Wordsmith’s 15 minutes begin…

Happy Mothers’ Day, moms of America…

Here’s a baker’s dozen of reactionary humor to top it off…

http://reaganiterepublicanresistance.blogspot.com/2010/05/lol-sunday-funnies.html

Thanks Wordsmith (and Pookie!)

POOKIE,very creative and funny thank you,i know there is so much work and concentration in all your work;i also remember the”KINGBURGER bow,that had me bow on the floor and others too. 🙄 bye

RIDE A PALE HORSE:how do you get all thoses ideas?.you surely must spend your life with laughters;was is your personal blog,or where you a guest?. 🙄 bye

My pleasure, ilovebeeswarzone! It’s a labor of love 😉

@ilovebeeswarzone:

Bees….I told you I have a sick sense of humor. 😉 I am a contributor at Death by 1000 Papercuts but I do like to visit other sites and add my $.02. Sometimes I lie awake at night thinking of ways to tweak the powers that be and though at times there’s not much to laugh about, I try to demonstrate the absurd with absurdity.

Rides A Pale Horse:

Will be rerunning 2 of your creations in my cartoon thread on Wednesday (a link to which also will be posted here in next Sunday’s thread).

RIDESA PALE HORSE:it’s what i call creativity,and you are good at it;we all try to escape into an invisible world of happyness sometimes and many find it hard to go in creatity world because the gift of make it concrete is not there,personly,i like to play wit divider ,i’m doing nowh stain glass,i use to make lamps and i switch to collage of color glass on plexiglass,but i copy an already design i would find to my taste,it’s a long process of a year for a divider 2 pannehis best.ls i’malmost finish,it is nice against the light at its best. 🙄 bye

my comment was mest up ,i did’nt notice the bar stop when i continue to write,sorry for that

@pookie18:

Well thank you very much Pookie!! I’m honored. Stop by and visit us at DBKP anytime!!

@ilovebeeswarzone:

Bees, “creativity” as you call it doesn’t come easy for me. I’ve only recently found, through a friend of mine who is a professional photojournalist, that I possess some degree of ability with Photoshop and video editing. With his help and guidance I’ve been able to create a few things that have a bit of interest to some people. It really is the only “artistic” outlet I have.

I’m always in awe of those, like yourself, who can actually create something with their hands such as stained glass art (I know a couple of people that do that) or put pen/pencil to paper and bring what they see to life or like another friend of mine, create museum quality native American artifacts from the natural materials in the same traditional ways they were first produced. Those abilities are a gift from God and we are all the richer for their ability to create them.

I don’t consider what I do as particularly “creative”, more a statement of the way I see things through my skewed vision of the world and an ability to modify other peoples work to suit my bizarre slant on current events. If they make someone laugh or pause to think, then so much the better.

Be grateful that you DO have a genuine artistic bent and use it to the best of your ability.

thank you POOKIE 18:for an 18th your IQ is upward and rising more. 🙄 bye

You’re welcome, I think, ilovebeeswarzone! Pookie was my favorite cat who lived to be 18 years of age…

POOKIE:and i take it that this is your GREATDANE?,i had a great dane story,while back,as i was walking my germansheffard in the park and late evening,to see a lone greatdane,falling in love with my big dog,who was ready to go with him,and no human around,i said as my knees where shaking ,SIT,STAY,GO,until that guy showed up after a good while;did i ever tell him how happy i was to see him. bye

RIDE A PALE HORSE :YOUR ART IS MORE CREATIVE BUT AS YOU USE TECHCNOLOGY TO MAKE IT IS A NEW FORM OF A TALENT TO EXPRESS YOUR IDEAS, I THINK IT’S GREAT; I REMEMBER WHEN I START WORKING WITH COLOUR GLASS, A PRO SAID ,WHEN YOU START A PROJECT, YOU HAVE TO VISUALYSE IT FINISH IN YOUR MIND;AND I TRYED HARD TO EXPERIENCE THAT VISION; AND AFTER A FEW YEARS IT CAME TO ME,REALY , I COULD NOW SEE MY PROJECT ALL FINISH BEFORE I START IT,AND SPECIALY MY NOW PROJECT IS THE MOST DIFFICULT I EVER MADE,BECAUSE I HAD TO ADAPT A ART PAINTING TO GLASS,AND I ALMOST FINISH. BYE
