What he’s crying about is the fact that he and his cohorts haven’t been as successful as hoped in controlling the flow of information, and how we…his minions…should interpret that information. Very hard to lie when there are so many forms of media today. How else can he sell us crap like how well the economy is going, or a State actually enforcing laws is a bad thing, or Socializing medicine isn’t going to cost us more in the long run, both economically and in the quality of that service.
It was sooooo much better when all we had were the alphabet channels, the NYT’s, and Cronkite to control what the flow of information….right?

Consequently, faced with an overwhelming rejection of all his policies and a sincere desire to reject and rescind all his failures, Obama may as well try to improve his golf game. The American public will be much more relaxed with Obama out on the course rather than the humiliation he causes by making a buffoon of himself on the international stage.

That was depressing. If I was a graduating student, I heard that I probably just wasted a lot of time and money, because of war and a sucky economy and lousy job market. Like it or not, that’s an entirely accurate description of the situation.
Contemporary media is in the disinformation business as much the information business. With some outlets, purposeful disinformation seems to be the primary product.
Also too much misinformation coming from the White House!! If Obama wants to “clean up the info scene”.. make it a Felony to report FALSE info as real!! A FIRING offense for Government Officials to do so… in other words “They LIE-it’s Good Bye”!!

Saddens me to say it, but some of the things that national media puts out into the public is taken right from the presidents administration. So, I guess Obamas statement isn’t just his perspective on what’s currently going on wit dishonesty in the American media, but it can also be his confession to contributing to that misinformation. Very ironic I suppose, is it not?
Allow me to top this discussion off on a high note: What this man is saying, is to drop the dreams.. drop the illusions.. the fantasy. I believe that it is not just Obama but the far-left in general. They all consider the general populous to be uninformed, and they work very hard to try to keep them that way. Look at the failures of the US education system, the overly expensive and heavily politicized colleges and the fact that most broadcast and print news sources are little more than opinion blogs, tabloid trash-talkers and propaganda mills. The socialist progressives are well aware that when you control what the people know, you manage how they think. This all started with the very evil Woodrow Wilson, and these type of elites know that they must seek and destroy opposition media that they do not control.
