very good response. he was concise in his response and made sense. bette than the dems can put out.

I do not get it… The Republicans are not picking up on the mood of conservatives at all on this. We DO NOT agree that there is a health care issue/crisis. The polling won’t bear out a meaningful percentage of conservatives that feel that the federal government should do ANYTHING about health care availability or whatever EXCEPT….

get out of the way. Remove federal restrictions limiting coverage by state and pass tort reform. Reduce/abolish federal treatment mandates/guidelines.

Remove the nanny-state federal government. That’s what we want. Freedom to choose. Freedom to purchase the best coverage/health care in teh world. Freedom to opt out if we choose.

When I hear that message being spoken by a Republican, I’ll feel better. But acknowledging the premise to the libtard-democrats that something needs to be done is a non-starter and anyway… isn’t the better message ” WE DON”T HAVE THE MONEY”.

… makes me wonder if we have any chance of real action when Washington mindset is so prevalent with the political class.

Shocking. A decent. thoughtful, comprehensive approach from a medical professional who actually knows what he’s talking about and had read the legislation. Well I guess that means none of those ideas will be listened to.

Sarah Palin vs White House Back and forth…if she is so insignificant, why did Barry address her indirectly and why does the White House keep bantering back and forth?? Axelrod and Emanuel must be frustrated!!

As a side note, there were quite a few medical professionals at the Raleigh. NC meeting tonight…they were asking from where were all the additional medical professionals coming and the fact that many would be leaving the profession — maybe going into the legal profession to pay back their school loans…

>American Voter: What the White House fails to realize is that every time they attack Sarah Palin it only elevates her and diminishes them.

I caught a report that Keith Olbermann introduced Dr. Charles Boustany, M.D. claiming that he had been sued three times for malpractice.

Sort of like the pot calling the kettle black.
