Elect the two, "The Anointed One" and "The Bloviater", with no concept of what the responsibilities of the President and Vic President of the United States are so they can sleep through any and all crises. Could the reason that "The Anointed One" chose "The Bloviater" be that in any foreign relations situation, he assumed "The Bloviater" would simply bore the other side into agreement just to get out of the room? Good idea.
