Remember this little nugget from January of 2007 from one Nancy Pelosi?

After years of historic deficits, this new Congress will commit itself to a higher standard: pay as you go, no new deficit spending. Our new America will provide unlimited opportunity for future generations, not burden them with mountains of debt.

And as the Democrats railed against Bush and his deficit they don’t utter a peep about this:

WASHINGTON – What is $1.42 trillion? It’s more than the total national debt for the first 200 years of the Republic, more than the entire economy of India, almost as much as Canada’s, and more than $4,700 for every man, woman and child in the United States.

It’s the federal budget deficit for 2009, more than three times the most red ink ever amassed in a single year.

Nope….now it just ain’t that big a deal

When and ever they do acknowledge it Obama and pals just blame Bush.

Something Obama won’t quit doing until he’s out of office….and may just keep on doing until he’s 90.

Meanwhile Obama and company fight for policies that will drive our economy into a brick wall and raise the unemployment rate skyhigh….even higher then the incredible rates we see now.

unemployment-rate-september

But….it’s all Bush’s fault.

How about another quote:

In short, it is a paradoxical truth that rates are too high today and tax revenues are too low and the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut the rates now. The experience of a number of European countries and Japan has borne this out. This country’s own experience with tax reduction in 1954 has borne this out. And the reason is that only full employment can balance the budget, and tax reduction can pave the way to that employment. The purpose of cutting taxes now is not to incur a budget deficit, but to achieve the more prosperous, expanding economy which can bring a budget surplus.

Which party said that?

I’ll give you a hint….it’s not the new Democrat/Socialist party.

I’m going to guess JFK as he was selling his at-the-time-largest tax cut in history.

And here’s the headline from AP:” Meltdown 101: Budget gap huge, but has been worse. ” Always an excuse! Just like the economy is getting better, because it didn’t suck as bad as we predicted. And these guys get paid for this?

This just keeps getting worse. The first hot tip I missed was to buy stock in razor blades ahead of the day when all the liberals decided they needed to scrape off their “Question Authority” bumper stickers. Now I find out that the market for red ink is still taking off when I could have bought so much sooner. Well at least I know not to buy those “Obama in ‘12″ bumper stickers.

Curt, what is the percentage of government workers?

They have no fear of losing their jobs, unless they are teachers.

Of course workers who are already jobless or not likely to lose their jobs again!

How small and how vulnerable is the pool of private sector workers?

How long can the public sector workers support each other with taxes, if the private sector workers no longer pay taxes? Remember they must support the welfare rolls and the parasites in Washington.

For instance: If workers A & B make a $1,000 from Uncle Sam and they both are happy to pay 80% tax, How do they support welfare recipients C & D who can make it on $300 a month each month and the elected official E who needs $2500 month just to survive and public sector employees F, G, & H; who need $800 a month, at some point the dog chases his tail until he drops from exhaustion.

My point is these jobs are way more important to a dynamic economy than a few tenths of a percentage points indicate and Obama’s plan of having everyone on the government payroll is self-defeating.

If I am off base, tell me where my error is; obviously, these jobs are extremely important to the worker and his family; but they are also important to the survival of a dynamic economy.

Of course they are going to blame Bush. When the chosen one
was in New Orleans he was quick to cast the blame upon Bush.
Yeah, the Bush administration could have responded quciker
to Katrina but it was the ridiculous policies of FEMA and the failure
of “school bus Nagan” that really crippled New Orleans, and all
areas that were devestated by Katrina. It is all Bush’s fault.
The Chicago Olympics debacle in Copenhagen, Glenn Beck,
Rush Limbaugh, Fox News, the economy, it is all of the past
administration’s fault. Obama has the runs, Michelle has a BIG
butt, Bush’s fault.

1.42 TRILLION dollar defecit has nothing to do with the DEMOCRATS
being in power since since…2006, remember that? The Demosocialistacrats
suffer from long and short term memory loss. How convenient that is.
The health care bill, cap and tax(gouge us till we expire from excessive taxes
or waiting to get health care like Canada and England), will be Bush’s fault
too. Bush will be blamed for all our ills after he is dead. Never let a crisis
go to waste, right? Always an excuse and someone else to blame. Democrats look
in the mirror and they see Bush or Cheney, never themselves or wreckage
they are strewing across this country. Pathetic. Well, what can we expect after all?
First grade behavior, lying, name calling and blaming others. That is something
that we can count on. Just like the rise in the price of gold.

How much longer is this Libbie “Blame-Thrower” going to last? Our Commie Leader has had more than enough time to do the correct thing. The problem is, he is a Viper, and you cannot make a Viper into something that it isn’t. Our present Government and the people of the United States have become two separate intities. All the people do is feed the snake and get nothing back (unless you’re on welfare, or you are a Libbie friend of the snakes and get hand outs). If a revolution starts tomorrow, please call me, I’ll be right over.
