect a definitive answer on the scientific credibility of anthropogenic climate change at some time in the near future.

Here’s local Portland conservative radio talk show host, Lars Larson’s perspective…will this end up being President Bush’s fault, too?? 😉

Ha ha! LOL! What a hoot, Greg!!! You are almost funny….in fact, you would be but for the fact that you are pathetic in your ideology.

I, for one, find the account highly plausible. I have a relative who is a massage therapist, and she once relayed an eerily similar account to me. Her situation was different in that it involved a long-term client who, only after establishing a regular and a perfectly professional massage therapy schedule over several months, began requesting more sensual, erogenous-zone-focused treatments. These requests were delivered in a manner almost identical to Gore’s alleged requests (i.e. clear in what he was after yet ambiguous enough for plausible deniability should any accusations result from them), and were accompanied by increasing amounts of “satisfied moaning”, barely-concealed arousal, and increasingly lavish tips ($100 on top of a $75 massage at their final session). Fortunately, her’s was a situation that, though creepy, was not so threatening – as she put it, the guy was more “playing the game” than being outright coercive; trying to see if she was willing to cross the legal line from massuesse to prostitute, and – most importantly – accepting that she was *not* (he did not react badly when she rejected the tip, took the $75, and terminated future sessions). After describing the situation, she lamented that the man was probably not 100% of the problem; that there are many in the massage industry who also “play the game” from the other side, and are looking for the clients who will shed a couple of larger bills for the massage to “go a little lower”.

Anyway, back to Gore. If the woman’s account *is* an accurate depiction of the events, my guess is that he probably has a history of encounters where his little song-and-dance, accompanied with his VIP status, worked out exactly to his liking. That alone makes him a despicable man, both in terms of unfaithfulness to his wife, but moreso in terms of a willingness to apply coercive pressure to women for sexual acts (not to mention a criminal: this conduct, even amongst consensual participants, amounts to prostitution). However, on this particular occasion (and possibly others still yet to come to light), he’s described as trying to force a situation where no consent was given. That lack of control, to me, indicates he’s not just a reprehensible, unfaithful criminal, but also a dangerous sexual predator who should be locked away for a long time.

Sadly, even if the girl’s account is accurate, one he-said-she-said testimony is rarely sufficient to convict for this type of crime. It’s my hope that investigators will push hard to drudge up any history Gore might have here. If he’s guilty of the alleged behavior, there is almost *sure* to be some history out there, the evidence thereof allowing prosecutors to put him behind bars; if he’s innocent, then a complete lack of a history of such behaviour might play a role in his vindication.
