I’m catching up some blogging, now that I’ve recovered from a nasty summer cold.

Sharon Hyland-Keyser’s husband, Ian, has recently returned from a 15 month tour in Afghanistan. Sharon is a strong supporter of the American Sheepdogs, founder of A Hero’s Welcome. and a 2nd LT in the Marine Corps. The girl rocks!

Below is Sharon with her favorite sign at the West Chester Pro Victory Rally:

Ian Keyser arrived home in the early hours of August 15th - around 1:30 a.m. - at Philadelphia’s 30th street station. Weather related flight delays in NYC had Ian catching a train for the final leg of his journey home. Ian was welcomed home by his wife, Sharon Hyland-Keyser, and numerous family and friends who waited patiently for him to arrive. Sharon was overjoyed to welcome her husband home from a 15 month deployment in Afghanistan.

Welcome home, Ian Keyser!

What is always missing from these scenes are the peace protesters. They always wave the sign “Support the troops, bring them home”, yet whenever a soldier does come home - they are nowhere to be found!

Interesting.

Skye: They wait until the troops get home then start spitting on them and attacking them. I could list multiple stories where this is a sad fact of how libs “support” our troops.

Please do. Show me that this is more than an urban legend.

tears every time I see someone come home

If one “supports the troops” then they ought to express that pride and support. Somehow, I don’t see Keith Olberman at any welcome home get togethers. Why would that be?

My good friend and talented photographer, Sean, has been diligently covering our troop’s welcome home and weddings for A hero’s Welcome and Warriors Watch. Never once has a representative of CP, VFP, ANSWER, CCPM shown up at one of these rallies.

Interesting. If DW can produce evidence to the contrary, I’d like to see it.

The Urban Legend is the liberals support our troops. The truth is - they spit on them:

Liberals curse:

Liberals spit:

Liberals hit:

All in the name of ’supporting our troops’ don’t you know?

Skye,

You could also add the leftist “anti-war” activist who shot the Airman in the chest last year (4th of July) in the Airman’s driveway in NJ with a defaced handgun.

We could add the signs from the left saying “we support our troops when they shoot their officers”

We could add the left indicting the Haditha Marines without a trial.

Sending $600k to Falluja

And on, and on, and on.

As Usual DW (in whatever name he uses today) willfully chooses to ignore the truth about what the left is and has done… repeatedly.
