Obama Political Appointees at Justice Dept. Kill Action in Black Panther Voter Intimidation Case

This is horrendous. I don’t care which side you’re on, that kind of behavior at the polls is deserving of the full punishment allowed by law. This reeks.

Between his Socialist Cabinet Members, Appointments of of “Czars” that have authority but need nor go through confirmation hearings and are not held responsible to the Citizens, his Un-Constitutional interference in the Private Banking & Business Sectors, ineptitude with Economics, Domestic Policy and Foreign Policy, appointment of a questionable Judge for SCOTUS and apparent approval of street thugs to patrol polling places with batons…I’m wondering what the next affront to non-minority, tax paying, law abiding Americans is next on his Agenda?

Just got back from Colorado Springs to deliver my Daughter to USAFA. She reported yesterday and took the Oath of Allegiance this morning in Air Force Blue. Getting ready to pack for France to visit the Normandy coast and pay some long overdue respects to those that Liberated Europe for the second time in the last Century. My first time on the European Continent as a Tourist. I could fly to Europe Space Available on Military Aircraft as a Retired Officer but that American Taxpayer is getting spanked and abused hard enough right now.

I will go see the beaches, the villages that were hard fought for and places where Heroes rest, Cemetaries. If anyone asks I will tell them that maybe France can cross the Atlantic pond like Lafayette did to help liberate America and no, I did not vote for Obama, do not endorse his policies his agenda and will treat him like any post Charlemagne Pretender to any Throne like the oppressed common folk did in Europe centuries ago with contempt.

My point: Black Panthers, La Raza, MS-13, ACORN and the Modern Socialist/Democratic Party are a greater threat to America than the Taliban , Hizzbollah, ALQ or Hezbollah. Domestic Enemies. Obama finds support from them and I see some “interesting times” ahead for the mainstream America that is betrayed/silent and will to pay the bills when they come due for at least a generation or two if they can find jobs here or the economy is not like that of Kenya or Somalia.

The refusal to prosecute armed thugs at polling places by USDOJ is inexcusable. Refusal by the State of Pennsylvania to prosecute is inexcusable. When Punks and Criminals are Above the Law, what is next? When Laws are not enforced what happens then?

You Constitutional Scholars, legitimate ones…please find for me Economic or Social Justice in the Bill of Rights or the Constitution?

I live in the Philly area, and sadly, voter intimidation of suspected GOPers and refusal to prosecute is not new, but it is virtually over-the-top policy now. In fact, you would get prosecuted for defending yourself, but the party sponsored thugs will run free.
I believe the Armani/gucci funding by taxpayers is included in the ACORN funding already passed and the new budget/census funding. The Alinsky stuff requires uniforms to show committment, and the uniforms chosen are designed to be intimidating to both the black/hispanic and the white communities targeted. The thugs do south, west, north and northwest Philly, and, by order, avoid center-city and the northeast, where the thugs would be counterproductive. Sad.

Senator Barack Obama should sit down & ask himself the big what If question. What if he loses? Then ask himself; if he did lose, why did he lose? It won’t take rocket science to point his thoughts to Trinity United Church.

It’s approx. 3 pages long and very clearly states his experience in voting rights cases as well as his position as poll observer at this polling place on the day in question and what he saw.

If you don’t want to read it that’s your choice.

I’ve provided you with the sworn affidavit of a witness on the scene who describes what he saw at the scene but you have totally ignored it.
