During prohibition, it was one of THE roughest places in the country. Federal Law Enforcement was not, I say again, not welcome. It was also the Northern Terminus of The Outlaw Trail. What jimmy carter did? No big deal. Ya mean my Dad and I were breaking the law?!?!?!?!?!?
