@Tony in Texas: I think there are enough legitimate fears about the damage a corrupt, incompetent, socialist government under Obama could do. I don’t think we need to go inventing new ones.

But I do hope that the folks who are fearing for their country get involved and actively oppose Obama’s policies. Go to Tea Parties, protest at Town Halls, support conservative candidates and groups with your financial contributions, write letters to the editor of your newspaper and write letters to your congressman and Senators.

What we cannot afford to do is make the same mistake that many did in 2006 and 2008 by sitting out the election because there was no perfect candidate to support.

I hope everyone has learned that lesson by now.

I have posted here previously that I believe the 9-12 event will be shut down and suspension of free speech/martial law could be a possibility. So I agree with WestRight and Lorraine.

I also agree with Candor Seven…I fear harsh times are ahead for the patriots and for sure, we need God’s help and Divine Providence.

I believe that the surprise will have something to do with wmd’s and involving either a conflict with North Korea or Iran.

It might possibly even involve a covert attack on an Iranian nuke plant.

Obama will call for a suspension in the debate over health care, allowing for him to hit reset and have a do-over next spring.

The H1N1 virus pandemic is another possibility. After all, it is back to school month.

Obama doen’t care about public opinion any more. Few people get that.

He has 44 leftist czars, he owns Homeland security, has his own discrete cadre within the SS,controls the NSA, Has all major TV in his pocket and 1/2 of Fox doing his beck and call,has initiatives in place to shut down conservative talk radio, has conservatives branded as possible terrorist by Homeland Security with a data base of names,has the GPS coordinates of every citizens home through census data with the census run out of the White House,has taken over the major intel functions of the CIA and is running that from the White House while cowing the CIA with prosecutions, has his historical and birth records sealed and cauterized.

Now we may see Obama rule the country through executive orders with the Congress passing laws to cover them after the fact.

We will have conflict, a civil war of institutional proportions at the federal and state levels of government. Obamaphiles within our government institutions will enforce his coming edicts.Patriots will refuse to act, or run interference that may lead to violence.That is the possible war to come.We see glimpses of it from within the CIA.Some states already have conntingency plans to ask federal agencies to leave their state until they are invited to return,

The result will be a declaration of martial law, if Obamaphile government emplyees have the strength to enforce it. If they do, then we will not have a genuine election for the next 20 years.

Patriots must gird themselves. We are in for a very rocky ride with Hopey Changey.May we with the help of God, save the Republic.

Who is going to make sure absentee ballots get counted?
Military absentee ballots traditionally get left out…remember Palin asking that military votes get counted? (Ask Al Gore about all the military ballots that were sitting uncounted at the conclusion of 2000 litigation…didn’t see that on the tv special…

Maybe citizens should organize in groups to go vote — like the Chicago. Ill buses that go to Indiana and Milwaukee on election days — no one questions/hassles them. The Alinsky way — play to the opponents.

My family and I are going ip to DC for 9-12…any advice?
I have heard some fairly large estimates of attendance…would the King be so thin-skinned
as to do harm to us for exercising our 1st Amendment Rights?

PS – Fit Fit or what ever your name is on different websites (your writing is recognizable) I HAVE patriot fever as did the people of Iran (the ones left- do you love Pres Almond Joy? — are you prepared to canonize Fidel as are your ilk?)…what virus do you have? I will write until I drop dead or until the new bill by Rockefeller is implemented. They(our American marxist elected officials) are going to control the media. This bill will give our President total control over the internet.

Venezuela already implemented the order, privately owned radios and TV are closed.
In Argentina, Fernandez-Kichner, a member of the Montonero guerrilla, just passed a new bill to the Argentinian Congress to reform Freedom of Speech(Read El Clarin).
Lugo, another Marxist and ex- Catholic Bishop from Paraguay(who fathered 5 children while he was a Catholic Bishop) is trying to “change Radio to the way it was meant to be”(Diario ABC).

The struggle is not among the haves and the haves-not but it is among the millionares and the billioners. The same struggle this administration is having with the totally lefties and the quasi-lefties(like Rockefeller) who are trying to proof being worthy of their Socialist Republic.

Dick Morris recently said a 100 seat change in 2010 would not surprise him. But Obama’s “string-pullers” have power now and NO intention of allowing a bunch of “ignorant voters” the privilege of taking it from them. A week before the 2010 election, the MSM will report that Obama has guaranteed the safety of voters at the polls. News of possible violence and terrorist threats will be portrayed as quite overblown and with no basis in fact. The media will be chock full of the story right up to election. Of course, where the story CAME from, who started it, what prompted it, what particular threats had been made and to whom–none of that will be known or discussed. The point of it all will be to put fear and concern in the minds of voters, prompting as many as possible to stay home. Districts in which house dems are in trouble and states in which dem senators have problems will ALL feature ACORN, SEIU, Black Panthers and thugs of every description prowling polling places, working to intimidate voters. And should actual Americans show up at polls to take a stand, well, no 70 year old couple wants to face walking through a battle ground having to dodge punches or gun shots. These are some of the intimidation tactics the left will employ. Their scope will be breathtaking, shameless and beyond the imagination of most American citizens. And complaining on the day after will just generate a good laugh. The radical left is not going to make the job of reclaiming our nation and our liberty either easy or safe.
