jkstewart2: I wouldn’t put those questions as an “aside.” I think they should be front and center.

We know from the emails on the captured laptop that one FARC leader was excited about the prospect of Obama being elected because he would be more sympathetic to these FARC monsters.

And of course Pelosi refused to permit the Colombian free trade agreement to come to a vote. The WSJ article draws attention to a possible role Pelosi and a Congressman McGovern might play in interfering in the process to defeat the FARC by arranging an exchange of hostages for captured guerrillas. That of course encourages the taking of more hostages. And any Congressional role in such an arrangement is a violation of the separation of powers which gives the President sole power to conduct foreign policy.

I’d like to see someone ask these questions. Maybe Gonsalve can do it. Though I wouldn’t expect an answer. There would be no media generated buzz demanding accountability for Democrats. If a Republican were involved, you could bet there would be.

Thanks for putting up the link to Mark Gonsalves’s speech. I’ve read excerpts, but the passion and intensity were missing. The video brought home the evil nature of FARC as a cabal that exists on the suffering of others.

Aside: Who are the NGO’s that are FARC supporters? What tax-free donations are supporting kidnapping, murder, drug smuggling, prostitution and slavery? What is the relationship of Nancy Pelosi to FARC? What is the relationship of the Democrat party to FARC and FARC supporter Hugo Chavez? Finally, why is Obama supporting FARC over the democratically elected Columbian government? (aka why isn’t Obama supporting free-trade with Columbia and military support of Columbia?)

Farc are terrorists. Anyone consorting with or giving succor to terrorists should be tried for treason. We are not the same as terrorists, that is why we abide by the Geneva convention, observe due process and serve the interests of justice.

Now we know that Peeloshi was not only working with Chavez, she was working directly with FARC. Doesn’t that put her in violation of federal law? When will she be arrested? I’d love to sit on the jury and bring in a death sentence.

Oh, please! This guy was a military contractor and therefore must have been on the payroll of the radical right! He obviously has an agenda to push being this close to the election. I question the timing. (/sarcasm off)
